Adorei tudo!!! A única coisa ruim .... é ir embora do paraíso......

Great size of the room with a small kitchenette for cooking. The jacuzzi was quite nice, and we were lucky to have it for ourselves almost every evening, which was very cosy.
San Andrés is extremely humid and hot, which makes all your wet clothes stay wet for several days. It also makes the rooms very humid, which wasn't so nice. Would be an improvement to improve isolation or have a dehumidifier in the room.

The location was absolutely great, could not ask for a better location. Angela was very helpful and a wonderful host. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, we cooked breakfast everyday and were able to take home leftovers to eat later. And there is hot water!
My aunt's room did not have working AC, so Angela changed her room right away!
My bathroom door did not close, however, it was not a big deal so I did not mention it to the owner.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartments close to the center. Safe parking spot for motorbikes.
Quite a strong smell of mould in our room, but it got better after we ventilated the room.
4.7
What a wonderful place! Excellent location, close to everything, but quiet. Spacious and clean apartment. Super nice and helpful team
4.7
Nice courtyard with Jacuzzi. Angela, the owner, was friendly and helpful to organize transportation around the island and to the airport. The well appointed kitchenette was useful to prepare breakfast before going diving early in the morning.
A little noisy at night but not too bad, considering the proximity to the town center and party venues.

I loved how close it was to the main beach and to the port. Clubs and restaurants are all close within walking distance. The place was clean and comfortable
I didn't like that on Thursday the club was open and I could hear the bass til about 2am but that's not the hotel's fault
4.7
great location. the room
is well equipped
wifi don’t work great in the room
nothing

Really close to Spratbright beach and all commerce. It's kind of quiet as is not on the street, instead is like inside the block
A bigger TV maybe. And more space to dryclothes.

location and hospitality
4.7
Location a perfect and staff were very accomodating and friendly
Wouldn't change anything
4.7
The room is very complete. It has everything you need. Kitchen, over, air conditioner, etc.
My room (102) is next to the reception and you can hear everything people say outside the room and it is not very pleasant when you are sleeping or trying to sleep
4.7
Good location, cleaners and staff were friendly and helpful, having a kitchen was nice.
Terrible wifi, bed uncomfortable, no hot water.
But it's not just this place, it's San Andres in general. They charge Miami prices for bad accommodations (like not even one star bad). I wish I never came here. Not worth it. This hotel is about as good as you'll find in terms of value. But you're better off going to Panama or Miami for that matter and skipping San Andres altogether.
4.7
Very quite, nice patio, very friendly staff, everything you need, nice hot shower and comfy bed, in the center but in a quite place. Would absolutely stay here again.
The location is very good in the center, everything is close by, but the downside of this is that at some nights you hear loud music from the discos until 3AM. We could still sleep, but it's good to know. Also, the cleaning ladies started early and that made some noise.
4.7
cleanliness, location, spacious room for two, access to the beach
Poor WIFI connection, and sometimes noise from other rooms and common areas
4.7
The location is exceptional. The place is clean and quiet, perfect to have rest. I would definitely come back to this place!

The location is great. The photos don't reflect the (good) quality of the place. The attention and hospitality of Ita (hoster) is exceptional. I recommend this place if you don't want to pay in exceed for a hotel.
A little bit of insects. The room window is tiny.
4.7
Location, nice rooms and overall the attention of the owners.
4.7
Perfect location, nice little patio with tables and jacuzzi, great staff
The studios don’t have windows

No wifi, no internet;
The last day the air and water were cut off between 10 and 11 - we could not shower and we sweated for the last hour before our flight; and
Upon checking in, I asked fer specifically to charge in pesos, and she charged in dollars - cost me 50 mil, I don't know if she gets the benefit.
Angela's (the owner) attitude was not good.
Location is good, quiet during day and night, good air except when it goes out or Angela turns it off
4.7
The apartment had everything you need, The location is excellent and Angela is wonderful
4.7
The welcome that Angela the owner gave us, the attitude of Mrs. Ena, the tranquility and the location of the place.
Nothing.

We were very well received and instructed on what we could do on the island, with prices, times and dates. Laura explained everything with sympathy, empathy, and precision. She also provided the reservations for what we chose. We were in the middle of the commerce of the island, where we could buy everything we needed for breakfast and look for restaurants for lunch and dinner. It is also a duty-free zone with all the known brands to buy and everything you need for beach, snorkelling and scuba diving. There was a close beautiful beach and we could resort to plenty of options for transportation to get around - taxis, mototaxis, and buses - although we couldn't find bikes for rent. The room had enough space and the kitchen had the necessary tableware for our breakfast and fast meals - Laura exchanged the electric oven for a more appropriate microwave oven. They provided enough potable water for our 5 days since San Andrés' tap water is not drinkable. Last but not least, the air conditioning was working very well.
They couldn't help, but San Andrés' brackish water is not the best thing to take a shower. The room could have more shelves to store our belongings and the safe was small and could store just money. The faucets in the sink in the bathroom and in the kitchen were a little bit difficult to manage and a hygienic shower would be welcome in the toilet. The bathroom could be a bit more spacious and the rooms on the second floor could see inside it when the window was open. More hanging lines to dry clothes would also help since the main attractions in San Andrés always produce more wet clothes than the few hanging lines could dry. Internet was slow, very slow, but it seems the island still has not many good Internet providers.
