Great plane to stay in London.

Very close to the metro station, restaurants and local super markets. The room was clean. Kitchen had all necessary items to cook. The staff was very friendly and willing to provide you with all information and support for the stay.

It's on a busy highway, there will be traffic sound 24x7 in spite of the air tight windows. There is no dishwasher. You'll spend time cleaning on a holiday/ vacation. Beds are a little too soft.

Nos quedamos en el apartamento 102, todo perfecto. La recepción muy buena, nos dieron un código de acceso al apartamento y una llave. Te cobran 250 libras de garantía, pero te lo devuelven al finalizar. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y superó nuestras expectativas. Tiene lava-secarropas, cafetera nespresso, tostadora, microondas y pava eléctrica. Además de plancha, tabla de planchar, aspiradora, calienta toallas. El servicio de wifi y cable funcionaban impecable. La cama cómoda y nos dejaron toallas extras. La calefacción del apartamento muy buena. La ubicación perfecta para hacer de tu estadía la mejor, se llega caminando a puntos estratégicos, cercano al metro y parada de autobús. Supermercados de todo tipo en las cercanías. El tamaño ideal para una pareja o una pareja con hijos.

Simplesmente perfeita!

Excelente localização, quarto grande, cama extremamente confortável. Roupas de cama limpas e espaço bem cuidado.

A temperatura internada estava sempre muito alta, mas nada que dois dedos de janela abertos não resolvessem para refrescar o ambiente. O chuveiro, apesar de quente, era bem fraco e a máquina de roupas, apesar da função secar, não funcionava nessa opção, o que também não atrapalhou, já que bastava colocar as roupas lavadas próximas ao aquecimento para secarem em poucas horas.

Awesome location and great facilities. For the price I don’t think you could get better. Communications could have been clearer but not a drama. Really enjoyed it.

UBICACIÓN BUENA

La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca metro Earl's Court, restaurantes, coffe-shop, y todo tipo de comercios. El apartamento está muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia en familia. Sin duda volveria a alojarme en sus apartamentos.

La cama supletoria era muy incomoda porque algunas laminas del somier faltaban y otras estaban rotas.

Slow to refund deposits

Clean

Very very slow to refund the damage deposit. Very fast to collect the deposit, however took them a long time to credit the deposit back when there was no damages. They blamed it on PayPal but they should switch banks instead of irritating good customers

What's not to enjoy about a week in London - staying in South Kensington

Serviced studio apartment. The location is excellent.

Spacious apartment with excellent location!

The location is very convenient! Quiet, safe and close to everything. It’s about 5 minutes walk to the underground, and there’re buses just outside the building that can take you to major attractions. There’s also a big supermarket about 50m away, very convenient for grocery shopping. The room is very spacious and quite clean. Inside the building is very quiet and there are lifts you can take.

There’s no daily clean up, you need to put the garbage outside the room every night.

Arrived in London on Friday 16th June for the arctic monkeys gig at arsenal. Was greeted at the property by the staff an

Perfect location 5 minute walk to Earl’s Court tube station. Great value for money, clean and comfortable, safe and great facilities for cooking, washing etc. when you consider the cost of a travelodge etc. I will definitely be using this facility again.

its like a hotel apartments fyi, the staff were very understanding and friendly, if anyone was wondering it does have an elevator haha. I honestly would stay there again if i visit london. the location was great it was like a 3 min walk from the subway.

An accessible place in the centre of London. Great for the family.

- The location is just excellent. Everything is close by, many of which are within walking distance. These include Earl's Court tube station (a 4-minute walk), restaurants (halal, e.g., Jojo Peri Peri, and non-halal ones), grocery stores, museums, Kensington High Street, Kensington Gardens, Diana Memorial Playground, Hyde Park, and all kinds of tourist attractions. This makes it ideal for family visits. - The room came with all the needed amenities and cleaning services (prompted by your needs). - The bathroom is separated from the main room. This is really good for bathroom-sensitive members. - Items can be delivered to the accommodation. The porter stores them in the delivery room downstairs. - Miss Kudra (manager) is very kind. We were supposed to be at the airport (Terminal 3) at 6 PM. The usual checkout time is 12 PM. Miss Kudra kindly allowed us to stay until 5 PM so that we would not have to go to the airport so early. This was really helpful for us as we came with our six-year-old son.

None of these is really bad, but more so suggestions for future improvement: - The lifts (two of them) are somewhat old. Sometimes the lift would jump during elevation and descension. People with insomnia, vertigo, or claustrophobia might not have the best experience. - The floors creaked. - Initially, we felt the price was a lot. But after seeing how accessible everything is, the price is worth it.

Convenient place to stay if you're not picky, but not a great value for money.

Convenient location. Large supermarket nearby. Easy check-in/check-out process. Our request for quiet room was met. Reliable wi-fi. Spacious room. Dedicated workspace next to the window. Nespresso machine. Heating and hot water worked well.

Kitchen in a sad condition, Pans unusable. Shabby bathroom of questionable cleanliness (there was a bucket with a dirty mop). Washing machine without a drier but no rack for clothes. TV remote fixed with tape. Unreasonably priced.
