Perfect location and value for money

Excellent way to experience Kampot without being right in the centre. Not too much of a long walk to the centre but you can rent a bike for very cheap from the guesthouse and its safe and easy to drive in the area.

Très agréable séjour. Bon rapport qualité prix. Proche du centre-ville, il y a une piscine à côté, on peux louer des scooters pour 6$ la journée et les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Je recommande

Value for money!

Great value for money and a lovely comfy room!

Location is far to walk to the centre but you can easily get a cheap tuk tuk or rent a bike.

Quel désappointement !!!

Je suis très insatisfait de cet établissement. Très bruyant car situé sur une grosse artère. La chambre n'était pas propre , il n'y avait pas de serviette de toilette et l'odeur des toilettes qui refoulent était omniprésente. J'ai fait appel à leur service de lingerie et mes habits sont revenus sales. Quand je l'ai fait remarquer à l'accueil, on m'a simplement répondu qu'ils étaient déjà sales avant de leur remettre. On se demande à quoi sert un service de laundry !!. Idem pour le scooter quand j'ai fait remarquer au jeune homme que le phare ne marchait pas, il m'a simplement répondu qu'il faisait encore jour et que je n'avais pas besoin de lumière. Aucune recherche de solution pour tous ces désagréments, aucun geste commercial, on sent bien que la seule chose qui les intéresse est de faire rentrer l'argent sur le turn over. On se sent vraiment pris pour un c.. ici et je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement dans lequel je ne mettrai plus jamais les pieds !!

Good value for money

Away from the noise of Kampot but only a $1 grab ride into the main bar area. Friendly staff. Aircon worked perfectly fine in my room. Ideal, if you are on a budget

Threadbare sheets, had already been warned about this and a little bit tired.

Richtig schönes Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr schön am Fluss gelegen, unser Zimmer war richtig groß, gepflegt und sauber. Mit dem TukTuk kann man bequem für 1,25$ in die Innenstadt fahren. Das beste ist der Pool und das Restaurant im benachbarten Hotel, das wir mit nutzen dürfen.

Lovely location. Great to hire bikes.

Beautiful location by the river. Very easy to hire bikes. Excellent food value food. Lovely pool.

Weird smell in room. We didn’t get the room we booked but it wasn’t really a problem. There was a very noisy party there on our first night and we were expecting a quiet place. It’s a bit far from town.

Schöner relaxter Ort zum Entspannen

Super entspannter Ort, nette Besitzer und Angestellte. Essen auch gut und zu guten Preisen. Mit dem Tuktuk ist man in 3 Minuten im Ort und das kostet in etwa 1 Euro, was für uns völlig in Ordnung war. Wir fanden es deutlich entspannter als im Stadtkern.

Alles naar waarde

Er is niet zoveel Family aan, gewoon een hostel/hotel. Matig beddengoed. Douche onder de trap en dus krom staan. Lekkende slangen van de douch aangezien het ook wc was had je altijd natte voeten. Ontbijt in het naastgelegen hotel. Maar dat was afgehuurd, dus ontbijt voor gasten van het Family niet welkom. Het geadverteerde zwembad is ook bij het naast gelegen hotel en ziet er niet uitnodigend uit. Hotel heeft zeker geen rivierzicht. Hotel ver weg van de plek waar je wilt zijn. Je hebt een scooter nodig om naar het centrum te gaan. Die zijn voor een paar euro te huur. Het voordeel is met de scooter dat je overdag ook zelf naar de Peperplantages kan rijden, of naar de krabmarkt. Dus heeft het nadeel een voordeel. Maar alles naar zijn waarde en de prijs/kwaliteit vond ik goed.

De kamer was ondermaats voor de prijs. Even de boel langs lopen of het allemaal heel is. Beddengoed checken en even opruimen. Kleine moeite, hoeft niet veel te kosten.

Great!

Good rooms and the place a 2 doors down which is affiliated and where you can use the pool free of charge has a great view the river and you can eat there good and decently priced and even borrow a kayak for 2 dollars and paddle to the beach a little further in town. Room was clean and nice fixtures and fittings. Checking in easy staff were fine but nothing to write home about. There was an annoying problem with my laundry staff couldnt find it for a while but then a lady from the affiliated hotel came and returned the laundry money as the laundry was still wet which was pretty exceptional. For the price the rooms are great and if im.in kampot i will return Good job to the owners!

Decent place to stay and affordable

Nice place with good people and easy access to Kampot with in house scooters.

We where 4 boys packed in a very small room. The shower is on top of the toilet so everything gets wet. If this doesn't bother you then go ahead and book. Btw if you need aircon it's 1$ extra pr. person pr. night.

Nice place, nice price, nice staff. you have to walk a little bit to the city centre but in my opinion is better to be more relax. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets and coffe places!

Nice family guesthouse

Very friendly Family business! The food in the Restaurant next door (belongs to the same Family) was very good! The Pool was nice and the view on the River great. Lundry was very good. We rented a scooter for 2 days. Kampot City is 5 minutes drive, one entry to the nationalpark 20min. We had a really good time, the family is very friendly and helpful. We recommend to stay there.

Pleasant

The room itself (no AC, but fan) was cheap so all in all it was alright. The scooter rental worked really well and the scooter itself was also really good.

We booked a room without AC, but with fan. The fan itself, though, was really noisy which was disturbing during the night. The guest house is also situated next to a busy street, so depending on where in the big house you room is you might, too, hear the street. The biggest downpoint was the smell in the room which was really damp. When we arrived in the evening it was smelling quite badly but due to the insects you wouldn't really want to open the windows any more.

Nice cheap place, totally recommend

Nice clean room, very friendly stuff You can rent a scooter their You can buy your Tickets to go ahead (Sihanucville, Koh Rong, Phnom Penh... and also so Thailand an Vietnam) We would totally recommend this place. Nice, clean and cheap. Pay attention the restaurant and the pool is at the second next accommodation. Food there wasn't really good, it was ok.

Stairs from 2nd to 3rd floor are like climbing on a mountain, no they aren't that bad but they are really high... There were 2 beds in our room and on bed sheet was full of holes... luckily we had the 2nd one which was so much better. If you have a light sleep you may have problems with the noices of the goose farm, close to the place. We hadn't a problem at all with that.
