A nice quiet place to stay while we explored the area. A little bit out of town (15 minutes) but we got used to that.

Stayed for a family vacation and everyone loved it! Great location close to Flagstaff & Sedona. We had a beautiful snow storm with 8" overnight but roads were cleared quickly and we were able to get out no problem, but did have 4WD and probably would've been stuck without that. Just a 30min drive to Sedona for warmer weather and so many beautiful hikes. Also went into Flagstaff (10 min drive) a couple times just for shopping but lots to do there as well. The house was very clean and comfortable with generous provisions - games, coffee, spices for cooking, toiletries, etc. - always good to have in case you forget to bring something or just like to pack light. The dollar store right down the street has a good amount of groceries and there are hiking trails right in the neighborhood too so no need to drive anywhere else if you don't want to.

Nice place . A bit warm as no cross flow of air. Doors could use some screen doors to allow air and no bugs to get in. Like I said it's a nice place

Summer Gettaway
This property had a beautiful location, great views, however, inside of the house was quite outdated, but functional. It didn’t have A/C which made our morning/afternoon hangouts uncomfortable. Also, the dryer wasn’t working, so I had to hang my clothes outside on deck rails, this was very inconvenient. Overall our stay wasn’t bad.

Our stay was wonderful, this house is in a great location among beautiful pines, very quiet neighborhood and near the city.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS from every window.
I loved how the forest trees were brought into the home from every window. The home was spotless and very comfy. The location was convenient to Flagstaff and one of our favorite hikes Pump House Wash Trail. I give this property 5 STARS .

ok property
There were still people cleaning when we got to the property at our 4pm check-in. We were told to come back about a half hour later. We had already picked up groceries and had to drive around and wait to get in. The beds are extremely hard, so if you like a firm bed it's good. Otherwise expect to have a sore back the whole time you are there. The home is much smaller than it is portrayed in the pictures. The location is convenient to get around Flagstaff/Williams area. The patio is great to sit outside and enjoy the cool weather. We also mentioned to the property manager there were bees going under the rafters and she never responded. Hopefully, they will look into this.

Nice comfy house in the woods
Nice house- great stay, just off 1-17, but not too much noise. Well equipped. Good location. With pit extreme heat this August- very hot in mid day ( no A/C ) but beautiful in am and pm

Fun Girls Weekend
Great weekend getaway. The house was clean and had a great deck. I would come back here in the fall, winter or spring. I’d think twice about a July/August visit due to heat. With No A/C and 90+ degree weather, when the sun was coming though the beautiful windows, we felt like we were baking. This only lasted for a few hours until the sun went to the other side of house. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy cabin in the pines
The cabin was clean and newly renovated with a well-stocked kitchen. The view was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the deck each evening. It was a great place for our family of 4 adults and 2 children and we would definitely return for future visits to Flagstaff!

Nice cabin convenient access
The cabin was nice enough, but the furnishings and bedding dated. The kitchen was well stocked and I loved the cast iron cookware. Be careful of the dull knives though! Conveniently close to the freeway, but can be seen and heard from the patio. Patio was very comfortable to watch the stars at night. Cabin did get a bit toasty in the afternoon and no AC to cool things down. Fortunately the patio was shaded by then to relax outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and clean
Nice and roomy for two couples. Easy access to I-17. Great appliances. In general, it exceeded expectations except we thought it would be in the woods more than it is. We wanted to walk, etc. With that said, we would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay just outside downtown Flagstaff
We had a great time coming north and escaping the Phoenix heat! It is just 10 minutes away from downtown Flagstaff—which was convenient for restaurants, grocery stores and retail shops. This cozy house was perfect for the 4 of us. It has a nice large patio with table and chairs for us to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and small appliances for us to use. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us upon arrival! The Guest Contact Rep was very nice and quick to respond when contacted about a slightly earlier check in! I would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Nice cabin in quiet neighborhood
We booked our stay last minute to escape the Phoenix heat. The contact answered all my questions about the amenity details quickly and accurately. The house was clean and a lovely bottle of wine with a card welcomed us on the kitchen island! Our friends live in a neighboring area so this location was ideal for our needs. Our kids loved climbing around the ravine at the edge of the property. You could kind of see the freeway from the deck, but barely heard the noise and it did not affect the enjoyment of our stay. The beds were a tad bit uncomfortable but the 3-bedroom layout and living space was the perfect size for our family of 4 to spread out and relax. We would definitely stay here again!

Flagstaff Cabin
Owners were very nice and accommodating. Property was in a great location, and was clean and cozy. Living space was a little smaller than what I expected from the pictures, and the mattresses were hard (uncomfortable).

Comfortable, quiet Flagstaff get away
We found this place so we would have a convenient home base for our travels to the Grand Canyon and other sights near Flagstaff and it worked out perfectly. Comfortable beds, ample amenities, cozy and quiet and conveniently located just off the freeway. Would highly recommend it.
