Pleasant

- place for 1, max 2 nights when you want to stop somewhere while traveling through Budapest - air conditioning in both bedrooms - direct tram to city center 2b

- there is no elevator, and the apartment is on the last floor of the building - bad smell at the entrance (old building). We had to ventilate the whole apartment - dust on the shelves and equipment in the kitchen - weak ventilation in the toilet - the apartment has an exit on one side to the kindergarten and on the other to the streets where cars often drive, which disturb at night

It is a spacious, clean apartment and I would stay there again.

Air conditioning was very quiet and in each bedroom, there was a washer and a drying rack. Everything was spotless clean. Instructions were very detailed but unfortunately the e-mail did not completely open on my cell phone and I had to call the owner and ask for details. The hallway was clean and you could tell that tenants take care of the joint area. The downtown is about 45 minutes far. If you are with a family, you can buy a family day pass on internet that is pretty cheap. There is also an app that will guide you which trams or buses to take to get to the centre.

As other mentioned, the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Most doors have about 3 security locks, one apartment had a security grill door in front of the entrance door, and one apartment was tape sealed by either police or an executor. This made me feel uneasy the first night. The next day I noticed similar security features in other houses around and the neighbourhood seemed nice and I felt safe.

Good experience in Budapest, near to the high school we were visiting.

The rooms are quite big, it has an amazing terrace and there is a good public transport option to reach the city center

The shower head doesn't work properly. It was necceseray around 40 minutes to reach the city center. No elevator and it is a fourth stage.

Superb

The apartment is comfortable and located in quite neighborhood. It was very clean!There a lot of free parking places arround the building. Communication with the owner was easy and instructions were detailed. Overall very good!

Highly recommended! We would definitely come back again.

Close to the bus stop towards the city center. Easy to find free parking place. Nice, clean apartment with many appliances and dishes. Quiet building, safe location. Good communication with the owner via email.

It is on the 4th floor - in the building with no lift - it's not a problem at all for healthy people. Someone forgot to throw the garbage out - Not a big deal - It could happen :)

Comfortable stay

The flat is very comfortable and clean, beds are comfortable, well equipped kitchen, and not too far from the centre. 40 minutes by tram 2B.

Exceptional

The Central Home - Pesterzsébet it's a great apartment with all the accomodations and commodities to have a perfect stay. The apartment is big and it has great lighting due to the large windows. The neighborhood it's really nice and calm. You'll find everything that you need and more! Also, Gabriela it's really nice and helpful, I felt oriented and welcome before and during my stay.

Exceptional

The apartment is quite big and clean with big windows. We did not meet the owner but she left very good indications for us. Both rooms have 2 twin beds that can also be united. It has all you need inside. The lady owner was very nice and left free morning coffee for us. My wife loved the apartment.

It is quite far from city center, but also the price was not as for city center. We used our car for traveling inside the city so distance issue was solved easy.

The apartmant is really clean and good, 15 min from the center with bus. You will enjoy your stay here!

Its 4th floor without elevator so you better be prepered for that.

Nightmare, 2 policemen to enforce my contract with Booking.com.

At arrival the key broken into the very old and inefficient door lock. The property owner tried to squeeze me money to repair it (three time as much as the all value of my staying). I refused to pay. The property owner screamed at be and attacked me physically in order to kick me out of the apartment. I called the police. The police enforce Booking.com's contract as valid by law. My staying was protected by the Police. The property owner locked one room of the apartment for which I had pay. I request compensation for having had only one room instead of 2 rooms as for booking and payment.

Very good hospitality by the host and helped in arranging cabs to airport.. Excellent amenities inside the apartment.overall we had a pleasant stay.

Outer Lights near the door and lift for the apartment could have been a added advantage
