Excellent ❤️ highly recommend. We had a lovely stay in Lamlash at Bayview Cottage and staff at Glenisle hotel were lovely and very helpful ..Breakfast was great and we had a great meal here as well .
Cottage was excellent it had everything that we needed, lovely and clean , fab balcony to sit outside and parking . Hope to be back a visit soon .
No complaints, everything was perfect Xx

We had a fantastic stay with the glen isle hotel. We were moved into a different accommodation lodge upon arrival and it was perfect for us and our dog - super comfy, warm, had everything we needed. We had to extend our stay as the ferry broke down and left us stranded, luckily there was a cancellation so we could extend our stay here - we were super grateful and had a fantastic time. The free breakfast was a great bonus and they offered fab choices for vegans.
Wasn't a huge array of cooking implements but enough for what we needed.

We actually stayed in Glenisle Cottage as Bayview was having work done.
We loved the huge sun deck, the spacious rooms, great shower, plenty of kitchen utensils.
There was nothing we didn't like.

the pictures don’t do it justice
very modern

We were upgraded from Bayview Cottage to Glenisle Cottage. Property was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Only issue we’re a couple of light fittings which flickered but that did not detract from the overall excellent quality of the cottage. Full kitchen, spacious living area with large screen TV and very comfortable bed in the bedroom. French doors in bedroom and living room open onto the large verandah/deck.
Nothing

Breakfast was good, always loved Lamlash been there so many times over the years, location was just perfect .
Very slight problem with the shower but did not cause any drawbacks , we did report it though so it could be rectified for next booking .with

Lovely big cottage with loads of positives, lots of space
walk in wardrobe mirror needed bulbs and more hangers for rails. - Great space
Shower needs looked at. Thermostat not working and water was always seriously hot
Needs a brush n pan or a hoover
Small table and chair for eating inside would be great - plenty if space for it
Same as above for outside on beautiful big decking

We were upgraded and had a comfortable apartment as cottage not available. Breakfasts were excellent
No dining table . Water in shower too hot and could not make it cooler

nothing , it was excellent

Location and view were fantastic !
Cottage could do with a little t.l.c , the guys looking after us were great but think the owners need to visit and address a few issues, none of which spoilt our stay but could definitely be improved upon.

freedom using the cottage compared to a hotel room was ideal

Cottage very good
Location good with sea view
Dinner Menu was too upmarket, only standard was haddock and chips

Very spacious cottage. Photos on website need updated as fully floored
The property just looks a bit tired, few chips and needs freshned up with lick of paint, and cob webs at cooker hood and fridge didn’t close properly. Minor details as was a very relaxing comfortable cottage with amazing views and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff will defiantly be back.

It is in a brilliant position. It is comfy and spacious ,clean and bright, and the staff at the adjoining hotel are friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good as was the WiFi reception.
It was let down somewhat by omissions and problems- the dining table and chairs had disappeared, the fridge door had to be propped to keep it closed plus a few minor things. The good news is that during our stay a ‘handy man’ was employed and he quickly solved the minor problems and found us a dining table. We hope to return to the cottage next year as the problems did not stop us having a great holiday.

Great location, good size
Equipment poor and several things not working. A little bit soul-less

Food in hotel fantastic. Staff great
No brush to clean with tumble dryer worked when you put a seat at door to hold shut. Bed felt damp

Breakfast was good, choice was also good.
Location of property was very good.
Cottage was not as clean as would expect, especially at these times.
Ice box door on fridge was broken and ice box obviously had not been defrosted or cleared of ice.
One of the bedside lights did not work. Although these complaints were reported to reception, these were not dealt with by maintenance, but since we were only staying 3 nights we did not pursue.

Beautiful location and view of bay. Excellent breakfast included. Pet friendly. Spacious apartment.

Ideally situated cottage, next to excellent hotel that provided us with delicious food and friendly service. Amazing views, even on the rainy days, over the bay and Holy Isle. A perfect place for us to stay with our dog.
It took us a while to figure the heating out, but once we did it was very effective on the cold wet days when we needed it. Bathroom door didn’t shut, but as there were only two of us , not really a problem..
4.5
Location superb, parking good.
Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Old, marked mattresses with no protectors. Bathroom door could not shut. Needed a good clean.
4.5
Breakfast and location excellent
Cottage very dated. Carpets and sofa covered in dog hair and oose. Exposed wiring on bedroom light. Bedroom carpet not hoovered. Toaster and cooker looked dirty and badly marked. Tumble dryer faulty. Very dusty dining room chairs.
