About this house rental
The hot tub is a great added amenity for cool mornings and evenings with a perfect view of the lake. Sink your phone to the speakers and enjoy the night sky.
The game room is still a work in process but is available for your enjoyment with a foosball table, poker table, darts, pizza oven that is great for evenings or rainy days.
There is nothing else like this available at the lake! This home has a unique 180 degree view from the recently remodeled deck or from the private dock. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from this beautiful family friendly property with a FLAT lot and minimal steps.
Outdoor living is what this place is all about. Our large, protected beach is the perfect place to kick back and watch the kids swim, and makes easy entry for kayaks. If you’re feeling more energetic play yard games on the only truly FLAT property around, or take a swing at our 9 hole frisbee golf course laid out over the almost 6 acres of property.
The boat dock is the perfect place to cast your line in our established Crappie beds. Also enjoy swimming, jumping & diving, or just floating around. The dock is positioned so that there is deep water on either side; enjoy the main entrance of Millcreek Cove, or the quiet waters on the cove side of the dock. Plenty of room to tie your boat or PWC’s. Kayaks (2) and stand up paddle boards (2) are included with your stay.
The 15x42 foot deck is the perfect place for entertaining. It features a comfortable shaded area, a dining area with large grill and griddle, and propane fire table. The large upper deck, off the master bedroom, is a nice place to get away for coffee and a view or a quiet cocktail with someone special and enjoy the beauty that surrounds.
On the road side of the house is a cool, shaded garden and plenty of parking for your cars and boat trailers.
The concrete block fire pit, on the point, is a perfect place to unwind at the end of a fun day on the Lake, with a family bonfire.
All living areas are on the ground floor, in this open, airy, air conditioned house. Ceiling fans are in almost every room, and plenty of large windows let you fully appreciate the natural beauty of this property. The kitchen is centrally located and complete with dishwasher, coffee maker (both types) and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.
The Master bedroom and bath command the entire second floor. Plenty of windows, high ceiling and walk-in closet make this a special space, especially the added covered deck complete with outdoor lounging area and fire pit. Two bedrooms downstairs, one has a queen bed and a loft with an area for the kids to sleep with their sleeping bags, and the other with bunk set up single over double. There is also an air conditioned sleeping porch with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms downstairs, and one up.
The property is located right at the entrance to Millcreek Cove on the 4MM of the Gravois Arm. The Gravois Arm has recently become the new best kept secret on the Lake, due to the development of many lakefront restaurants, such as Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Lake Burger, Cabana Jones & Jerk Shack. We’re only a short boat ride from the main channel, H Toads, and Shady Gators at the 7MM. Millcreek Cove has long been known as one of the best ski and fishing coves on the Lake, and is popular for afternoon anchoring as well.
Westport Marina and RV Park is only a mile up the road where you can launch your boat or if friends want to camp close by.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. Safe for kids, dogs, runners & golf carts. Indian Rock Golf Course is also close by. Groceries & supplies are only a short drive to Laurie, or take the Community Bridge to spend the day at the Outlet Mall in Osage Beach or shop for souvenirs at the Bagnell Dam strip.
However, with so much to do right in your own backyard, you may never want to leave!

Views are hard to beat! Plenty of space for our family of 8. GMA GPA Mom Dad and 4 kids ages 0-9. Dock was popular hang out and game room was the perfect spot for a rainy afternoon. Flat property with a view!?! WOW. Easy tie up to dock for our boat rental. Scooters rental delivered and picked up from the house! Great perk! Multiple decks for a change of view and hot tub was used after the rainy cold front swept through. Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property. Thanks for letting my fam create memories at your home!

What an amazing property to kick back and relax! The house and grounds are immaculate. The steps leading into the lake and the perfect dock set-up allowed our family of 8 to enjoy the water and soak up some sun. We really enjoyed Lake Burger (accessible by a 5- minute car OR boat ride,) and Jolly Roger’s (also a short boat ride). However cooking at the house was also a lot of fun with a blackstone/griddle and grill both provided on the expansive covered deck. Our 4 teenagers were never bored and loved having their own game room. Great vacation!! Thank you Peggy!

The property is great. Unlike most lake homes it is a gentle slope to the water, not a mountain climb. The location is just right--close enough to grocery stores but not too close, and boat traffic is moderate unlike the congestion near Osage Beach. The house has everything you could ask, and more with the frisby golf and small beach. We could, and did, sit on the back porch for hours enjoying the hot tub and the view.

We spent a long weekend here with another family and this house worked so perfectly for us! We loved the location, the large lot, the great decks, the awesome dock, and the extra amenities of the kayaks and the lillypad provided! We are likely going to make this a yearly trip for our families and this will be the first house we look to book!

Beautiful home and property with lots of things to do. The home is easy to get to and has so many amenities you don't need to leave to find something to do. My family had a great time with the house having everything we needed, beach area and playset, large dock to swim and fish, kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub and games...and more! We enjoyed it all.

This property has a great location with a nice view of the Gravois Arm. The boat dock is excellent! The owner has included several toys and amenities to make this an enjoyable place for family fun.
We visited during a time of extreme heat. Each day the outdoor temperature was above 95 degrees. The air conditioning systems had a hard time keeping up. Especially upstairs. Luckily the owner had some nice fans upstairs for our use, that made sleeping comfortable. I suggest you invest in a better HVAC for that area of the house.
This house has been remodeled a few times, and it shows. There are few unfinished / exposed areas that can be improved upon to make this a better property that would then be worthy of 5 stars. The owner/manager was very nice and responsive.
If you plan to trailer a boat, be aware that the neighborhood has a very narrow gravel road with tight corners. We were able to get through with our 39’ trailer, but it was slow and stressful.
Overall we really enjoyed our time here, and will probably return.

