Mooi boetiekhotel met uitzicht op de clanjetty.

Het hotel lag dichtbij veel bezienswaardigheden en eetgelegenheden. Dat was prettig.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Mooie kamer, comfortabel bed en een goede badkamer. Voldoende ruimte en hygiënisch. Zeker een aanrader om naar toe te gaan!

Top locatie, fijne voorzieningen, comfortabel verblijf.

De locatie was top. Het zwembad is lekker. De kamer ruim en fijne badkamer.

Het ontbijt was niet super goed verzorgd en niet uitgebreid genoeg voor de prijs.

An excellent hotel, definitely we will come back there, if we travel to Penang again.

The room was very comfortable, excellent bed,, the place is like an oasis in the m8ddle of the busy city. The staff was SUPER, worked well as a team and the gu3sts can feel that. A definite recommendation!!!

The breakfast was minimal, but good. Fried eggs or omelet with chicken sausages, baked beans and bread with good jam.

Excellent option in the heart of George Town

Superb, modern hotel very well located just a few minutes away from the city's main sights in the center. The room was very well equipped, spacious, clean and was serviced every day. The bed was very comfortable as well. The hotel also has a nice outdoor area with a small but cozy swimming pool and sun beds. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Very good value for money, would definitely stay here again.

Alojamiento inmejorable y céntrico

Al llegar antes de la hora del check in ya teníamos la habitación disponible y fue una grata sorpresa. Además te dan la alternativa de pagar el depósito en tu moneda de de origen, por lo que dan facilidades. Te ofrecen mapa y te comentan los principales sitios de interés y se agradece la información

El desayuno que no teníamos incluído pero que lo quisimos probar dejó mucho que desear. Solo había una persona atendiendo y haciendo todo por lo que iba bastante lento. El zumo que nos sirvió no era natural, escasez de productos como la mantequilla y mermelada, entre un plato y otro pasaba bastante tiempo o servía a mi marido antes que a mi y me dejaba esperando bastante rato, por lo que al final no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno correctamente. El servicio del camarero fue muy bueno pero deben ponerle ayuda

Heel schoon, dichtbij zowel de Jetty als het centrum. Kamers totaal niet gehorig qua straat geluid. Fijn dat er een zwembad is. Service heel vriendelijk en staan altijd klaar

Kamer zag er helemaal top uit. Lekker schoon en voldoende ruim. Het hotel ligt heel centraal, je loopt zo het centrum in. Angel van de receptie is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Zwembad is kleiner dan verwacht.

Nice modern hotel in a great location

Large clean rooms with a very comfortable bed. Clean modern bathrooms and powerful shower. Great location, right by Beach St so you can walk everywhere.

Thin walls meant I could hear the screaming kids next door. Pool is for dipping at best and the deck chairs were always taken by 4pm. But it was empty in the mornings though so I just enjoyed pool time then.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr besonderen Stadt.

Die ganze Anlage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Begonnen bei der Rezeption, über mein Zimmer, das ein rechtes Raumwunder war, über das hauswirtschaftliche Personal, der süsse kleine Garten, der Pool, der per Knopfdruck auch zum Whirlpool wurde. Ich hatte von der 1. bis zur letzten Minute das Gefühl der willkommen zu sein. Die Lage kommt on top noch dazu.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Wenn wieder einmal in Penang dann sicher im SAVV, sehr zu empfehlen

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. In der Nähe gibt es viele, gut und günstige Essensmöglichkeiten. Unser Zimmer war mit 45 m/2 sehr gross. Das Bett bequem und ebenfalls gross. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden durch das Personal perfekt gereinigt. Kaffeekapseln und Teebeutel sind ebenfalls verfügbar. Dusche und WC sehr grosszügig und schön. Der Check in und Check out war speditiv und sehr freundlich. Beste Informationen werden an der Rezeption an die Gäste abgegeben. Wir haben einen guten Stadtplan erhalten.

Eigentlich war alles perfekt und reklamieren ist nur auf höchstem Niveau möglich. Was uns ein wenig gestört hat; der Safe ist knapp über dem Boden angeordnet, den hätte man höher anbringen sollen. Zur Kontrolle ob man alles ausgeräumt hat muss man sprichwörtlich auf die Knie gehen. Leider war in unserem riesigen Zimmer kein Schrank oder Kommode vorhanden wo man Kleider hätte unterbringen können. Es gibt nur einen Garderobenständer mit einer kleinen Ablage und zwei Schubladen darunter.

