Close to Granville Island (2 minute walk to ferry). Very nice area and not noisy. Rich (property manager) was excellent and very accommodating. One bedroom is very small and no real window, but otherwise comfortable. The patio really makes the place.

This was a last-minute booking as the first part of a 10-day BC vacation. Rich was very friendly and helpful to get us checked in and settled easily. The suite was a good size for the 3 of us. With 3 bedrooms, a group of 4 would work but any more would get crowded in the kitchen, dinette, and living areas. The patio was more than ample with a nice view of the Granville Island Market.
If you can get around the city by bicycle, do it. SUPER trail system, and the cyclists seem to rule traffic in the neighborhood.
The new washer/dryer was great.
Parking garage was a convenient feature for an added cost. It was pretty tight for an SUV, so bring a small car if that works for you.
Although there are closets, bedrooms 2 and 3 have large beds but are sparsely furnished.
In general, although the owner and location were very good, the unit seemed a bit pricey for the value received, even in Vancouver.

It's a great condo with an amazing porch. The location is perfect. We rented bikes and were able to easily get to all the events we planned. It was also an easy walk to the train station that goes right to the airport for about $5. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

I had a great stay at this condo! The host was extremely available and communicative, even allowing me to check in an hour early and meeting me at the condo to help me navigate the use of the key fobs to gain access to the underground parking and the building itself. Once inside, it was very easy to navigate.
The condo's location is fantastic, with the water and restaurants nearby. The building felt very safe, with a locked parking garage and key fob access for both the garage and the building.
There were a few challenges during my stay. The key fobs didn't consistently work, but we eventually figured out which ones worked best. The condo does not have central AC, so it got stuffy in the middle bedroom without external facing windows. The other bedrooms had windows that allowed for airflow, but leaving them open meant dealing with street noise, including sirens and people walking by.
Additionally, the microwave handle was broken and kept falling off, and the shower in the en suite was backed up. I informed the host about these issues, so they should be resolved for future guests.
Overall, it was a good stay. I recommend out-of-towners rent a car. Although I initially considered using public transportation, I found it difficult to navigate and was glad I had the flexibility to come and go as I pleased with a rental car.

We were a family of four (four adults) which was a perfect fit for our place. Loved our huge patio! We could walk everywhere and we enjoyed our walks along the seawall every morning. The property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet place well equiped by the water with a large patio.
It was a bit of a mistery how to get the keys at first as I was supposed to get an e-mail via VRBO that I never got and asked a second time to sent the info to a different e-mail and still no e-mail but after calling, it was easy as the team is quite effective if you are missing anything.
I had great service with Joy and Rich that went to buy and help me instal a heating tower during the evening as there was an issue with the old ones.
Thanks again.
Dominic

Enjoyed our stay at your very well located condo! It was clean, quiet and had room for everyone.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 2 parents and 2 college kids. We could easily walk to tons of restaurants, shops, and coffee places, and it was a five minute walk from the boat to Granville Island. Everything was extremely clean and tidy, and the rooms were well-appointed. We would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a fun and convenient place to stay in a great part of Vancouver.

Listing looks a lot bigger in the pictures than in real life. Living room didn’t really work for 5 people. Outside patio was great. Linens could be upgraded and the cleaning fee is ridiculous when you have to take your garbage to their dumpster. Location was great though, main selling point for my group.

One of the best locations we are ever stayed for a location

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The rooftop patio was our favorite place to relax. We enjoyed the restaurants nearby and took the ferry to Granville Island Market. Next time we are in Vancouver we will definitely stay here again.

Rented this condo primarily because of its location - super close to Granville Island, 10 minute drive to Stanley Park, walking distance to markets and restaurants. Guest parking available in the building with an elevator that takes you just outside the condo. Could benefit from some updating, curtains over the bedroom blinds to block out the light at night, and a better cooling system, especially for the middle bedroom. Mostly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and taking in the city views.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The property was clean and was a nice size for our family of five. It’s a great location and is a quick walk to many amenities and the water.

Great location next to Granville Island. Clean and easy access for site seeing. Fully-stocked kitchen and beautiful view from rooftop! Parking was easy in garage below building.

