Spacious with everything we needed, nice touch with the breakfast bits including tea and coffee.

It’s running a little tired but nothing major. Outside needs a little care but honestly we had no issues or complaints at all.

Great family vacation in a wonderful flat.

The flat was very nice and large. Comfortably able to fit our family of 5. Location was excellent. All necessary services were close by. The host was excellent, friendly and responsive.

The upstairs neighbor was a bit loud.

Huge, bright, fully equipped apartment, close to two tube stops, and two Saintsbury grocery stores.

The apartment is HUGE with a separate, full kitchen and dining area. It's a ground floor apartment but with plenty of windows and light. Very clean and well maintained. The heating was completely adjustable; this was important because we were there when London was experiencing a cold wave. Free Netflix was a nice addition. There were plenty of wall plug converters, so no need to bring your own. Hot water was excellent for showers. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including a bag of ice in the freezer, and a nice assortment of breakfast items provided by the host. The location, in the lovely Lexham Gardens neighbourhood was terrific just 5 mins walk to Earls Court station with both Piccadilly and District lines available; a Saintsbury local a few minutes away; and a full size Saintsbury about 10 minutes walk away. The high street in Kensington was very close. We never felt unsafe walking in this area at night. Host Vincenzo was very helpful and communicated via WhatsApp in a timely manner! We'll stay here again.

Fantastic stay!!!!!

The property was the same as in the pictures. Very homely and lovely. Vicenzo and Claudia were very professional and helpful. Stayed with my sisters and they couldn't stop gushing about the house. I 100% recommend this apartment and will definitely stay there.

We have just stayed in this apartment as a family of four for 3 weeks having previously lived in London and returned for holidays many times. Vincenzo is a wonderful host, the property had everything we needed and is in a safe and central area. It represented great value for money as far as London accommodation is concerned and having lived in a mansion flat in the past we were delighted with how very spacious it was in London terms. Access was easy and convenient and Vincenzo’s communication as a host is superb. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to future guests.

only thing that I could suggest improving is the lighting in the bathrooms and kitchens - it was difficult to see for make up and using the appliances in the kitchen

Apartment looks great as in the pictures, all was functioning as it should, bus transportation was good and near apartment, undergroud was 5 min away and along the way there is a big chain minimarket, all sorts of food options(good neopolitan pizza also [Franco pizzeria]), there is nothing not to love in this apartment, our stay was awesome. Highly recomended.

Truly unique! Classy & huge apartment in South Kens

Apartment is absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations for a property in South Kens. Huge and classy, with plenty of individual bedrooms and bathrooms, a large living area and a large kitchen, completely equipped. Fairly priced! One of the best properties I ever booked and lived in while visiting big and crowded cities.

You could not ask for more gracious, capable, friendly, and efficient hosts than Vincenzo and Claudia. They truly went above and beyond for us. I would not hesitate to stay with them again. The apartment is in easy walking distance to the Underground, and our favorite pub, the Hansom Cab, is even closer. Vincenzo was quick to respond on WhatsApp to every question we had. With all the comforts of home, we had a great stay in Kensington.

lovely accommodation in a safe location easily accessible to every you want to see in London.

We liked the comfy beds, spacious rooms and complimentary coffee, tea and pancakes were a nice touch.

My partner was kept awake one night by the noise coming from the apartment above.

Excellent stay at these apartments.

Lovely, spacious apartment, very centrally located with lots of restaurants, takeaways, shops and parks nearby. Perfect location for our family of 4. Earls Court and High Street Kensington tube stations 10 min walk away. We will absolutely stay again if we visit London!

Fantastic location, quiet, lots of space, great facilities.

Property was huge, with a nice outside patio area. It was surprisingly quiet given its central location. All facilities (washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen and living area) where is great condition. Our hosts were super helpful and flexible.

The property was nearly faultless. It would have benefitted from an additional pot and a frying pan for guests who are cooking, but as ours is a small family, the pots and pans were sufficient.

We had a great time!

The location of this property can’t be beat! Right in the middle of Kensington and just a short walk from the tube in Earl’s Court! There are restaurants nearby as well as cafes and bakeries. It was so ideal. For those of you who might be Queen fans, this apartment is also a five minute walk to Freddie Mercury’s home.

We had an unfortunate incident when the apartment above us had a leak that impacted our stay. That said, Vincenzo was incredibly responsive, and he came to help immediately.
