I rented the property to have a small surprise 70th birthday party for my mother and needed to house myself and a few out of town family members. The house was beyond perfect for the occasion. When they say the kitchen is fully stocked them mean it! My friend and family were very impressed with the house and the view is amazing. My aunt plans on trying to rent sometime with her kids and grandkids. Very pleased with our stay.

The house was very nice, plenty of room for all. The Kitchen was well equipped.

Two families with two kids each. Great space to spread out. Kitchen had everything needed and we cook big meals. Dining table for 8 which we don’t often find! Carpeted LR kept mornings quiet so early birds could be awake watching the sun rise from the couch while the sleepyheads stayed in bed. Took a walk around the pond/neighborhood on our day off from skiing and was quiet and peaceful. Was an easy and enjoyable stay!

Perfect location and beautiful views of the pond. House is perfect for a large family and pets. Cosy and inviting. Would stay again. Close to North Conway.

This house was lovely with plenty of space. It was very comfortable. The owners communicated with us very well. We were in town for a wedding in Tamarack, so it was a great location. We would definitely return.

We had the best experience. The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location. The house provided everything we needed for the five day holiday break. Perfect walk to the pond down the road, near enough to North Conway for shopping and a great experience. Hosts were excellent - responsive and wildly accommodating. It was the perfect Christmas getaway for our families. Thank you so much!

Rocco and Jenn’s cabin is immaculate. It is a perfect distance away from North Conway shopping and restaurants. My family has rented here a lot of times and everytime was perfect. They keep the place very clean and even gave our daughter a Pooh bear gift. She has went here since a baby and I cannot thank you enough. Thanks Rocco and Jenn!

What a great place! The accommodations are top notch. The home is welcoming and comfortable. Plenty of room for our “girl’s weekend” (8 of us). The kitchen has everything you might need. Beautiful furnishings and home decor. Loved it!! We hope to be back next year.

I would personally like to thank Rocco and Jennifer for letting us stay at their perfect home, me and the family were truly in love. It was big and beautiful, clean and the area was so beautiful and quiet definitely something me and my family from Boston needed. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and it truly was amazing, we did a fire outside every night, the house is so spacious and tons of things to do like watch tv up or downstairs, they had bored games and a gorgeous kitchen with everything. The deck upstairs was huge and it gave you a beautiful view of a house and lake in front of it with the gorgeous woods. About a 10 minute drive to North Conway, so you can hit up all the local restaurants and stores….also there is a small beach right around the corner from the house, though it was a little cold (went in September) me and the family still went swimming! I can’t even express how wonderful of time me and the family had here on vacation, thank you again! We would love to rent it again next year!! But for even longer :)

The family as a whole was very excited to spend time here. They love the lake!!! They would roll out of bed get suits on and out the door they went!!! We’re familiar to the area so we did everything that they like the best. Which is a lot. House was perfect! Can’t wait to be back next summer❤️😊 The Conroys and Pells

This is a gorgeous property. It was very clean. Close by to many activities in North Conway. The white mountains and the kancamagus highway are a must when here. It’s only a short trip to the ocean also.

This is a perfect house for a family or multiple families. Quiet location but close to the beach and all MWV activities. The house is clean and comfortable for kids and adults

Great family vacation. Hiking kayaking and staying in a very homey environment. We plan to dent the same place again next year!

Took a group of women away for a much needed Mother's Day weekend. Pictures do not do this house justice....the house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay which was entirely too short. The younger group hung out down stairs while us older folks spent most of out time up stairs. Kitchen was well stocked, although we didn't use it much. As mothers we all did not really feel like cooking on a weekend off. :)

Thank you, Jenn & Rocco, for sharing your beautiful place with us. We had a great time there. Our kids enjoyed many toys inside and some quality time outside. We, adults, were able to work and rest. The kitchen had everything we needed. Sorry, we used all gas on the grill. Advice to guests, read instructions carefully - don't forget linen and covers. :)

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property! We could not have asked for a better place to spend time with family and friends. The place is close to North Conway and all the shops, but in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. It snowed on the Saturday during our trip and it was the most picture perfect day! The home was spacious and cozy with lovely decor. The property had everything we needed including the pots and pans. Thank you to Rocco and Jennifer for providing such a wonderful and lovely home. We can’t wait to revisit and make it a tradition coming back here!
