Gran estancia en Georgetown, Penang

El hotel es muy confortable y todo muy bien cuidado y limpio. Está todo muy nuevo y actualizado. La ubicación está bastante bien, a unos 15-20 minutos caminando al centro histórico .

Saubere, komfortable Unterkunft in guter Lage

Sehr saubere Zimmer mir schöner Ausstattung. Bequeme Betten und ruhig.

Hotel befindet sich in einer Art Geschäftshaus. Unter der Woche ist es schwieriger einen Fahrstuhl zu bekommen.

Great value nice stay

Second time stay in this hotel, near to town but in the not crowded street. Free parking.

Towel got stain it would be better check before fold. It would be great to have soup rack in the shower room. With this quality, it is kinda annoying to put the shampoo bottles on the floor.

we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment when the Aircond wasn’t functioning. The 3 bedroom was much brighter and more

convenient location

noisy and the double bed is small for 2 adults. lightings for the 2 room was abit dark. especially for the bathroom.

- nice modern rooms - staff very lovely and helpful when arranging birthday things - had an issue with air-con in the first room but they changed us rooms and all was fine - good location

- they have escalators in the hotel but they don't work, so but useless - small fridges in the room - aircon seems to turn off after a while and room heats up quick

A pleasant and comfortable short stay.

The location was quite central, easily walkable to most places of interest. Staff friendly and helpful. Room is clean, beds very comfortable and adequate bathroom facilities. We didn't have hot water on the first evening. It was a plumbing issue which was quickly fixed. Should we have an opportunity to visit Penang again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Perhaps more frequent change of towels and beddings.

comfy bed, modern design, everything quite new, spacious room, free parking within the building, nearby a lot of eatery and places of interest, TV channel a lot of movies to watch

floor a bit dusty, lighting in the room a bit inadequate, air-conditioner at the gym is not working so we are not able to workout there

The staff were lovely and the building / street has everything you could need. Really comfortable bed, nice modern room and only a AUD5 Grab taxi into the centre of the action.

The gym equipment is all quite dated, and the air-conditioner is regularly tuned off leaving the gym at about 30°c. Really too hot to be able to use the space comfortably. Leaving the air-con on for a few hours early morning would significantly help this though.

Central and quiet, good beds, fine when you just ned a place to stay when visiting Georgetown.

Location is convenient and quiet, close to Old Town, local busses etc. New buliding, clean. Generally good equipped, like bed lamps, power supply next to bed, kettle and cups, nice beds.

No place to hang your towels, the building seems emty and abandoned. Not very cosy.
