Incredible new construction home in Savannah's Historic District. Three bedrooms upstairs. Great family living room and kitchen downstairs plus giant porch with gorgeous outdoor furniture. Parking is all on street and free in front of the home.

All bedrooms are upstairs in this home. There is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom. There are 2 guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom off the hallway. There is also a daybed with trundle on the upstairs landing.

The house had tons of space to spread out. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was in easy walking distance or a short Uber drive away. We will stay here again!

Our Girl Scout troop stayed at this facility during our visit to the Juliette Gordon Low birthplace. The location was extremely convenient to everything. The property was spacious and we especially loved the outside porch area to enjoy our morning coffee. The facility is well stocked. We would totally stay again!

Pictures do not give it justice. This home is oversized and plenty of space for the whole family. The rental sets itself apart by having everyday items available that most rentals don’t have such as proper kitchen utensils. It was a breeze to use the kitchen and cook for my family. The outdoor porch is also oversized and plenty of space to relax. Really felt like a home and not just a vacation rental. Not too far from restaurants and shopping to where we walked most days. Keep in mind, we walked for about 10-15 min to get anywhere. Highly recommend!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay this past week. The pictures do not do it justice! It's really spacious and unique. There were snacks in the kitchen and plenty of recommendations for our visit. The wraparound porch was beautiful and so relaxing. The only cons are: the master bedroom sheets were ripped, master bathroom showerhead needs a thorough cleaning (mold growing) and the doorhandle going to the garage was broken, so we couldn't use that door. Those are all manageable! The house is beautiful and in the perfect location. We were able to walk a lot of places and take a quick Uber to where we needed to go.

Our stay was super comfortable and clean, with plenty of room for 3 couples. We could be chatting in the kitchen at night, while others went to bed, without interruption. We didn’t do any cooking beyond making eggs for breakfast, but I appreciated that then kitchen is nicely stocked and we didn’t have to buy salt and pepper (unlike some rentals I have stayed at!), we could have easily cooked more meals. We did walk to the riverfront and historic districts a few times, it’s a far walk for two pregnant ladies in our group, but doable! There are not many restaurants or coffee shops in easy walking distance of the house, but the residential street is completely quiet at night which is a plus. Overall this rental met our needs perfectly and we enjoyed a relaxing friends reunion in Savannah.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Spacious, clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and an excellent location. It was wonderful having the garage available, but being off-season, there was plenty of parking on the street too. Everything that we wanted to see was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we revisit Savannah.

This was a perfect place for my friends bachelorette party. Quiet and safe location with an easy walk to everything! The house was clean and way bigger than the pictures! So nice to have a place to come back to after a night out that felt so homey. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful house - huge kitchen, family room,bedrooms,baths. The high celings were awesome! Great wrap around porch. Location was perfect for walking all around the beautiful squares in Savannah. Easy walk to River Street too. Mary was very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. We found it well equipped and very comfortable. Its centrally located for an easy walk to restaurants, grocery, and the historic seaport. Its on a quite street with many charming historic homes.

There were 6 of us that rented this VRBO, and we could not be more pleased. The house was beautiful, ckean and close to sll of the historic district. When we had questions Mary from the property management group was there to help, she was great. We had no complaints and would book again if we make it back yo Savannah. Thanks.

5 sisters and sis in law had a delightful time in your beautiful home. When we got oriented we appreciated the walk ability. Would suggest that we could have used 6 complete towel sets. The towel supply was short, but one person had brought their own. Blanket situation was limited.

The house is beautiful with everything you could possibly need. The porch is everything!! 8 girlfriends celebrating our friends upcoming wedding and there was plenty of space. It is on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle which we liked. There was always available parking.

The house is located in a quiet part of the city with easy walking access to everything you want to explore. The house was PERFECT for our larger group and everyone felt like that had space without stepping all over each other. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The house is just as described-lots of communal space and three good sized bedrooms. There is another bed in the hallway but we didn't need that. Our daughter, her husband and son stayed in the master suite-the closet is big enough for the pack and play so our grandson could sleep in there. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked most of our meals. We loved eating outside on the porch. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of the historic district and Forsyth Park. We focused on kid friendly activities and restaurants which were both plentiful. I would definitely rent this house again.

This house is absolutely gorgeous and spacious! The pictures do not do it justice. It was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked. Bedrooms and closet space very comfortable. The wrap around deck is spacious with plenty of seating. The yard is perfect for small children to play. Parking is good and a garage is available on site for one vehicle. Definitely would highly recommend!!!!

Far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property within walking distance to downtown Savannah. Beds were comfortable. We all loved the rainfall shower upstairs! Approximately 23 minutes from Savannah airport.

This home was beautiful, we were in town for my wedding and everything was just beautiful. The home was so spacious and has a lovely porch where you can sit and relax. A lot of the attractions are walking distance, and the beautiful Forsyth park is right around the corner! Great hosts!

This property was absolutely spacious, wonderful, clean, comfortable and had a wonderful feeling of home. All the necessary items needed that you may need in the home was available, especially the little things. The porch was a great comfort where the 6 adults on this trip had a chew and chat on the porch one morning. The owner responded immediately to all of my questions. We all enjoyed the property and would definitely rent this property again.

We loved staying at this house. It has so much room downstairs and the outside patio was such a nice way to end our evenings. The 25 minute walk to downtown was easy. We really appreciated the garage parking option since the street stayed full.

Our stay at this property was quite enjoyable! The location is within walking distance of the downtown district with lots of dining and other attractions. The accommodations were very comfortable and fit our group of 5 adults and a 2-yr old. Mary was super responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely stay again.

A group of friends and I rented this house for a belated birthday celebration, and truly could not have bad a better overall experience. Initially part of the group wanted to be closer to all the action near River street, but we were all pleased how it was such an easy walk down to the same area, but tucked away in a quiet and beautiful part of Savannah! The house itself is better than described, and pictures don’t do the space justice. We had plenty of room for 7 girls, with ample space to spread out. The home is well stocked and it’s clear a lot of thought goes into what makes renting east for a long weekend trip. Thanks again to Mary for hosting us in her beautiful home!

The pictures are amazing but the property is way more beautiful in person. There is plenty of space to spread out after a long day of walking and seeing the local sites. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook a great meal. The grill is wonderful on the back porch. The house was spotless when we arrived. Our stay was wonderful.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. We rode in on Goldwing motorcycles and it was great to have covered secure parking for our 3 days stay. Tons of room, clean, modern house and well appointed. All beds were comfortable with fairly new mattresses. A bit too far to walk to City Market, but everything was a short Uber away. Easy walk to Kroger and a nice coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again

Girls weekend was awesome! This home provided the amount of space for us all. We made several meals at the home and were able to find everything, walked to the trolley stop around the corner and enjoyed the amazing back porch. We do wish there was a Keurig in the home. It was very quiet and close enough to town, but far enough away from the noise. Thank you for another great and perfect girls weekend!