Nice & clean, but traffic noise and view not great

Stayed 4 nights. Nice single room with interesting window design. Super clean, they clean the rooms every day without you having to ask them (which was the case at all other Malaysian hotels where I stayed). There is a mini fridge. Bathrobe and slippers in the room. Air conditioner was good, not too noisy and had a “low” regime which was not aggressive. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, they were happy to keep my luggage after check out. Good location: very close to the ferry terminal and walking distance to major sights in the city. There is a food court very close to this hotel, which is open until late. There is a very small swimming pool in the hotel, but I didn't use it.

Single rooms are on the 1st floor, you can see the sea but most of the view is taken by the road below and the petrol station (see photo). I had to keep the curtains down/over my window as people in the petrol station could see me. The road is very noisy at all times, and I could hear the traffic noise in my room, which was a bit annoying. Still, I was able to sleep well as I was too tired. The table is very small and there aren’t enough spaces where you could put your things. The single room is relatively small. The shower is fixed to the wall, no hand shower option. They ask for a 200 rm cash deposit, but staff accepted Euros instead. Reception isn't open 24 h. Wifi in the room was poor.

Die zentrale Lage, das grosse saubere Zimmer, der Pool, auch wenn das Wasser nur 1 Meter tief war, die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitenden!

Im Zimmer fehlte 1 Stuhl am Schreibtisch. Es gab keine Bar, im „Restaurant“ waren meistens die Stühle an den Tisch geklappt. Abends konnten wir nicht gemütlich draussen im schönen Garten noch etwas Trinken - nur im eigenen Zimmer. Ein Getränkeautomat wäre toll!

Amazing stay at SAVV. The Premier room is well worth paying for. The outside space is phenomenal and the perfect spot for a morning cuppa looking out over the jetties. The whole place is spotlessly clean, and the staff brilliant A++

Comfortable, Modern and Relaxing

The hotel is clean, comfortable and has great facilities; I also liked the room -- it was smaller, but it was well designed with plenty of storage space and the movable desk made for a great work area. It was also quiet at night here, which made for a great sleeping atmosphere.

If I had one critique to make, it's the front desk and the check-in and check-out process. When asking a few standard questions, or for a taxi service to the airport, the employees at the front desk seemed to not have clear protocols and this led to a few awkward exchanges. (Nothing serious, just odd.)

Great stay

Well, we did get upgraded, so we were in quite an amazing room for the price. The cleaner was lovely and so invested in doing a great job 👏 Room was large, big bathroom and sitting area. Fantastic location across from the jetties and short walk to everything

The pool was quite small in such a big outdoor area and crowded into a corner with so many plants it was not very inviting to swim. If other guests were in it, it was a bit uncomfortable being so close.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Georgetown

Ich hatte eines der Kabinen-Einzelzimmer gebucht, das mit 20m² angegeben ist. Es kam mir wesentlich größer vor. Ich fand es sehr komfortabel und sauber. Frühstück wird im Hotel nicht angeboten, aber das fand ich nicht schlimm, da es in nächster Umgebung ausreichend Optionen gibt. Der Swimmingpool ist zwar klein und nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet, aber für eine Abkühlung ausreichend. Die gesamte Außenterrasse ist liebevoll angelegt - viele Pflanzen, hübsche Deko-Details,... Eine Erholungs-Oase vom Sightseeing! Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super. Die Clan Jettys befinden sich direkt gegenüber, der Jetty Foodcourt eine Ecke weiter, zum Fährhafen und Busbahnhof sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und in die Altstadt braucht man keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Top Lage

Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig zum Jetty und zum Zentrum von Georgetown. Der Street Food Markt befindet sich direkt nebenan. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist modern und hat ein schönes Design mit kleinem Pool.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, man konnte seine Koffer nicht wirklich aufmachen. Der Pool ist sehr niedrig.

早餐需要提前一天预定，价格30RM比较贵，可以去楼下佳味吃海鲜米线，比较划算。

入口比较难找，电梯隐藏在停车场内。
