It was good overall.

How close it was to the reason we stayed here

The skim milk I had for my first breakfast tasted funny and I could not drink it. I alerted staff about it

Walked in. Checked out. Got something better.

Nothing. Walked in and walked out. Booked a room somewhere else for $40 more than what I paid at the holiday inn and it is pristine.

The smell is horrible as soon as you walk in. Hallways smell. Rooms smells. Musty. Cleanliness. It was just gross

Worst experience in a hotel ever.

The breakfast was the only thing I liked

The noise in the air vent by the door. Switched to a different room at 11:30PM. The bed in the second room was too soft.

We like that the hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet

We don’t normally eat breakfast. However, I did have some scrambled eggs, a piece of bread and coffee. I like the fact that you had the coffee available early a.m. for us early risers.

Extend the breakfast hours from 6 AM to 10 AM

Great beds, pillows, and showers with easy access to the freeway, restaurants, coffee, and shopping.

The hotel was super clean and the rooms were great. Our bed was comfy with great pillows too. The shower was large and immaculate. We felt it had a really great value for the cost.

The staff was pretty mediocre. The last morning we were there, the power went out and we had to get ready for the airport completely in the dark and with cold showers. We understand these things happen, and I was still planning on giving a five star review, however, as we left through the lobby, the employee behind the desk was sitting, wrapped in a sheet. I said hello and he just nodded back. I said to have a good day, and he said "I'm trying to." I was very put off at the lack of engagement and absence of customer service. No apology for inconvenience or are you guys okay? Just an indifference.

Super clean and very new styling. Very comfy beds and pillows. Comforter was super warm. TV was big and modern. Breakfast was really good for a hotel of this level.

Too many light switches near the door. One may have been a master switch that turned everything off? Pretty confusing. That’s the only beef I had with the room.

Wonderful.

I loved the cleanliness of the facility as well as the pool area. My son mentioned it was one of the cleanest pools he’d ever been in. It also was conveniently thought out, having a section with paper goods if you needed something in your room, and even a hot chocolate and coffee stand area. The beds were EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE too! Loved that the rooms had fridge and microwave in it. A lot of hotels don’t offer both anymore.

Didn’t like the room had a tub and didn’t offer glass showers for twin queen rooms.

We would use as a return visit.

The breakfast selections were very good and they were all kept at a good temperature. Location of the hotel was central to what we needed.

In our room, there were a few sticky surfaces when we arrived. Everything else was fine.
