Except for the beds, it was great

Great location

The bed was terrible and we both woke up with back pain. The mattresses probably needed replacement years ago. Please have them checked out because it’s obvious they were well past their end of life expectation.

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful to correct concerns

The restaurant opened an half and half after it was scheduled. Room service was not working and I was charged twice for my stay.

Terrible hotel, would never stay again

Room size was great, bed was very comfortable

Bathroom shower drain was clogged. Maid service was by request so I requested it on Thursday as well as 3 fresh towels. Towels never arrived so I found a maid cart on 1st floor and took 3. Maid service NEVER came ever. I called manager on Saturday evening to inform them of the lack of response and service, manager was busy and front desk staff said they would call me back shortly. No one ever called. We called for room service Saturday and no one answered. We went down to Restaurant and placed an order and they said they would deliver it to the room. They never did. We had to go down and ask about the food, and they said they were too busy to deliver it so we carried it up ourselves. On a sidenote when I went to front desk the first night to request maid service I was greeted by a front staff member who had her pants unbuckled and her belt unbuckled. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Will never stay again. Cost was $300 a night and was not worth 100.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff….would define

Breakfast was excellent. Good variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Only complaint were the hallways on our floor were not vacuum and were dirty. It was a great location and would stay here again.

The bathrooms in the room had mildew all over them, floor filthy. We were moved within an hour of arrival for the mildew and was moved to another room that had mildew too!

Good

Breakfast and cocktail hour was awesome. The main area was beautiful.

For the price our room had a broken closet, broken shower, terrible water pressure in the toilet, furniture not comfortable at all, for a suite with 6 people there was no room in that tiny fridge for anything, pool could have been cleaner lots of stuff floating around.

Great hotel staff, fabulous location and wonderful room!

Initially upon arrival, I was concerned because they did not have my early check in request, but the lady at the counter took care of us quickly. We called down for more towels and received them almost immediately. At check out, it was completed quickly. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean.

The elevators routinely had garbage in the corners, I'm sure this has more to do with the youth groups that were at the hotel. 1 elevator was out of service and the stairwell was not very well lit, so we waited for the elevators. The children in the pool were often not supervised and were very loud.

Breakfast and breakfast service was very good

TV in adjoining room was very loud so we could not sleep-Desk clerk and security would not respond to that room because it had a do not disturb sign on the door-their response was to wait for manager arriving the next morning

Breakfast was very good. Made to order omlets were featured. Long lines on weekends to get them. Location was good. Lobby very nice.

Last year when we were there there was a nice warm hot tub and the pool was warm. This year the hot tub was cemented over and the pool was very cold. When I complained to the manager he said he would have it warmer by Sunday and the pool was a bit warm but on Mon. morning it was cold again. He must have thought we were leaving. The staff really wanted to accommodate us but I think they were under staffed. We go there for a warm pool for the kids to swim in. Expensive if it is too cold. Also some signs of over use. For example. All 3 ladders to get out of the pool were loose!!! Even the main railing to hold onto to get out of the pool was visibly loose. The drains in the bathrooms off the pool were dirty. Needs some work.

Disappointing

The location was great. We were close to restaurants and some shopping centers.

Our room looked like it had not been cleaned very well, almost not at all really. There was a used wine glass sitting on the floor by the door. There was water left in the ice bucket and no coffee with the coffee pot. The mirror on the wall was covered with child sized footprints. The carpet was dirty and looked like it had not even been vacuumed. The bathtub looked dirty and there was no toilet paper on the roll. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites and they were wonderful. This was pretty disappointing. I don't feel like it was worth what we paid at all.
