It was a very relaxing stay

The location is very safe and peaceful. The entire location is always well kept and the fact that the security is visible during the day and at night is a bonus factor for any holiday maker.

Best holiday home

The housekeeper was friendly and understanding. The place was clean and spacious. We were close to the beach and other fun amenities. I highly recommend The Sails!

A good experience

Nice clean appartment with white linen. Netflix was a plus. Beautiful space, nice couch in the lounge

The bed in the main bedroom is rather small. It's a double bed. Generally one is accustomed to queen size bed. There isn't enough comfortable sitting furniture in the lounge for a family of 4 The lock at the door is not so practical

The view was the best part of our stay.

1. The awful smell that came from the en suite bathroom. 2. Small cockroaches were running about. 3. The aircon did not work in the main bedroom and with the morning sun it was unbearably hot in the mornings.

5 Stars For Service Excellence!

I travel regularly and I'm a stickler for good service and attentive owners. The host at this venue was readily available to attend to our needs, even after hours! I'd gladly stay at this venue again. Clean, well-maintained and conveniently located. Rooms were super comfortable, apartment is very spacious indeed, and the host has made it feel like you're in your very own holiday home, not short of anything. Parking is secure and convenient, and security presence meant I never had to be too concerned about my family's safety.

The pool was being serviced during our stay (2 days) and the internet was on the blink on the last day. Neither being the hosts fault. HOWEVER, she was in constant contact with the internet service provider until they sorted it out, and was amazingly gracious to allow us a late checkout so my kids could enjoy the pool. Service excellence 😁👌

Stay was beautiful, good value for money. Good Location. Pictures on are exactly what we got

Location was great, easy access to to a lot of places, great views of the sea. Night Walks were awesome. Kids really loved the place as they could see the ships.

Security could be more friendly. Got lost to get to the Parking. Security at the Parking area were not friendly at all, very concerning. It felt like I was an Intruder
