Wedding in Milwaukee

The room was very clean. Loved the shower. The lobby was clean and had plenty of various places to sit. Liked having shampoo, etc. in large bottles rather than travel sizes.

Not having drawers in the room for clothes. The coffee wasn't very strong. The beds could've been a tad bit softer.

The room was clean. The bathroom was nice and clean. The front desk lady was very helpful.

Our one-night stay was pleasant. The price was reasonable and the free breakfast was good.

The room seemed very new and clean and was also very spacious. It had a small refrigerator and a small ironing board and iron but no microwave or coffee maker. There was free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of choices. There was no swimming pool but there was a pool table in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel was a very short drive off of the interstate. It was about a five minute drive to a very nice shopping area and many restaurants. There weren't any restaurants or stores within walking distance.

We could hear the people on the floor above us walking around and they were pushing something with wheels, maybe the desk chair, back and forth. We did not complain about it. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was very hard to squeeze with one hand to dispense the soap into the other hand. It was difficult for someone with arthritis or for children to use. The staff said they had little soap containers at the desk we could have requested, and they are considering replacing the dispensers with a different type. The electric window shade did not close completely. It left about a foot of the window uncovered from the HVAC unit up. We did not complain but let the staff know when we checked out. We had to request a shower curtain. It was promptly installed by the staff.

Air conditioning unit was a little weird. It stopped for hours before running again to maintain set temperature.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. Will book again.

Great variety for breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly lady at check in, and good location.

We got back from our concert late and there was no place to park in the hotel's actual lot, but not much the hotel can do about that. There was one or two large trucks with trailers taking up 3-4 spaces.

The hotel was well put together, modern, and comfortable. 24 hour concessions rather than a vending machine. Better than average continental breakfast. Very good value for the money, and near a lot of places in the Waukesha/Brookfield area.

Room was a bit on the small size, at least if you are bunking with more than one person. It's probably fine for solo stays. The drive into the specific area of the hotel is a little inconvenient as well despite an overall decent location, particularly if there's any construction going on in the general area.

I will not stay at a Tru by Hilton. It was like camping.

They said it was new. It didn’t feel new as there were dirty windows in the common areas upon check in.

The shower door in our room was dirty and the seal was loose. The trash container by the elevator was overflowing the whole stay.We requested fresh towels for the second day and never got them. We ran out of hot water on Sat. morning after 5 min. The breakfast wasn’t very good. The side door was inaccessible even with our key. We were not informed that our Saturday stay was higher in price.

Our accommodations met our needs to have a place to sleep, get ready for the graduation, and rest👌

Coffee bar, fresh fruits, the convenience of tge soap, shampoo , and lotion dispensers, staff in providing clean towels for a room full of women😉 and the snack bag, ice and water close by and convenient, work out room, private pods👍

Used a little more room to navigate , but we managed.

It was decent and I know to check the floors better

The hotel smelled wonderful and clea

There was a piece of gum that one of the dogs found that was left on the floor in the room. Luckily we saw it before the dog ate it because many gums contain xylitol which will kill dogs.

My stay at Tru by Hilton was great!

The property was in a great area, lots of shopping and food choices near by. It was clean, affordable, and welcoming.

We booked for 2 nights and only stayed for 1 night due to the noise and very small unclean room.

The location

Room was very small with very thin walls. We heard every foot step above us and every slamming door. There were also only 3 pillows.

Worth the price! Great location!

Location was great, it was clean. Liked the refillable shampoo/body wash dispensers, you can use the appropriate amount without worrying about excessive plastic waste. Breakfast was ok.

Only had 3 pillows. Room is kinda small.

We definitely would stay again if needed. friendly staff, decent breakfast with cool pancakes machine, affordable, clean

1. incidentals deposit is only $10! 2. there were plenty of snack options available for purchase anytime 3. the breakfast was hot, fresh and decent tasting. I loved the no mess automatic pancake machine. never seen such a machine! 4. modern decor made the atmosphere clean and fresh feeling 5. the complimentary toiletries smelled absolutely delicious! especially the lemon scented lotion! 6. price was very affordable for the design and area 7. coffee and hot water was set out for guests at 10pm

1. non rewards member parking was limited in spaces to choose from, but honestly that only mattered bc of freezing weather temps walking from car to room 2. the toiletries weren’t personal sized or take homes and I really wanted to take the good smelling lotion! 3. the pool table area wasn’t private so it was a little awkward when we walked in… because there was a group of about 8 teens/college aged kids hanging out in the area. it felt like we crashed their party walking through to their room. It would nice to have a wall built to close off the space, and make the area exclusive and time limited so other guests can enjoy and hang out too. 4. no pool, but we knew that upon reserving

Good stay with tons of food options near by

Location was near plenty of restaurants and stores. Great location. Breakfast was well stocked and there was plenty of sitting room in the lobby to eat. The rooms were clean if a bit on the smaller side if you have 4 people in your room.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was excellent with variety for everyone. Rooms were quiet. Beds were very comfortable.

Tru Brookfield Stay

Amenities were very nice, I used the 24/7 market. The breakfast was very good.

The noise of the neighboring rooms was a bit beyond tolerable. I could hear them talking late at night and a dog was barking at 6:30 AM in another room nearby.
