Genial opcion de 10 la calidad precio.

Genial, muy buen chekin de los recepcionistas. Habia agua de sabores y cafés gratuitos. El onsen incluido, genial moderno y tranquilo. Ofeecian servicios extra como el spa. Lavanderia 600yen, muy útil, con codigo de seguridad para la lavadora. Habia pequeño gimnasio. Habitacion muy comoda, amplia y el mejor y mas moderno baño. Hay parada de bus (creo que el 54) que para justo en la puerta del hotel. Muy comodo llegar en trasnoorte publico, castillo y jardines muy cerca a pie. Para repetir. Me ayudaron a mandar las maletas a otro hotel. Todo perfecto. Recepcionista (chica) muy amable.el desayuno incluido super completo, de verdad que todo de 10. Trabajo en el sector.

Super séjour !

C’était super. Les chambres sont spacieuses. L’hôtel est très bien, une laverie est disponible, le petit déjeuner sympa. Le onsen est super moderne et propre 👍🏼👍🏼 L’hôtel est moderne et le personnel très aimable. Netflix dans la chambre quand vous êtes fatigués après beaucoup de marche c est top 😁😁😁

Hotel fantástico. Conforto, localização, staff, comodidades. O tamanho do quarto é enorme, principalmente para hospedagens no Japão com esse custo-benefício.

ロケーションもよく、スタッフも親切丁寧で安心感があったベッドの寝心地もよく、同行者にも好評でした大浴場もウェルカムドリンクもあり、コスパがこのうえなく良かった

しいて挙げるならば、トイレ、洗面エリアのカーペットのシミが気になった清掃は行き届いていたので、残念ポイントでした大浴場の入口にもセキュリティがあれば安心だと思います

Ne vale la pena

La struttura è molto ben congegnata. La stanza (king bed) era spaziosa e ben disposta . Colazione (standard giapponese) ottima. Posizione centrale e comunque facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione con taxi o bus. Se dovessimo ritornare quello è il posto!!!

Great hotel

Great breakfast, nice location, and it's a very clean hotel. Loved it.

Struggled a bit with communication with staff in English (which is expected in Japan I guess).

Nada en realidad, todo bien, pero por decir algo sería bueno que dejasen las aguas de refresco todo el día, no sólo en determinados horarios.

Bon emplacement et très propre et agréable

Les chambres familiales sont très confortables et spacieuses. Seul bémol, la lumière entre les 2 chambres qui ne peut pas s’éteindre donc dormir les lumières allumées dans le couloir…

Le petit déjeuné peut être amélioré pour les occidentaux et surtout à 9h il n’y a plus grand chose! Le personnel a du mal à parler anglais (comme beaucoup au Japon, c’est compliqué)

Lovely city and would like to come back. Definitely recommend for families!

Excellent hotel for us as a family. Spacious rooms, we had two adjoining rooms with our own joint entrance and a good view from the 9th floor. Central area with lots of shops and restaurants quite close to Kenrokuen and the castle. Clean and modern. Nice little spa and washing facilities.

Nothing really. Breakfast expensive so we got our own.

El hotel está muy bien en general. Tiene onsen, aunque el agua no estaba muy caliente. La habitación muy bonita y cómoda. El desayuno está genial. Tiene de todo. También tiene café y bebidas gratis por la tarde. Tiene una parada de bus justo a la salida del hotel. Tiene mapas en español

Hotel estupendo

El mejor hotel en el que nos quedamos en Japón. Moderno, bonito, habitación y baño muy amplios y cómodos. Ubicación ideal al lado del barrio de samurais y a distancia caminando de los jardines y castillo. Personal muy amable. Tiene onsen propio. Relación calidad-precio 10/10

Nel mio tour in Giappone, senza dubbio è l'hotel più bello e confortevole in cui sia stato, senza dubbio. E' dotato di un bel bagno pubblico, e le camere sono finalmente di dimensioni normali, generose per il Giappone probabilmente. Insomma non eravamo sacrificati.

La colazione non mi ha fatto impazzire, ma sarò sincero non me la sono neanche goduta come avrei dovuto, causa partenza imminente che mi aspettava.

Great location, super clean and spacious rooms for a perfect stay in Kanazawa

- Very clean and super spacious room with an amazing view - very clean and modern Onsen (no tattoos allowed but if you cover with tape noone minds) - super friendly hotel staff that helped us to call Nohi Bus Center to reserve a bus seat to Takayama with the Takayama Hokuriku JR Pass

A superb hotel to discover Kanazawa and surroundings and an excellent breakfast!

Amazing hotel to all regards. Located at the heart of Kanazawa in the Katamachi (Samourai) district, close to main avenue, area full of restaurants and at walking distance to castle, castle park, contemporary museum, and other areas of interest. Superb room design, large rooms and very pleasant bathrooms, toilets separated from shower (rare in Japan). Breakfast by far the best we had in Japan. Absolutely amazing to all regards, with spectacular attention to details. Nice and relaxing public bath. Impeccable room cleanliness. Bravo!

お部屋が本当にセンス良くて使いやすくて素敵でした！シャワーブースとトイレと洗面が別は便利！！

チェックアウトの朝、３台あるエレベーターの一つは故障、もう一つは清掃スタッフが使用中、もう一つは団体客に占拠され、たった一つ下の階のロビーに行くのに30分以上待つことになりました。階段がないので、団体客には要注意です。団体客がいる場合は、ひとこと伝えていただければ出発時間をずらすなどできたのですが... それ以外は文句のつけようがなかったので、本当に残念です。

Super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis

Wir haben auf Nachfrage ein Zimmer mit großem Fenster und toller Aussicht erhalten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Bad schön. Schönes öffentliches Onsen im 2.OG. Es gibt kostenlose Getränke in der Lobby ab 15 Uhr. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 7 min entfernt - von dort fahren viele Buslinien. Zu Fuß ist man auch schnell im Samurai Viertel (5 min) oder am Castle (17 min).

Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.

Lovely stay!

Very big room and huge comfortable bed! Loved the lightnings and bathroom design! The staff is lovely. The breakfast is amazing and various options. The location is good as well, walking distance to the main attractions. The complementary drinks were delicious 😊 We will definitely stay here again!
