Please note that all bookings must be made by an individual who is 25 years of age or older, and our maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 10 persons, including children.

To ensure a comfortable stay, our home comes equipped with a starter pack of supplies, including Laundry detergent, a roll of toilet paper and bath soap per bathroom, and a roll of paper towel in the kitchen. However, for longer stays, you must bring or purchase additional supplies and other items such as laundry detergent, trash bags, spices, and condiments as needed.

Please be advised that a credit card hold is required two days before check-in as a security deposit. This hold will be released within ten days of check-out, pending any charges for damages or missing items. An information request will be sent after booking, and before your arrival, we will request a swipe of your credit card for the hold, just like in a hotel. We do not charge a deposit amount at the time of booking.

We take severe allergies seriously and do not allow any animals or pets on our property.

Unlike many other rental properties, our house is fully licensed and maintained and complies with all state laws and regulations to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests and ourselves.