We had a wonderful getaway with family! Peggy was great to work with! The house was beautiful and had so many fun things to do!! Our favorites were floating in the lake and disc golf! The hot tub was relaxing as well! Definitely recommend this property!

The property had everything we needed to have a great time together with our kids and a few of our pups. The outside dock and amenities were great. We brought some of our own rafts but there was a good number to choose from already there. The master bedroom and private deck set up made for a great retreat for my husband and I at the end of the night. All in all a very fun and relaxing time.

Our 2nd time booking and it is such a great property. Grandparents to grandkids and everyone can be at their own pace. Kids swam and played all day in the protected cove while adults chilled on the great deck view and enjoyed the hot tub at night. Kept our boat at the dock and you have plenty of on the water options nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect getaway from a Minnesota snowstorm. We had 4 young kids who loved every minute of the fun yard, hot tub, and beach. The parents and grandparents enjoyed the fun as well, soaking up sun on the deck with cups of coffee. We can’t wait to come back.

My husband, and I, along with our two grown children stayed on the property for a weekend getaway. This property has everything and more! The home is beautiful, with many updates, since the pictures have been posted on the website. The lake is 20 feet from the front door! The dock was all ours, we spent a lot of time floating and the kids used the paddle boards along with the lily pad. We didnt take a boat, but the slip was available if we would have. We were in the hot tub every night, and the kids really enjoyed the game room. Most of our time was spent on the front porch watching huge boats go buy; our weekend was the same as a poker run at the lake! Peggy and Mark were amazing hosts. Very hospitable, and easy to communicate with. Very hardworking people!! Everything we wanted and more! Much needed R&R! Loved every minute ! Hope to return soon! Thank you so much, Peggy and Mark!!

This is our 2nd time visiting Keyes circle. We love it and can’t wait for our next adventure here. Truly super peaceful place and so relaxing. Peggy was such a great help in keeping the hot tub up on chemicals. We love all the new renovations.

We absolutely loved this property. The owners thought of everything anyone might need. Plus there were activities for every age on the property. We are dog owners and we were delighted we could bring the two little dogs. They even had amenities for the canines!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this property - you will be glad you picked this place to stay on the lake.

This property has it all!! The house was very accommodating for our party of 9. We loved the beach and cove and the paddle boards and kayaks were an extra bonus. We loved the hot tub and the decks were fabulous for just hanging out. The best part of this property is that there are only about 5 steps down the deck to get to the FLAT yard that leads to the water. I have a son with mobility issues so it was such a relief that he could get back and forth from the water easily. Peggy and Mark are very kind and responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

We really enjoyed your home for our family vacation. We had plenty of room for our large family to sleep, eat and relax. The property has a large flat yard and so we enjoyed playing cornhole, frisbee golf, as well as our grandkids enjoyed playing hide and seek. The kids enjoyed the game room with the video game and foosball table. You cannot ask for a home with a better view and access to the lake. The master bedroom is located upstairs and the morning view through the glass doors is such a treat and to step outside to the large deck with patio furniture is a great place for napping or to read a book. The lower deck is large, and has a hot tub and a couple of large tables that our family spent time together laughing and discussing the fun we had that day. We roasted marshmallows by campfire as well as morning coffee here just steps away from the lake is therapeutic.
We cooked most nights of our stay. The kitchen is spacious with lots of cabinet space, large refrigerator and had everything we needed to cook and eat with. They had both a gas grill and a gas griddle in which we used both of them. I loved the griddle!!
The dock is nice and well kept. They had a nice table, bar and a small fridge down at the dock where we kept bottled water and some drinks so we did not have to go back up to the house. Our kids enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks.
This is such a wonderful area of the lake for boating as well as swimming off the dock. This such a great property and we will be back.

We have loved our vacation stay(s) at this property! This was our 3rd year in a row, and we plan to reserve asap for 2023.
Everything you desire is here. The new decks and hot tub are phenominal!! A walk-in beach, lilypad, kayaks, playground are perfect for ease of lake swimming. The dock is great for: jumping from the high ladder, easy "exit" ladder from the water, nice seating and view. If one has a boat, it offers safe and secure docking.
The house is so comfortable and adds to relaxing and the family gatherings inside. There is remodeled kitchen for enjoysble cooking and clean-up. Very comfortable beds, too!

Great location
Great location for no stairs on property and large house with room for all. Able to boat to several places to go out for dinner. Great amenities on site and loved the master suite with new larger deck. Our only glitches were the description still lists a place to launch which is now under new management and private but owner got us to the public launch and out at a private closer by location. We also ran out of propane as the previous renters likely did not update they were about out. We had propane the next evening to cook so worked out. And owners grandkids came in early for the forth right after us and we felt a little rushed out as they were coming through house property a few times during our last 2 nights. All and all great place to stay and would come back in a heart beat.

We had a great stay with 3 families for our lake weekend. Rare flat yard area was great for the kids, even had room for a pickup game of whiffle ball! House has everything you need to get by, large deck areas provide the perfect place to relax, and the dock had plenty of room to enjoy the lake.
