A gem for family stay in Firenze! Very modern and comfortable apartment! Close walking distance from historic center of Firenze. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around.
Not our case, but not much accessible for big luggages or strollers.

Amazing modern apartment very spacious and well equipped.

Great location and the property was absolutely beautiful in terms of the decor and facilities. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is lovely and very spacious.
The shower in the small bathroom has no door so the floor kept getting very wet. One of the bedrooms wasn’t cleaned properly, we found several dog hairs on the furniture.

clean comfortable reasonably priced owner left a bottle of wine which was
a nice touch. Supermarket nearby and a couple of nice places to eat and have a drink on the way back from the city centre
it’s not the fault of the property but it was a little further out of the centre than we realised.
it is capable of sleeping 8 if you use the sofa bed but I wouldn’t recommend this amount of people. We were
a party of four and that was enough.
no tea towel which would have been useful. No dishwasher tablets you are expected to buy/bring your own. No bin bags again expected to buy/bring your own

The apartment is astonishing. Is modern, well equipped, the furniture is modern, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is full with cooking pots and everything is needed.
There are 2 bathrooms.
1 big comfortable sofa.
Is situated in the San Frediano neighborhood, close to a penny and 5 min walk from a supermarket.
We walked to the city centre every day, not so far away. 15 20 minutes walk.
Is close to bus station.
I gave 10 without any hesitation. Is a very beautiful apartment. The agent, is there for you in case you need something.
Perfect holiday.
Is not a minus but the internet is only 1GB and the TV is coded. But, if you are there for exploring the city is not an issue.

Excellent apartment. It’s really comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped.
It’s a bit far from the city center, but you can get the bus.
Wi-Fi is really slow and unreliable since there’s no fiber connection in the area.
The lift is very old and small so it’s not recommended for groups with loads of bags.

The apartment was very spacious, modern with everything you need in it.The location is also good, the bus stop is only 100 m away.I totally recommend it.
The WiFi was terrible from the start to the end, only 0.5 Mbps.

Very comfortable and tasty designed apartment. Our 7 pax family felt there gorgeous. Locations is out of the center so is quiet. Local restaurants and markets around. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are beautiful, everything is modern and finished to a high standard. We loved having the small balcony at the back and we were hugely grateful for really good ac in the peak of Florence summer time. The location worked well for us as we like to walk a lot and there were plenty of restaurants close by so we were able to eat out each evening. When we did have a couple of questions Silvia responded to them really quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here - especially if you prefer being outside of the busy centre but within easy location to all the sites.
Nothing at all

Beautiful apartment. Absolutely spotless & very chic. We loved the location--it's across the river, outside the old city gate, but it was nice not to be in the thick of the most touristy section. Very close to a bus stop or about a 25 minute walk to the city center where the Uffizi Gallery & cathedral are. It's a gorgeous walk and we did it multiple times by choice. But if your feet are tired, the busses to were easy to navigate and there are lots of restaurants & a grocery store very close to the apartment.
The only thing we didn't like was the internet. It was incredibly slow and could not handle more than one person streaming at a time. I had trouble making the website I needed to be on (occasionally) for work function properly. We also had to purchase paper towels & kleenexes. It would have been nice to have those in the apartment. But these are minor issues. It's a beautiful apartment in a gorgeous city and our hosts were very communicative and easy to work with!

This is a great apartment, a perfect base for visiting Florence. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It feels really homy, I could easily live there. The communication with Luciano was easy and he responds quickly to requests.
Nothing. One suggestion, a cutting board in the kitchen would be handy.

Excellent reception, thanks to hosts who made our stay at the apartment with Family very comfortable. All major attractions from the property are nearby. Key collection, check-in with great reception by Lucciano is very much appreciated. Big thanks to Silvia the host for a welcome wine. Property is well furnished and we felt home. We haven't used the washing machine, as we did know how to get it operational, although there was the user manual present, as we had little time after a long days of outing. Rest all equipments coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher was of real convenience. The property is recently renovated and is well maintained. Highly recommend for stay with Family. Once again thank you for having memorable visit in Florence.
