Wifi very sketchy, but that was communicated up front. My Daughter was unable to sleep in the bed in the downstairs bdrm. Lumpy, peak in the middle, very uncomfortable. Other sleeping options so we made out OK.

Big house, reasonably clean, old furniture, terrace furniture in a bad state, no cushions, no dish towels in the kitchen, blankets in bedroom torn

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Plenty of room to spread out. We had a nice stroll along the little river behind the home.

The home was the perfect location for our Yosemite trip. Be aware you have to pay to get into the lake community in addition to your housing, but it gets you access to the lake, marina, pool etc.
The cleaning service could do better…there were large cobwebs in a couple windows and the ceiling fan above the dining table was really dirty. But for the most part it accommodated our needs quite well.

Pros-Spacious with a good location to the park. Cons-The fireplace was out of order and we weren’t notified; this was a main feature we searched for. The dishwasher, ice maker also don’t work and there’s no soaps for laundry and things of the such. Also, the thermostat was locked at 45 degrees so it was incredibly cold. Would choose elsewhere if we return.

Love the scenery were the house is located, quite place, beautiful mornings and evenings to kick back in the balcony…..how ever for the amount that is charged in the cleaning prior to our stay not happy and totally over payed for what we got…to many spider webs, spiders and flies stuck to them, rat poop on the draws, screen door broken, bottom toilet water leaking. Besides that was a good stay management team just needs to fix those little problems and contact us as promised when we as guest are told so if they would have fix that it really would have been perfect.

We love the location by Pine Mountain Lake. The nicely decorated and furnished house has plenty of room for the family to spread out both upstairs and downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation, and plenty of trails and wildlife to enjoy right in PML.

This is actually the second time we've stayed at this home and it amazing. The backyard porch views complete this home and the ping pong table kept us entertained while inside. Would come back to this home for sure.

Great spot!
A wonderful Value! Plenty of space for us and the extra bed in the master was perfect for her. Everything was clean and organized and the entire place had a wonderful homey feel to it. It was set off the main road and felt very safe and friendly. The path outside the back was a great little hiking trail along the river. short drive to the beaches and lake. We will be back to stay here again!

Needs to be cleaner
The location was decent for Yosemite (a bit far at an hour into Yosemite Valley) and the space was great for our family of seven. But the furniture was a bit run down and cleanliness was an issue. We noticed mouse droppings and surfaces were not wiped down well enough that we had to do that as soon as we arrived.

Great Place to Stay, spotty internet
Internet was hit and miss, I'm pretty sure the owner needs a different router, I had the same one and it had the same issues, random disconnects after 10 minutes of running. Other than that the Cabin was very nice, with one modern large TV. No cable/satellite though, so be sure to bring the DVD player or laptop! 3 full bedrooms, 2 full baths, upstairs has a large bathtub, which is nice for soaking. Overall gorgeous house, I would buy it and reno it if I was in the market ;)

Wowowow Yosemite
We came to hike in Yosemite in early spring when the crowds were small, first time for my friends. We arrived late and left early each day. We hiked 20 miles round trip to the sub-dome of Half Dome past Vernal and Nevada Falls through snow and ice at 7,000'. The next day we again left the house early and hiked to the top of Yosemite Falls. We got in early enough to play a few games, but didn't get to enjoy much time at the cabin except to prepare meals, shower and sleep. Thank you for providing a clean and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. We chose you out of a dozen listings in Pine Mountain Lake and weren't disappointed. It would be fun to bring the family here. Please update your listing. You're about 75 minutes from Yosemite Valley.

The place was great , but bathroom door was broke.
The place was great but the bathroom door knob was broke when we got there. Everyone got locked in bathroom had to keep going around letting them out. Also tv remotes had old batteries in them. We just left them alone. Overall good trip a great place we left it clean and well cared for. Thanks

Disappointing
The point of renting the house was its proximity to Yosemite NP. In that sense it was everything we expected. The landscape and the deck were nice and the layout worked well for our family. All that said, overall the house was disappointing especially since a little effort it could have made it all we were expecting. There was no internet (our kids had online homework to do), no TV and a laminated (meaning permanent) “out of order” sign on the fireplace. There was a leak under the kitchen sink leaving standing water and the lever to flush the toilet in the master bathroom broke. Vacasa customer service assured us they would have a tech right out for the the TV and internet issues. Not so much. The main attraction was Yosemite which was great, but these are very basic ‘amenities’ that were not as advertised.

Our Stay
Property was ok, though AC is not available. It is a house fan and requires doors open to operate. THe Area was smokey, so made for a hot or Smokey house...

Beautiful home
We booked this home for a trip to Yosemite. It was perfect!! Plenty of room for 5 adults and a 16 month old baby. It was nice to spend the day hiking and then come home and be able to stretch out and relax. We'll definitely stay here again when we head back to Yosemite

Was ok but not great
The ice maker doesn’t work and when we called to get it serviced they said they would send someone out but no one ever came. The AC instructions said that when operating the AC you had to keep 2 doors open which didn’t do well at night when it was hot and we wanted to run the AC. Couldn’t leave the back doors open while we were sleeping so unless you like sleeping in a sauna, you’re not going to get a good nights sleep. Also we booked this place thru VBRO but they don’t communicate thru VBRO. They want you to get their own VACASA app and communicate that way which just seemed like an extra hassle. Other than those things, the place was clean, spacious and good location

First time in PLM
Our weekend at Yosemite was just perfect! This place was actually better than the photos. Favorite part is the pine forest in the backyard. Very relaxing!

Beautiful House close to Yosemite
Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de la maison mais également ses équipements et ses divertissements.

Nice and clean
The space is very clean and has most basics you can ask for. Internet can be choppy, but the phone signal (AT&T) is pretty decent. We came back with memories of chats by the fireplace, and spottings of deers and turkeys in the backyard.

Great family getaway
Loved the house, was better then we imaged. Very spacious and warm, loved the experience. Would definitely recommend to family and friends, can't wait to come back again.

Quiet, short stay
We stayed here for our visit to Yosemite, which is about an hour or so away. Everything was perfect, but we did have one obstacle during checkin: Make sure Vacasa/the property manager provides your name to the complex. Your name will need to be on the 'guest list' in order to get into the complex entrance. Our reservation was not provided ahead of time, so this delayed our entrance a bit. There's also a nice market up the street that has everything you could possibly need! Would stay again.
