Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Everything in the house was well thought and the back yard was much bigger than the pics showed. Great for the kids! Everything was clean and in nice area. My only complaint would be that the king bed wasn't all that comfortable.

We were a group of 4 adults and two dogs, and we had a great weeklong stay! We had plenty of space and the location is great. It’s easy to get to and just a short drive to downtown Flagstaff. Three of us worked remotely for a few days and the Wi-Fi worked like a champ. The neighborhood was scenic and quiet which made for nice lunchtime walks, and there are a handful of easy hiking trails within walking distance. The dogs loved the spacious backyard, and the humans enjoyed the patio and grill. Also, the EV charger was super convenient and worked well.

Nice and comfortable house and location.

We had a great long weekend staying in Kachina village. This was the first time we stayed in this area and loved how easy it was to get to/from the NAU area and historic downtown. The house was great, beds were comfortable and the backyard was larger than I had thought it would be. We didn’t bring our small dog but it was fenced in so if we had decided to bring him he would have been fine. Communication with the owners was seamless, they were very responsive and nice. We would stay here again!

We loved this rental. It was close to relatives in Kachina Village and just so comfortable and perfect for our stay. It looks like the pictures or better. Location was so convenient to get to downtown Flagstaff but had a cozy, cabin feel to it. Our boys could not get enough of the hammocks and exploring the yard and surrounding area. The home had everything you could need with a good size kitchen/dining area, 3 TVs, gas grill, laundry room, central air - and strong WiFi signal! Beds were very comfortable and everyone had space to chill. The hosts were easy to communicate with and left us information/suggestions on the area - they were so friendly. Would go back to to this location again for sure!

House was very clean and just as described. 10 minutes south of Flagstaff and convenient to interstate, but still quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive to the minor issues that arose. No local TV or cable, but good wifi and several streaming services.

We loved our weekend stay in the mountains. Our grandbabies loved exploring the fenced in back yard.
The swings and hammocks were a fun and much used addition.
The location was perfect for our trip to Bearisona.
The home was well stocked with lots of additional amenities.

And we were very happy with this rental! It is a few minutes drive back to restaurants and shopping, but we prefer being out of the hustle and bustle of town. As it shows in the photos, there are mature trees around the house, and a peaceful view of them from the master bedroom window. There are neighbors close by but the trees and slope of the land lends itself to feeling more secluded.
The master bed was very comfortable – not too firm not too soft. Probably more on the firmer end which we like. The master bath is a little small but perfectly adequate for our needs and there is more than one bathroom.
The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There isn’t a Keurig but a regular coffee pot. There was some coffee on hand during our visit. There are a few steps to go down to get into the house from the uncovered parking area. It’s not a problem, but not handicapped accessible.
I’m slightly picky when it comes to rentals but would absolutely stay here again! The owner was very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend!

Being not far from downtown Flagstaff it is a great location to see lots of northern Arizona. The large pine trees smell wonderful and there is a nice hiking trail very close.

Beautiful home
Although we only stayed 2 nights, the house was beautiful and very well equipped with anything you could need. It’s very close to downtown but yet situated in a quiet area. The owner is very accessible and answered all our questions almost immediately. We loved the hammocks in the backyard.

Nice inside.
Only there for a weekend. The house had everything we needed except the coffee pot did not work. The fenced back yard was okay. The front porch faces a solid wall. Unable to view the street or beautiful pines if you sit on the front porch.

Very clean and tidy property. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Lighting outside to help find the house is so helpful. Good location to Grand Canyon. A little further to Sedona but still doable

Good location between Grand Canyon and Sedona
Road construction caused a rambling way to get to property; however, the detour was well marked. Nice house, well appointed and had a back deck overlooking a ponderosa pine back yard.

Great Retreat From the Heat
Very Nice home nestled in the forest. We left Lake Havasu friday 1pm and it was 117 degrees, made it to flagstaff by 4pm and it was in the low 80's. Great Home & Great weather. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

A place I'll never forget.
My family and I had a wonderful time here. My toddler son didn't want to leave the backyard. He loved the swing and climbing up and down the hill. It was like his first hike. We cooked, ate food in the deck, played games, watched movies. It was a memorable experience. We also visited the Kachina wetlands which was beautiful. The cabin is well maintained, upgraded kitchen counters, appliances. It felt home. I am really looking forward to making another trip here just to be here in this cabin for a longer time.

Great Flagstaff spot!
We have rented numerous times in the Flagstaff area and I think this rental is our favorite. We love being a short drive out of the hustle and bustle of town, and Kachina Village is the perfect spot. The house itself was super clean, comfortable, and one of the most well stocked rentals we have ever stayed at. The kids had a blast exploring and playing in the backyard. The only negative was even though it says parking for three, we found we could really only fit two cars safely. Not a big deal though-we plan to book this house again!

We needed an escape from the tucson heat and this house was perfect. The kitchen was modern and clean and with TVs throughout, there was plenty of entertainment options for everyone. The backyard swing and hammocks were a bonus for the kids!

This property is beautiful! Hammocks are a nice touch, also my little brother's enjoyed the swing set. Only drawback was a limited amount of hot water at times. Shower quick!

Short Getaway to the Mountains
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property in Kachina Village and would definitely book it again. Close to Flagstaff and a short drive to Sedona so have many options of things to do. The property was fully functional for the size of our group of 5. Beds enough for everyone to sleep comfortably. Big back yard with two hammocks which would look forward to using in the summer months. Great stay!
