We had an amazing stay here! Petros and his mother are great hosts; very kind people and welcoming. The location was as in the photos, the price is great for the value and there was no issue with noise or parties as we were expecting reading other reviews; maybe it depends on the year or time of year, but either way, we had a great stay and was above our expectations

Staff were very welcoming, close to beach and strip
but not too close that it was noisy and the room had
air conditioning.
No washing up equipment provided for the kitchen area

The staff was very welcoming and very nice, also very helpful. The barbecue was excellent. We really like the space in the garden around the pool.
The mattress was not good quality we had back pain. The cleaning was mediocre, we stayed 15 days our toilet was not clean the brush was dry till our last day. The balcony was dirty when we came the first day and was never cleaned till our departure. It was very dusty. What is the use to claim that the hotel has a daily cleaning when the cleaning person don't do anything.

The family who run the hotel are lovely. I arrived a bit grumpy as we had had a long journey, (which I felt bad about later on). I can't fault this hotel or the staff- the family are so nice (mum and son)and we had a great stay there. I would recommend it to anyone.
Some noisy guests in the room next door on the first night (aged 18-20 I'm guessing) :) but it didn't happen again, I think the staff had a word with them. Everything was great- I don't have a bad word to say about the place.

The owner was super kind and friendly when we got there and showed as around and made us feel very welcome. Also nice to have a pool
Sadly the beds were very uncomfortable, my partner and I struggled to fall asleep.
Daunting damage list - showing how much we should pay if anything was broken

petros was an absolute legend. welcomed me and my friends in with open arms. creates a really good friendly atmosphere which made our stay very comforting. room was good. got the simples. good bed. working shower etc. location was good. just a 5 mins walk from the strip. which was good as it was closer to the old town meaning it was not a far walk from good food and easy to get back from a night out. definitely recommend for anyone looking for an easy trip with great company.

Thanks so much for Petros and Maria for making our stay in Malia so awesome ! Hotel location was perfect to do everything walking. 10 minutes walk to the beach with loads of activities (Jetski, parasailing, beach, etc). Also 5 minutes walk form 'the strip', the street where you can find all the bars and club.

Petros might be the greatest person I have ever met. I would absolutely reccomend staying here for the people alone, and the rooms were also comfortable and the pool and bar was very nice

Good location, lovely pools and friendly staff.
You could feel every spring in the mattress and the beds were very squeaky keeping us up most of the night. The room was not properly cleaned and we found hairs everywhere and the toilet brush was still in the toilet. Also when you arrive you are greeted with hundreds of signs telling you what you cant do and a list of how much you would be charged if anything in the room was to break including the fridge, air con, shower curtain ... etc this didn’t make us feel very comfortable or welcome. Also these appliances looked years old and we were paranoid that they might break whilst we were there resulting in unrealistic charges!

This place is amazing honestly! My apt was on 1st floor, and from the balcony you can enjoy the sea view (although relatively far) on one side and the mountain view on the other, just brilliant! Place is spotless and the staff is very helpful.

The location was perfect a few minutes from the beach and central malia . Extremely comfortable with very helpful and nice staff . No noise issues at night . Petros was extremely helpful .
Nothing our group didn’t like . We would come back again .