Clear communication, clean, great area near Granville and the beach. Layout in condo is odd, but it's fine for a few days.

The unit was as described and pictured and within reasonable walking distance of Stanley Park, Granville Island Ferry, Gastown, Yaletown, and Kitsilano. Communication with the manager on checkin and checkout was excellent.

We were looking forward to our three night "girls" weekend away in Vancouver however it was a huge disappointment. We had to leave the condo after only one night due to an infestation of ants. Richie W. was very helpful with check in and he was the only member of his team who was helpful and responded immediately regarding our concerns. We had to "scramble" to find another place to stay, we incurred much more cost and then spent many hours trying to get a refund through the Property Manager and VRBO. We were not "believed" without photographic proof (which we had) but this was frustrating because there had been previous complaints about ants in the unit. Also, there are safety concerns in the unit such as slippery bath tubs (no mats) and there is a very high step from the patio to the condo (which I tripped on). The unit sleeps six, however the couch only sits two people and the eating area only sits four people which is a challenge if you have more than two people staying in the unit. It also needs updating as the furniture, rugs, sheets, etc are "tired" and worn out in several areas. It is however in a great location near the waterfront and the patio is nice on a sunny day.

Enjoyed the location to Granville.

This condo is in a great spot to walk anywhere….Granville Island, good restaurants…try Italian at Autostrada a few clocks away!
Would rebook!

Great apartment and location with unique and private rooftop patio. Excellent location. Walk to everything. And very good communication with property manager.

This is a compact apartment in an excellent location - it does feel rather smaller than the photographs and in hot weather there is no integral air conditioning just units pumping out of the windows - however location plus lovely coffee shop right by the block made it a very good choice

We rented the property for ourselves and our grown children for a vacation. The location was superb…Granville Market, downtown, Stanley Park, Yaletown…all close. The common area is definitely small but no problem for 3 couples on the go! I would not want to be there for a rainy day! The apartment was well equipped and the hosts very accommodating. Overall, a great place to stay.

The location was great with a beautiful outdoor patio. Be warned the layout inside is very strange with two small offices and small bedrooms. The unit doesn’t have built-in AC and with all the windows it gets very hot. There are two large Portable AC units that struggle to cool the place down. Master stays cool but other bedrooms were quite hot. Probably only an issue during a few hot weeks in August. Otherwise was great for our family!

We took full advantage of the massive deck; was lovely to have the outdoor space! The location was excellent and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Infestation of ants throughout the unit put a damper on our overall experience though on site staff did suggest raid to rid our uninvited pests - we declined due to health concerns. Small hairdryer in ensuite was not working. There was an issue with the dryer but this was later fixed. Daily parking fee was not mentioned until after arrival. On site staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall experience was negatively impacted with dealing with all of the issues.

Friends joined me from out of province. We found this unit to be ideally situated; close do everything we wanted to do and see, perfectly placed really. It’s a lovely unit, suited 3 adults to a ‘t’. We wish the weather had been nicer so we could have enjoyed that amazing patio.

Loved it will stay again. Just a note. Bring everything salt, pepper, shampoo, soap you are close to everything here. Quick ferry to Granville island short walk to grocery store. Place was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc

Joy was our contact, and she was incredibly easy to contact, and very helpful. The location was fantastic, and had the weather been better, it would have been great for walks by the water.
The apartment is dated. The master bathroom was incredibly small , with only one sink and very dated. The blinds in the bedrooms are NOT room darkening, so the city lights shone through them all night long. The bed linens were very cheap, and the towels were used. The numerous fake plants added to the overall dated vibe. With only a very small couch in the living area, it was not a great seating area for 3 of us.
This apartment needs some TLC. The rooms need new room darkening blinds, upgraded linens and the bathrooms need to be completely renovated. The location is great and the building is quite nice, so it’s worth the investment.

The place was clean and well appointed. A few suggestions - have hotel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. Add a mirror to the middle bedroom. Overall really great. Big patio and big windows.

Great location for everything. Property was everything we expected. The deck was spectacular but the weather wasn't as cooperative as we would have liked. Overall very happy with our stay. Would highly recommend it.
