La posizione era buona, appartamento grande e pulito, la Sig.a Laura che ci ha accolti è stata davvero molto gentile, disponibile e simpatica! E grazie per l'acqua fresca!

Il letto a castello faceva troppo rumore ad ogni movimento e disturbava.

Nice place!

Very good lacation, clean, spacey and the hosts were very kind. There is an area within minutes of walking where you can park for free.

A practical apartment near the centre

A great location near the centre (7 minute walk). Spacious apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Nothing fancy, but very practical.

No parking space nearby. Near the road.

quiet flat in a gorgeous quiet central location!

Fantastic location and just a short walk from the main centre, really good value for money. Great amenities and the host was super helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable! thank you so much! also quiet on the evenings!

Very good

The accommodation is in a good location, a few minutes walk from the city center. The room has a private terrace which was great for drying laundry.

The bed was not the most comfortable.

It was great.

It was in the center, literally 1 min walk from the main street but it was still very quite. The appartment had a big terrace, the bathroom is amaring. it was very clean. The host was lovely!

So the only downside is the parking - if you want to park nearby it's 10€ for 24h. There is also an option for free parking but it's like 15min walk.

great stay at this lovely place!

the location was perfect. close to the busy area, but no nuicanse at night. loved the small terrace, 2 seperate beds and good shower!! contact with the host was very good. Laura was the most friendly local we met on our whole trip!!

the matress of the bed was little bit hard, which was painfull for my back and shoulders. but that’s also personal taste. only thing we missed was a iron and chill bed for the terrace

very clean and location close to the centre.

some confusion over the parking, there is no free on site parking as per details on website so would recommend that you check this if you have a car when booking. there is an option of free parking near the station or paid parking nearby

Exceptional

Laura assisted our check in and went above and beyond for my friend and I during our stay. She was so lovely and recommended us good restaurants to eat at. Laura also came in every second day with fresh linen and towels. The bathroom has great facilities with a hairdryer and a large shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room also comes with a bar fridge which was great to have. The location of the property is very close to the city centre (around a 2 minute walk) and close to more quiet beaches in Polignano a Mare. Laura, I would like to thank you once again for being hospitable and an amazing host. We will definitely return. Thankyou!

Laura was amazing! She stayed in contact with us about the arrival time and showed us the room ourselves. The room is clean and with a gorgeous, spacious, new bathroom.

The room is quite small which doesn't give any space for a chair or couch etc. The bed fills up the room.

Lovely stay in Pogliano a Mare

Clean spacious well decorated. 5 min walk to centre. Comfy beds good facilities.

Watch out as if you want to use the kitchen it's 25€ more. We didn't so no problem 👍

AVOID TO STAY HERE!

Apart from the location, everything else was so bad!

The room was so small for two people to stay in and smell damp. We saw an insect in the bathroom too. The pictures are misleading. In addition, the address was different for our room in the booking confirmation email. We went to the place and waited for 1 hr in the street with our suitcases. We had to call the owner a few times. Then he confirmed that the address was different. He said he emailed us just the day before we checked in. We were traveling and didn't see his email. When I checked the email after his confirmation, I saw that his email was in Italian. If I even noticed his email on time, I wouldn't understand any words. All experience was terrible. The owner wasn't very professional and helpful. The room was in a bad condition.

Exceptional

Best bed and bathroom we had in two weeks. The appartement was clean, central located, cosy and also had a very nice terrace. The airconditioning also worked great. Besides this Polignano a Mare was wonderful!

Convenient location but nowhere to store luggage

The host was responsive and met us on time. The place was decent and a good location.

Dusty on the floor but the bed and bathroom were clean. Very early checkout time I found (10 am). Many of the the photos show beautiful rooms unfortunate ours was not as pretty as the other rooms so it was a bit confusing. The one negative was they were unable to hold our luggage when we checked out. I’ve never experienced that in a hotel or apartment. We were obliged at 10 to roam the streets for an hour to find a place to pay and stock our luggage. Very stressful and unnecessary especially when laying nearly 100 euros per night for a basic. Room. The owners should really consider having an office / luggage storage option if a guest spends thr last day in polignano and wants to enjoy.

If you rent the room 13 Via Martiri della Resistenza show pictures exactly with this room, not with other rooms from other locations. The room that we got was nothing like we thought we reserved. misleading.deceitful.

Exceptional

Location (room in Via Roma Nr 3 ) is great. Room is excellent, however not cheap (130 Euro). The host was very responsive and helpful via booking app and later on, assisted us to a closeby parking place (5 Euro total for 1 night stay) and from there arranged a tricycle-taxi to take us from parking to the room (it is also OK for walk without luggages). There are several small rocky beaches if you walk from centre towards the port. The one which is 500 m from our stay is very beautiful and/but very famous (lama monachile) and can be crowded. We swam there ~8 am which was very good. Spiaggia di Ponte dei Lapilli (~1.7km) was also very nice and more natural (no buildings and facilities, beautiful sea.. ) We found a small modest buffet just before reaching the port (~2km), with beach in front, with nice owners , where we enjoyed beer and small snacks under shadow of trees.

NA. Facilities were very good. We didnt spend much time in Polignano A Mare and didnt search much, so I cannot say much, we moved to Melendungo for sea.

Location was excellent. Terrace was lovely. Bathroom was big. Host was very accommodating - he let us check in early.

Bed was a pull out and a bit too soft. Room was on the smaller size but fine for a couple of nights

Fine for a night but lots of things to be aware of before booking!

Bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom, very modern, clearly recently refurbished. Really nice.

King dependence - before you book a few things to consider.... (location, WiFi, parking). The room was very small and pictures distort size somewhat. Could hardly fit my suitcase in the room! But ultimately it was fine and bed was comfy. There was no WiFi available in our room, despite the main hotel building having WiFi (according to booking.com) this should have been made much clearer on hotel page/website. The room we were in was in a completely different location to the main building, which we chose due to it's location. This was also very unclear. Only once we had booked and paid were we told which road the room was on. At least 10 minutes away from the main building. 'Free' parking instructions were non existent and meant that we had to pay for parking. Spent 30 minutes trying to find the 'free' car park.
