The cabin is awesome once you find it!! The views are amazing. Bears visited us often and was so cool.
The cabin is well equipped especially the kitchen.
Take bug spray as some critter that you don’t see likes to bite. We had lots of fun enjoying the game room and hot tub. My advice is to print off directions and don’t depend on gps. Can’t wait for our next trip!

House was immaculate when we arrived. Stayed there with my husband and adult children. Everyone had their own space; which was important to me.
House was very clean and cozy. We got to see a few adult and BABY BEARS!! Would definitely stay here again

We stayed for a week with the family, 6 adults.
The views from the deck were unbelievable. The house had everything we needed. It was set up to have good together time (cooking, puzzles, playing cards) and privacy for sleeping. The hot tub was relaxing after a day out and about.
The location was good. 10-15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The Welcome Center was right at the bottom of the mountain drive up to the house. We saw a lot of bear activity by the house and along the drive!
The property management group was excellent. They had great communication upfront and a book at the house to reinforce everything they had emailed ahead of time. I didn’t think I would need to contact them but when I did the response was immediate.
Definitely recommend.

Very nice cabin in a quiet area. It’s an adventure to get to but that makes it all worth it. Close to all the activities downtown also. Would stay here again.

Great view clean house. Driveway might be tight for a larger vehicle

This cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed all 3 decks and saw bears everyday. The game room was enjoyed as well. I called a couple of times with questions and Matt was more than helpful!!! Give him a raise.

A group of 4 women stayed for annual hiking trip. This place was incredible! We loved the hot tub and fire table on the lower level and the views made us want to stay in and never leave.
We really appreciated how clean and organized everything was including all the labels in the kitchen.
We saw several black bears including a Mom with 3 cubs.

Really enjoyed this cabin. It was secluded with a great view. The owners had everything prepared. Very clean and spacious. Also a great location to get to downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Will definitely consider for our next trip!

If you seek elevation, stay here! Beautifully decorated, fully equipped for everything you could need. We enjoyed great homemade meals on the deck overlooking the mountains, relaxed in the hot tub, played many games of pool and were wished farewell by a bear when leaving the cabin.

The cabin was beautiful and as described. My sisters and I each had our own bedroom, bathroom, and even patio. Although we spent the most time on mine (bottom level) with the hot tub and fire pit. The view was amazing, especially when the mist rose off the mountains. Huge variety of birds singing in the morning and a whippoorwill at night. The game room was great, but with views and all the other amenities, we didn’t have time to use it. I recommend arriving before dark because the mountain roads up are intense and the private road that takes you the end of the way to the house is not especially well marked. (And if you accidentally take the unpassable dirt road directly to the right, you’ll end up with a pretty treacherous Austin Powers style turnaround situation). But we got used to the drive and it was an excuse to return early after dinner every night and relax with a glass of wine on the decks. The cabin would also be great for a couple families. Fully stocked kitchen.

Our family group of three couples enjoyed this house very much. Three separate sleeping areas with bathrooms was perfect for us. We used the firepit on the lower level deck every night.
The only drawback is the tight parking. Not as bad as some houses we saw, but pretty tight all the same.

Very nice, clean, and organized. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into what people would need to have a great time during their stay at the property.

Everything was awesome. The management company even sent the maintenance person with s tring of lights for the tree, as 2/3 burned out while we were there. Hot tub was great, loved playing pool and enjoying the firepits outside. Loved each level.had.its.own bedroom/bath combo.

Only downfall was we had to leave! Everything was perfect. Exactly as described if not better.

We had 3 couples and everyone just loved the cabin. Really the only critique was the quality of the toilet paper and paper towels. And that's pretty minor. Loved the Christmas tree. Great touch. We will definitely be looking into your properties in the future. Thanks

This cabin was spotless and so beautiful! Looked exactly as gorgeous as the pictures! Bummed we only had 2 nights here, but we'll definitely be back! Great views, comfortable and spacious accommodations and great memories made!

Great cabin. All you could ask for. Only downfall, getting there. Get there before dark. Follow instructions they send you. Do not, repeat, do not use your GPS. Even if it is brand new. When you get to the bottom of road turn up driveway on left, do not go down road on right. After a couple of times we got it down. But, boy, it can be very frustrating trying to find it. You won’t just happen to come across it. The parking it tight as you have to turn around once you get to the cabin. After a couple of times it will be easier. I would really worry about the drive up and down in winter. Yikes. But once there, it is fantastic!

Our trip did not start out as I had expected but it did get better. The hot tub wasn’t ready and there was a communication mix up between the hot tub cleaners and the property management. The hot tub cleaners ended up walking into the house while my daughter was in the shower and her fiancé was taking a nap. Scared them as they first thought it was the rest of the family arriving. The hot tub still needed to be drained, cleaned and refilled. So the crew had to make more than one trip back into the house after our arrival. The hot tub did not reach temp until the next day. After several messages and phone conversations with Matt the situation was resolved. Just a rocky start to a great event. The views are amazing and the home has everything your party will need! Beds were comfortable and loved that everyone had their own space. We frequently saw bears at the home and driving up and down the mountain. The drive up can be a bit scary but we got used to it quickly. Had the start of our stay been better this would certainly be a 5 star review.

180 degree views overlooking Pigeon Forge, Dollywood fireworks, and onward into Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Online images don’t do it justice. Sip your favorite drink in a luxury patio bar stool while gazing down on gorgeous sunsets. Great memories from playing in the well outfitted and comfortable game room perfect for families with teenagers. Didn’t want for anything in the kitchen. Really nice, easy to clean cookware and dinnerware. Perfect location smack dab in between Gatlinburg/GSMNP and Pigeon Forge. Clingmans Dome ridge line is the view to the far right on the deck. We saw bears every day, including a mother with two cubs playing in the driveway while we ate dinner. Wonderful stay!

Plenty of room, game room was wonderful the kids as well as adults loved it. Kitchen had everything you would need just buy food drink!! We even saw a bear come down the mountain. Highly recommend

Our party of six adults stayed here for four nights due to a family wedding nearby. The house is high into the mountains along a winding and steep road; however, the views above the tree line are incredible. The three master suites worked perfect for us during our trip. The kitchen had plenty of items needed to make a meal or for in-between snacks. We utilized the hottub on the lowest level of the house. There are numerous black bears in the area that frequently were visible during our stay.
Downtown Gatlinburg is a 10-15 minute drive from the house and Pigeon Forge is around 20 minutes.
The house is well maintained, but could use a better cleaning in-between guest. It was obvious the floors had not been cleaned between stays. Fortunately, there was a vacuum provided so we took the time to sweep the floors ourselves. Aside from the slight cleaning issue, this is a nice place to stay when visiting the area.

Our stay was great. Check in was easy and the place was very clean. Everything was labeled, light switches, cabinets, etc, which was very helpful. The road getting there was paved but narrow. You are renting a cabin in the woods so that should be expected. Beautiful views and lots of wildlife. No bears at the actual property, but did see them as we traveled to it.

Amazing and beautiful cabin up in the mountains over looking the Smokys. Awesome king-sized beds in each bedroom that also had private en-suites. It was the perfect fit for our family.

The reviews didn't lie with this property, and we had a wonderful stay! I was pleasantly surprised by how well the kitchen was organized/labeled and appreciated the huge supply of trash bags and dishwasher detergent.
The initial drive up the mountain was scary, but you quickly get used to it. We did try to plan our activities so we only had to drive up/down once a day since it's slow and my kids suffer from motion sickness.
Overall, the house was perfect, we saw lots of bears, and we enjoyed all of the extra amenities in the house and around the property. Highly recommend!
