Would come gladly again!

Superbly located only a few steps from Tam Coc boat harbour though far enough away from the main road. Kids loved the pool, as did we. Very lovely hosts!

Superb homestay

The best staying during our journey in Vietnam. The owners could not have been more friendly and helpful. On our evening arrival, they welcomed us with ginger tea and bananas. We appreciate it so much ... The included breakfast was great. We rent a motorbike at a very good price. Highly recommend the homestay.

We stayed just for one day. Next time we will stay for a few days more.

Genuinely caring Hosts and comfortable Homestay!

The hosts actually deserve a 11/10 for their warm and friendly hospitality! I am a host myself and I learnt a lot from these genuinely caring hosts. We arrived late in the evening after a long delayed bus ride and shivering in cold. The host greeted us and checked us in the room literally in seconds and switched on the Heater to warm us up. Then while we were settling in he quickly brought us ginger tea and bananas to welcome us. Exactly what we needed. The room is very spacious, comfortable, with creative designs, comfortable bed and pillows, beautiful bed spreads, tea facilities, good wifi and clean bathroom and no problems with hot water. Outside is a beautiful natural garden atmosphere, pool overlooking the limestone mountain views. The breakfast restaurant is tucked away beside the mountain. Freshly made pancakes upon order, ginger tea, coffee, etc. The hospitality of the genuinely caring and smiling husband and wife team outweighs everything else!

Should have stayed in this loving family homestay for longer!

KEINE Küchenzeile im Zimmer!

Sehr nettes, hilfreiches Personal. Jeden Nachmittag Ingwertee und firsches Obst. Gutes Frühstück. Rihige Lage, Großes Zimmer. Scooterverleih, Laundry-Service.

Die Zimmerbeschreibung ist falsch. Das Zimmer hat KEINE eigene Küche. Keine Mikrowelle, keinen Backofen, keinen Kühlschrank. Nur einen Wasserkocher. Dafür große, alte, eingestaubte Spinngewebe unter der Decke. :-(

Einfach herrlich

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Als wir keine Unterkunft für die Nacht hatten und uns auf die Pool Liegen gelegt haben, haben sie uns aufgenommen. Das Zimmer war auch schön. Obwohl wir viel zu spät aufgestanden sind hat uns die Gastgeberin ein leckeres Frühstück gemacht.

Families and couples most visit!!!

The location was fantastic. The room was huge as well as the bathroom. Nice garden with a clean pool. The owners of the property where kind and none intrusive. The breakfast was more than enough! It's a great place for couples and families.

Hmm, I liked everthing because this time round visiting Ninah Binah I was accompanied by my husband. If I was travelling alone this place would possibly not be for myself, I would need some interaction because the couple that run this property can not speak a word of English and allot of the visitors where from South East Asia who also didn't speak in English. The couple that run the place are absolutely lovely being a tourist in Vietnam I don't expect them to speak in English...

Great pool, great pineapple.

Pool is great and in a really nice garden. Location only a minute or two from the main road and very easy access to the rowing spot. The hosts are very friendly and offer nice fresh and cold pineapple and ice water on arrival which was very much appreciated in the heat! Our room was large. We were also able to hire a scooter directly from the hosts.

Bathroom has a glass wall which I always find odd. The curtain is quite thin so if you go to the bathroom in the night you may wake your partner.

The best hosts and the best bedrooms!

The rooms were even better than expected. The Hosts made us feel at home and made sure we had an excellent time. They were incredibly kind! The pool was brilliant and the overall appearance was stunning. If I ever come back I will definitely stay here again.

This homestay was amazing. Thein and Bich were amazing hosts so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a most sensational experience that we will remember forever, they always had wonderful smiles on their faces that lightened up our stay. The room was spectacular with an amazing view of the mountains. The location was great just a few minutes' walk to the center but in a quiet location. I would highly recommend this homestay.

We stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved how CUTE & QUAINT the property was. But the best part was how WONDERFUL the couple was who ran the inn - so very FRIENDLY and keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible! I can confidently say that our time in Ninh Binh wouldn't have been as nearly as nice if it weren't for our accommodation! Personally, I really liked swimming in the pool (which is beautifully lit up) at night, listening to all the frogs croaking in the bushes. Renting a bicycle is also recommended too for getting around the nearby attractions.

It was our best stay in Vietnam

Very friendly hosts, they were so kind, smiling and helpful- amazing people. Cozy room with everything you need, very comfortable and really big bed. Beautiful garden especially in evenings when they turn on lights, nice swimming pool, which was always kept clean. Great location, close to everything, about 3min walk to boat station, restaurants. They also had good bicycles for rent if you want to go for a longer trip.

Best homestay we ever stayed in, it's very close to main area with lot of restaurants, bus station

BEST ever.. we wanted vegetarian and they were courteous enough to arrange that for us.. The hosts are very nice and kind people, this is the only place where they will offer you fruits and water when you check in. We had just card for payment mode which they could not accept so the host took us on his scooter to the nearest atm to help us out. We had to leave early morning next day so they made sure to get up early and prepare breakfast for us. another plus - they have a very nice pool for you to relax in. MUST VISIT

Amazing value for the price!

This homestay is amazing - from its location to the generous and helpful nature of the hosts. The rooms are spacious and next to a great garden with a swimming pool. Breakfast is freshly cooked each morning and the hosts are always around to help or bring you some pineapple or bananas (very yummy). It is close to all the main attractions in the Tam Coc area and the homestay can help with getting a motorbike to move around for the ones a bit further away. Amazing value for the price!

Lovely hosts who will go out of there way to do anything to ensure your stay is good. They don’t speak much English but it was very quick and easy to translate using the translator. Lovely room and very clean.

Lovely hosts, couldn't do enough for you. Always wanted to feed you more which was great. Huge, clean room and balcony. Good pool and could buy a beer there. Nice location away from the slightly busier section but a few minutes walk to it
