Staff were extremely helpful and understanding of my disabilities

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and for how cheap the room was the facilities were excellent.
3.4
Clean comfortable bed, good location for me. Nice friendly staff.
The room was far too hot and had no ventilation. There is no window to see out of. It felt like I was in a cupboard .
3.4
Clean & parking right outside
Entrance hall a bit smelly

Top breakfast, very friendly staff. I got the smallest room there which was cosy but great. Bathrooms were of a high standard. But it's the breakfast which is the star. Will return.

Local people
NEVER STAYED THERE.
Attitude of the guy at the bar after asked why the towels are in the bin? HE brought it then to the bar and said in front of everybody this is normal as there is another bin for a rubbish in the room, a picture is below. There was some people laughing of him. He got upset and I’m scared. Did not feel safe. Booked a taxi.
So we picked up our back pack and left when taxi arrived. Cost me £68 for a ride to home.
Woul like a refund since never stayed at

Perfect place near the Luton train station (1km walking + 10 minutes by bus) and near the Luton airport (1km walking + 25 minutes by bus). The room was clean, breakfest was nice. I can recommend it for visiting London and surroundings.

Room was very dated the beds where very uncomfortable we stayed one night out of the two nights we booked because of the beds showers where dirty and you at to walk two corridors to get to a toilet the best thing about this place staff was nice and breakfast was good
The beds only one socket in room meaning if you wanted to charge your phones you could not make a cup of tea and you could not watch TV one socket is not a enough for today's demand when we pulled the bed from the wall as my daughter dose not like sleeping next to a wall it looked like it had never been cleaned holes in wall with spider weds in them plaster off the bottom of the wall by the door and very dated decorating made the room not pleasant to stay in not where to sit unless you sat on the very uncomfortable beds this was the waste room I have ever stayed in one night was enough we booked two nights stayed one that should tell you enough

Had to leave early so did have breakfast
Less noise from the bar
3.4
Really friendly staff and breakfast eggs cooked to order (rather then all dried up like many hotels)
Rooms aren't posh, but really clean and beds and linen were very comfy. Great value and I'd definitely stay here again.
It's a little tight getting to the room if you have cases as stairwell, swing doors make it a bit tricky, but it's no big problem.
3.4
The staff behind the bar who checked me in and showed me to my room.
The room stunk of damp/ cheesy feet with no ventilation .
Shared bathroom was always a mess with urine around the toilet and pubes in the shower.
The sound of drunk contractors falling down stairs ,banging into doors and yelling non stop.
Barely slept a wink. I left early and went elsewhere.
Avoid unless you're an alcoholic contractor who doesn't give a dam about anyone else.

That it was clean and tidy. Staff especially the breakfast crew were so lovely.
The draft coming through the window, s.time to book out could be extended by an hour. The frontage was so unlike the photo on bookin.com. unkempt, fag butt's littering the entrance

good location, cheap accommodation, you get what you pay for

road noise, banging doors. Long list to be honest.

Friendly staff and clean and comfortable.
Had to call to find parking. Not a real problem though as explained well enough for me to find it.

BREAKFAST was good.
I went out , came around 12 pm . I had trouble opening the main door to get in. It's took me roughly 15 the it opened. It was raining outside.

Unfortunately we didn't
One of the bar ladies was drunk.
Light bulb at top of stairs needed a new bulb, the staff said she would deal with it, but still not on the next day.. no hand rail or bannister on the staircase. Stains around the bottom of the toilet, sink and shower not cleaned.

We stayed here whilst visiting family. So we checked in late. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cosey and warm and very clean.
Everything we needed for a reasonable price and our van was safely parked at the back of the pub free of charge.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again thankyou to all
