When we arrived we noticed that the property was dirty. The floors didn't appear to have been cleaned, the showers were dirty, many pieces of flatware were dirty, glasses were dirty, as examples. We informed the management of the property the following morning and were told that the unit had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and that a cleaner would come during our absence that day. The unit was not cleaned during that interim so instead we requested clean sheets for our beds so that we could remake them and we washed all of the dishes and silverware ourselves.

The location of this property was great. Very close to the wineries and downtown Napa. The community was also very nice and quiet.Unfortunately parts of the house were a bit dirty and unkept. There were hundreds of ants in the second bathroom. There was also a very foul odor that never went away.

Overall great property, neighborhood . Loved the golf course views. Only issue the bunk beds were very hard to sleep on. Other than that would highly recommend.

The property was dated, furniture was not comfortable to sit in for long periods of time, and water pressure was weak. Upon first glance, property seemed clean, but we found blood stains on the comforter in the master bedroom. Lots of ant traps throughout the space. Overall, it was ok for what we paid, but it isn't somewhere I need to run back to.

As above great accommodation for two families each with children, great location easy check in/ out. My son has dust allergies and had a horrible time Discovered large dust bunnies in the house under beds. One sofa worn so bad no one could sit in the middle. Not what you expect with the significant cleaning fee given the square footage .I have pics that I can’t post here.

This condo was perfect for our multi-generational stay. Golfing granddad loved watching the golfers on the fairway from the patio. Grandkids and parents loved the (two) pools within short walking distance. We used the kickboards, googles, floaties, and played scrabble and dominos. The location was within 10 minutes of Napa - we enjoyed dinner with the kids at Oxbow Public Market, the Q restaurant and bar -- and also went further afield for wine tasting in Calistoga. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is exactly as stated. It is within a 10 minute drive to downtown Napa. They had it well stocked with towels and bath essentials. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with, we just needed to buy groceries and were set. This is a great place to stay if you are wanting a home instead of hotel that is close distance to everything. Only down side were the beds for the bunk beds were a bit hard. Otherwise you have yourself a nice place to stay!

Enjoyed the pool located a couple doors down. Great view of nesting Cooper’s Hawks across the golf course. Wish there was a little more outdoor space for the kids to run around without getting in the way of golfers. Lots of kid toys and supplies although one of the cribs was missing a mattress.

I was frustrated to find the property very dirty. There were piles of dust and hair all along the floors. The kitchen had a steady stream of ants and had multiple ant traps throughout the house. We found all of the beds to be particularly uncomfortable. Appliances were old and breaking. The property is in a nice area and centrally located however the house is just not kept clean or updated enough for the price charged.

It was the perfect set up for a family! There are a few things that could be improved - Quality of TP!.. i mean really.... would it be that hard? And the couch, which really needs to be replaced - you can feel the wood frame. Aside from that - the location, the unit, the owner were excellent! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and the location of the pool - awesome! Great place to relax and unwind after wine tasting!... just wish that couch was more comfortable.

Great location!

Great location! Easy to get to restaurants, wineries and shopping. Spacious and quiet property that comfortably sleeps at least 8. Plenty of parking and several great private outdoor seating spaces. WiFi wasn’t working initially but host was very prompt in getting it working. Would definitely stay again.

Good for groups. Older home but Nice open living area and houses many people. Plenty of hot water for showering for large groups too! Bunk beds were nice to have but not super comfortable. Good to have a kitchen to cook breakfast in am before tastings however there wasn’t a lot of kitchen utensils for cooking. We made due though. Great location. And best of all I contacted the manager about a light being out and they fixed it right away. I really appreciated that. Would recommend.!

We arrived for a 3 night stay. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean but somewhat dated. The owner was very accommodating with an early check in and late check out. We had a couple complaints. There was road construction up and down the street when we arrived. Parking access was blocked unless you parked in an area down the street away from the house, the sofa was not very comfortable and I would have liked another blanket. The parking did not end up being an issue for us and the construction stopped for Saturday and Sunday but we would have appreciated knowing this prior to arrival. Overall, would recommend this as a nice property with sleeping for 8. Expensive for a 3 night stay but what isn't when staying in Napa in the summer?
