I know it’s a self catering place but seriously didn’t expect that they will be no tissue at all atleast 1 roll what if

It was not a pleasant one

I liked the area, its safe and quiet

The aircon was not working, washing machine was not working,microwave was not working, when we arrived they told us about the broken key that they didn’t fix, we were given dirty sheets with blood stains. They only provided one towel and it was not changed.cleaning of the apartment was not done

Location was great! Wonderful to see massive ships cruise by. Close to everything.

The bathroom needs a lot of work. Broken sink, mildew on the roof. I know it's self catering, but not even a small milk bag or one tea bag? For the price, you need to add something. The neighboring building is incredibly noisy.

Very enjoyable. Would stay again!

Very comfortable and quiet accommodation in a great location. We could drop our luggage off before check in time.

Cracks in the bathroom vanity, was not up to the standard of the rest of the studio facilities.

Best Vacation apartment ever been too .love everything don't change change anything it's perfect..

We love everything about this property.felt at home away from home,love the clearness, WiFi working excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay in SUPERB STUDIO SERENITY

There was no breakfast, we made our own breakfast. We Uber to Workshop mall to get stuff to make breakfast.

There is still a lot to improve

The place looks exactly as it is in the pictures...very close to the beach and Ushaka which are a walking distance. Getting transport to move around durban is easy as uber is always 3 minutes away and taxis pass close by as well as the bus.we lived for the Harbour view very nice. It is very easy to get hold of the landlord

The fact that there were no extra towels to change for bathing, only one toilet paper given , no tea things such as teabag and sugar and no one comes to clean and when we asked they did a poor job at that as they did not clean properly they did not even bother with the bathroom. The outside is not so attractive.

Every great has a but.....this is fixable.

The facility was great, comfortable and you are given privacy oh and it is very safe as the entrance and exit are always locked. I would definitely recommend the place and also come back too. The staff is so helpful and hands on.

One thing I realised the day I got here was the smelly toilet seat.

Great View. Waking up to ships passing by,entering the harbour... Beautiful way to wake up.

Nothing much really,maybe if they provided sugar or coffee would be nice- since they have the containers-but other than that everything was good.

Beautiful apartment

specious, safe and very neat. Bed is very comfortable, Wi-Fi is very good as well. Self Check in and out was easy. They have safe free parking as well.

Location was quiet tricky to find. I didn’t have check in information. Had to call the host when I was in the areas getting lost. Only then I got the information. The host should proactive share the info at least a day before or from Check-in time on the day.
