This house is located at the edge of Three Rivers on top of a knoll that provides great views and a perfect space for multiple family members traveling together. The house is approximately 15 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. We are driving distance from all businesses in town, although it is a nice walk down the driveway and into the local neighborhood. Just be prepared to go back UP the long steep driveway!

2 Master Bedrooms make this an ideal space for two families traveling together. The third bedroom offers 3 beds for all of the children, and the 4th bedroom gives grandma and grandpa their own privacy also!

Both Master bedrooms have a private bathroom, king size bed, additional seating areas, and great view from either location. One master bedroom is located downstairs and the other master bedroom is located upstairs.

The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and a queen bed with closet space for suitcases. The 4th bedroom has a full size bed with a large closet. Both of these bedrooms are located upstairs.

Living room, kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom, and 2 bathrooms are all located on lower level. Upper level offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The deck is expansive stretching along the backside of the house with entry and exit locations in the living room and master bedroom. There is outdoor seating, propane BBQ, and a SEASONAL fire pit. Seasonal restrictions do apply for fire pit and you must supply your own firewood.

Please be aware that there is a maximum of 3 cars at this location at all times. We are a "Shared" driveway. We do not want them to feel like their is a freeway next to them. Please also be aware the the driveway is paved but it is steep, curvy, and narrow.

Best part of it all?.........Your best family friend is allowed because we are pet friendly! There is plenty of room to roam but please be mindful of property boundaries, do not trespass! Thank you!
