A Gem of a hotel in a great location

The location is great. A pay car park only 1 min from hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Arrived at 11.45 and they had our suite ready within 15 mins Beautiful room with balcony, luxurious, spacious, comfortable with large en-suite shower room. Attention to detail was great. Everything you need for a comfortable stay

Five star property, even without the swimming pool.

The attitude of the staff ffrom the get-go till the very end was warm , friendly , helpful. Truly appreciated the smiles and willingness to help even with the smnallest task,

I wish the rooms could have been bigger , but no one can do anything about that !

Location is excellent, located within a small square making it nice and quiet. I messaged the hotel before our stay to say it was my daughter's birthday - they upgraded our room, there was a handwritten card in the room on arrival, complimentary drinks and a food voucher. She was delighted - super customer service.

An exceptionally satisfied experience in this hotel

Got upgrade for my room which made my stay exceptionally satisfied. The location of the hotel is excellent. My room is very new and clean and spacious. Will surely come back.

The location was very good. The reception staff were very cooperative and friendly. The room was very clean.

Amazing, great staff, great place!

Great place to stay in London. Usually hotels in London tend to have very small, simple rooms but this one was great in size, decorations and comfort! Would 100% recommend.

I loved everything. Location was great, easy to get to LHR.

Loved it! Will stay again and I reccomend it to my family and friends

The location is perfect few minutes walk to the Hyde Park and Paddington metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes near by shops, supermarkets. I would reccomend this hotel and I will book it again to my trip to beautiful London. The only disadvantage thing is that the rooms sizes are small, I ignored that because we only stay in the hotel for sleeping time and our day is outside. But comparing it to all the facilities the price is worth it and perfect for small budgets. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

Perfect hotel in perfect location with delicious breakfast and kind personal!

Amazing hotel with kind staff. Ciao Bella restaurant has perfect personal, everybody is smiling on you. Breakfast was so delicious! You can choose from many brekfast. Also hotel is quity and you won't hear the noise from the street. Hotel is 1 minute walk from Hop on Hop off bus station and from National express station, which is important. Every day we have clean towels and our room. It was my 4th time in London and for my next trip, I'm going for this hotel!! Thank you!

Exceptional

Amazing location and great building. Get the hotel breakfast as it's great! Jessica sorted us out during check in and she has been delightful. Highly recommend this hotel as it's just 3 mins walk to Paddington station which will connect you to most of London
