We had a great time. Kelly Kottage was in walking distance from all of the fun bars and restaurants that Natchez had to offer. Jennifer made sure we were able to check-in early as well, which was a plus. Will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the house! Location was awesome! The back neighbors were a little creepy but we had a very enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely renovated home that was conveniently located near all that downtown Natchez has to offer. Host was very accommodating and responsive as well.

I wish I could have stayed longer as the house is quiet , well-appointed, and close to Main Street. Would stay again next time I visit friends in Natchez.

Clean and well located.

Kelly's Kottage was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding at Stanton Hall and it was within walking distance of the venue. We are also within walking distance to everything else - shopping, eating, bars. It was ideal!

This place is awesome, especially for two people. The location is prime. The hose was great and check in/out was super easy. It was very clean! I’ve seen complaints about the corner bar next door, but we had no noise issues at all on that front. Would definitely return and book again!

Easy access to everything downtown

Everything you’d hope for in the culturally rich town.

We enjoyed our stay at this Darling and very clean house! It is in a perfect location in downtown Natchez. Walking distance to so many attractions and restaurants/bars. We loved it so much and will be back!

We absolutely loved the cottage and area around the cottage. It says it is next to a bar but it is really quiet and it has really great food. The hamburger is delicious and the salmon is out of this world. The cottage has very comfortable beds and a clean kitchen and bathroom area. We will absolutely use the cottage when we come again.

Adorable house, close to all attractions, The Corner Bar is not loud at all and the steaks on Wednesday can't be beat.
The property is very well kept and clean. Our small dog enjoyed the back yard very much. We will always stay here when we come to Natchez. Absolutely Loved our stay at Kelly Kottage, Jennifer and her staff are the best.

The house is very cute and minutes to all the places we wanted to go. It was a little noisy at night, as there is a bar next door and the street is fairly busy during certain times of day. The host was very helpful and communicative and she helped me out in getting into the property when I was not able to access my VRBO app. Overall a great experience!

Right in the middle of everything you want to do or see in Natchez. We’re able to walk around and see everything. It was brutally hot outside but AC kept us cool. House was nice and had a back yard for pets if needed. Manager was accessible and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. Cute little cottage.

My husband and I spent a few days at Kelly Kottage in Natchez to celebrate our anniversary. It is located next to the coolest little neighborhood bar where we got to enjoy their Wednesday night steak special. The locals were so welcoming and eager to share interesting history about the town.
Jennifer is an awesome host and the Kottage decor is adorable. We have already talked about returning for another get away. Southern hospitality is still going strong in Natchez.

Had a great time!

The property is a shotgun style home with updated kitchen, bath, and firm, comfortable beds. The bar next door is loud but the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home and neither of us found it distracting. Four stairs up to the front door.
Furniture is low but comfortable. Stools only for kitchen seating. Lights in living areas and bedrooms are table or floor controlled by wall switch. No grab bars in the bathroom.
Bathroom was very clean. All linens were clean and there were plenty of towels and soap. Kitchen had some coffee cup rings on the counter and one mug that had not been washed but was put away. Owner was made aware and is contacting the housekeeper.
The internet is slow and the Roku tv kept dropping signal. Once we hooked up our own Apple TV box, we had no problems.
It rained almost all day Saturday. The skylights let in plenty of light and there were no leaks. A/C works very well. House is old so doors to bedrooms and bath had to be manually latched to stay closed.
We would rent this place again as a retreat for two friends wanting chill downtime.

Perfect get-away spot if you're looking to visit Natchez. This cool home is in the downtown area and withing walking distance to great shopping and dining.
The back patio and fenced in yard was the ideal outdoor space. The cottage itself is well appointed and clean.
We really enjoyed our stay and Jennifer, the host, was so easy to communicate with.

The property was cute, looking like it was designed by an interior designer. It was centrally located in downtown Natchez. However the front bedroom with the queen bed sounds like you are on the street, with noisy car traffic and pedestrian noise from the bar through the night. One night the corner bar next door had steak-night that literally smoked us out, both inside and in the back yard. Overall, this was far too expensive for the quality of our experience.

20th anniversary weekend get away
If our 20th anniversary we decided to take a quick little trip to Natchez with our 11-year-old daughter. The Kelly house was clean and charming ,just adorable. Centrally located we were able to walk to go eat. We were able to walk to the river. We just enjoyed the porch ,enjoyed our stay ,enjoy the comfort of the cottage. Thank you Jennifer for everything it was awesome! Check out The Towers tour if you get the chance. It was awesome

Wonderful stay in a delightful property. Nicely appointed, quaint, and historic - plus Jennifer made us feel welcome and at home. Perfectly positioned in town to allow walking access to downtown and the riverfront. The history of the place is well worth the visit - antebellum homes that survived the north's taking of the Mississippi river (and the reasons may surprise the sensitive southerner). Will return.

Another great stay
This was our second time staying at the Kelly House. Jennifer was a great hostess and the house was perfect for our little getaway. It’s become our perfect little vaca spot. We’ll be back!!

How sweet.
Best host, very friendly and helpful. She helped us out in a crazy situation. Put her self out just to help us. It meant a lot to me and my daughter. We will always try to book here every time we go back to Natchez

I would have left 3 stars because of the location and the house has charm. VRBO said the owner has reviewed us as a guest! Since I can’t view it until I submit my review, I need to speak out. I looked for a pet friendly lodging, filled out the application, including the required pet fee! My application was approved and I paid the full amount immediately. We arrived and gained access with no issues. The listing said there was a PARKING LOT besides street parking. There is no parking lot available. Parking wasn’t a problem. The electrical is challenging. To use the hot plate, we had to use an electric cord which either lays on the floor or across the sink. We didn’t use the hot plate. I could not reach the light switch for the kitchen. Thankfully others could. There was food left in the refrigerator. We put it on the bottom shelf and didn’t use it. We didn’t leave any food behind. The door to the refrigerator needed repair. We were told that the repairman would come but we asked to be contacted so he could come when we were there. He can UNANNOUNCED and left when he saw a dog. That’s when the HARASSMENT FROM THE OWNER began. She apparently was UNAWARE we had pets. Do people pay a pet fee if they have no pets? She also was surprised we were staying so long! Did she read her contract? She started calling my husband repeatedly (several times when he was in a meeting) wanting us to hide another pet fee somewhere in the house. I see others have reported dog urine odors. That’s a fact. It smells bad. The house was fairly clean except the carpet. I also left a tip for the housekeeper and I hope they got it. I also contacted Juan at VRBO when we were charged that extra fee on our account! I’ve never had a bad VRBO experience before this.
