Had the best time at this adorable home! It was very clean, had all of the cooking utensils/dinnerware that we needed for a bigger group, and was the perfect location for a wine tasting weekend. Communication with the property owner was easy and great. Had the best time and would absolutely come back - thank you for letting us stay in your home!

This house did have all the things it said it would and it is a very spacious place which was it's best plus point. The host was very nice and informative. I almost gave it 4 stars because of this. However, I paid A LOT to stay here for two nights and I did not feel like the price met the condition of the inside of the house. The walls were all chipped from stuff being moved in and out, the wood floors seemed completely scratched up, the coffee table in the living room seems to be held together by the last thread of a screw and the downstairs toilet clogged often. In the upstairs bedroom it was clear the owner just took down curtain rods and lights but didn't bother spackling or repainting the holes left behind. In the upstairs bathroom I had to sit a bit sideways on the toilet because the vanity was built right where my left knee should go. I would have given the place 4 to 5 stars if it had been half the price but, in my opinion, if you are going to charge that much, the house should be in much better condition.

This is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood and an easy walk to the river and downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much. Do note that one of the upstairs beds is a double which is on the small side for two adults (and a very soft mattress). Other than that we were all very comfortable and the house was a good size for three couples.

Booked this place as base station for our Pennsylvania niece's 21 st birthday Napa wine tour celebration. Great to walk to restaurants for dinner after a day of wine tasting.

We made this visit with our 3 adult children and infant grandchild. We really enjoyed the comfortable home, well equipped kitchen and lovely backyard. Our son and his wife loved the hot tub. The convenience to the vineyards and restaurants made this a wonderful way to visit the area.

We had a girls trip up in Napa, just five of us. This was a perfect location 2-3 blocks from downtown Napa. So easy for us to get to and get back home safely without having to Uber everywhere. There is a Market one block away to if we needed any groceries. Cute backyard and front porch that we really enjoyed hanging out on. Super comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The owner responded very quickly to all of our questions and needs. I will definitely use this property again!

Such a lovely & comfortable home - thanks for sharing it with us. We had a great time in Napa - our 3rd trip out and possibly our best experience yet. Great location, central to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. We met a couple of very friendly neighbors as well. Comfy linens, plush towels, and all the thoughtful touches helped make this a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to stay at Magnolia House again when we are in Napa & will enthusiastically recommend it to our friends. You will not regret staying here!

My family of six were very content in the lovely property. The home was very clean and had everything we needed including soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and q-tips.
The backyard and surrounding neighborhood were resplendent with the most beautiful landscaping. The town is close enough to walk to and right by the river.
We would definitely stay here again.

We just completed a lovely long weekend stay at this charming home. The house was well laid out for our group of 5 women (2 upstairs bedrooms and 1 downstairs). The front porch was the perfect place to enjoy an evening glass of wine and we loved the well landscaped, private backyard for morning hot tub soaks. The house was close enough to walk into downtown restaurants and quite close to a corner marked and a bakery (yummy!).
Looking forward to coming back!

Our group of 5 had more than enough space to spend 3 nights for a long weekend visiting wineries in Napa. The house is walkable to downtown Napa’s restaurants and allows good availability of Ubers for further trips.

Finding a house in Napa was difficult but I am so happy we found this one! The location was walking distance to the downtown area and the neighborhood overall was very nice and safe. The house was IMPECCABLE and just as described in photos. Host was great! We had a bit of technical difficulties with the thermostat but our host quickly resolved the issue and was very responsive and understanding. Great experience! Definitely recommend!

We rented this property for my sister's 50th birthday vacation getaway in the Napa area. It was in a great location close to the quaint little shopping and eating district.
We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to be comfortable for us 5 girls. The beds were auper comfy. It was a nice touch to have all the toiletry amenities available and the kitchen was completely stocked with all the necessary cooking gadgets.
The house was located a block from a small neighborhood grocery store which was convenient.
Would highly recommend this property to families or small groups visiting the area.

The home is great however, we had an issue with the thermostat every night. The sensor is located in the family room it doesn't recognize the temperature of the bedrooms. You end up burning up as the heater runs until the main room hits the set temp. I made the property manager aware of the problem so hopefully they fix it. We also had an issue with the programming that they had setup for the heat. I spent every night getting up multiple times to turn the heater off because the programming was set to turn it back on I guess after a short while. The first night we froze trying to get the heater on and then the rest of the nights we fought to turn it off so we would not burn up.Also noteworthy is that their is a shared wall in the family room to another renter. So the neighbor was up our first night until around 5 am having very loud conversation that sounded like it was in the main home. Very disappointing.Other than that, the home was in a great location and very nicely appointed and clean.
