朝食以外は新しく綺麗でオシャレな設備に満足

新しくとても綺麗で、ベッドも快適でした。市場などからも近く観光がしやすく、無料のコーヒーなどもあり快適に過ごせました。

朝食スペースが小さすぎて、朝食の混む時間には沢山の人が順番待ちしていました。どれくらいの時間で朝食が食べられるかも分からなく、特に朝忙しいビジネスマンに取っては時間が読めず難しいです。私も時間がなく結局朝食が食べれませんでした。少なくとも混む時間帯や待ち時間を事前にフロントで教えて頂ければ、ある程度対応取れたので、日常的に混むようであればそういった気遣いは頂きたかったと思います。

舒適、方便

入住三人房型，廁所跟浴室分開，舒適大間！一樓有沐浴粉可以拿，還備有腿部按摩器跟蒸臉機，設備齊全！斜對面就是近江町市場，正對面有小商場，唯一提醒入住時要付1200日幣稅金。

Buena estancia en bonita ciudad

Ubicación ideal, al lado del mercado de Omicho y cerca del Kenroku-en o el castillo de Kanazawa. El hotel está completamente nuevo y las habitaciones son cómodas. El personal es agradable y ofrecen una bebida de bienvenida

Ottima soluzione di soggiorno

Ottimo hotel, colazione super, massima pulizia, tutto ottimo. Vicino al mercato Omeyoko, un po distante dal resto dei punti di interesse ma comunque un’ottima soluzione di soggiorno.

Un po difficile comunicare con il personale che non comunica facilmente in inglese

Esta bien ubicado a disancia caminando 15 min aprox de la estacion de tren. Tiene una estacion de bus en la puerta Un hotel de categoria El desayuno es muy bueno y variado

La habitacion y baño no son muy grandes pero igualmente es lo normal en japon. La vista era hacia una escalera exterior

Great value for the money

The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the Kanazawa station, and across the street from Omicho Market and a mall with food hall. It’s also within walking distance of tourist attractions so it was very convenient. The staff were nice and helpful.

The room did not have space for multiple luggages and it was very dusty. It would be nice to have some empty shelves or cabinet to store clothes.

Great choice!

Very friendly staff, nice & clean rooms. Size decent for Japan. Close to the major sights as well as the Kanazawa train station. The breakfast is phenomenal! We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Loved our stay and hope to be back.

Helpful, friendly staff. We arrived in Kanazawa in the morning and were able to leave our luggage securely till later in the day. Great location - walking distance to station, and places of interest. Other sights were just a short bus or taxi ride away. Very good restaurants and cafe close-by. Our room was fabulous! Very comfortable beds and sofa, very spacious room and bathroom. Everything you need and more.

High cost performance. Clean and comfortable room. Good location. Excellent facilities and service.

Comfortable room with the excellent location in the city center close to Omicho market and walk-able distance from JR Kanazawa and Korinbo and Higashichaya. I could walk from the hotel to all the main sightseeing. I spent four nights with good sleep, good bath, and good foot massage as my room come with an excellent foot massager. Their welcome drink, all-day coffee machine was a plus.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

The room is larger than standard hotel rooms in Japan, the welcome drink is very enjoyable too. the hotel is 15mins walk from the station, it's walkable with the luggage if not raining with the flat road all the way to hotel. it's 5mins walk to the famous seafood market.

Exceptional stay in Kanazawa in the winter months

Spacious, new, and clean guest room. Very comfy bed. Plenty of electrical outlets with USB charging ports. Very nice traditional clay tea making set provided in the room. Modern and sleek decor throughout the facility. Providing many useful and thoughtful amenities such as boots drier for wet and snowy season, foot massager for relaxation after a long day, and even a built-in fabric dryer/steamer. Extra amenities such as hair products, facial products, razors, and combs are provided at the lobby 24/7. Superb breakfast buffet with both western and japanese cuisines. Tasty, plenty, and fulfilling. Personally love curry, tonkatsu, and oden. Great location. Just steps away from Omicho market and shopping malls. Bus stop right in front with access to kanazawa loop line and other direct lines to Kanazawa castle/Kenrokuen. Staff was helpful in providing travel and bus information.

No parking garage on-site. However, there are several parking facilities around the hotel; one garage is right behind the building. No drop-off space for car.

Excellent hotel in Kanazawa

Staff very accomodating, very clean and modern facilities. Excellent breakfast at reasonable cost. Just across the road to Omicho market and a nice 10min walk from Kanazawa station. Free coffee and amenities with welcome drinks.

不錯，但可以在更好

距離車站大概要走10分，但地點算很好，對面就是近江町還有一間小百貨，往西走是車站，往南走是香林坊和金澤城。一出大門就有公車站牌，可以坐到周遊巴士也可以坐往小松機場的巴士很加分。另外飯店一位男員工雖然是日本人和實習生但是會中文很加分。

訂了三人房，但對三人房其中一間床位感到非常不滿意，床頭沒有靠墊給人加床上去的感覺。住到蠻高樓層的，但連樓下行人號誌發出的聲音都聽得清楚，老實說隔音很爛.. 另外入住那天下大雪，飯店竟然都沒派人除雪，積了很多雪還拉行李箱差點滑倒。一路從車站走過來經過很多大飯店，大門前至少都有除雪，這家完全沒有很扣分。

大致上非常滿意～之後會再住宿！

房間非常廣闊，3人住起來非常舒適照明分成三個區塊，明亮又能調整開關沙發為L型，軟硬度適中電視為超大尺寸，看得非常開心床為King size，睡起來非常舒服浴室非常大，SPA有多種模式可調整雙洗面台讓家庭能夠自由使用，不塞車！ 2樓的洗衣區、販賣機都很好使用 1樓的免費飲料區，讓寒冷的冬天能感受溫暖早餐自助吧非常豐盛，每日當地料理超好吃服務人員非常友善，日文、英文都能流利溝通未來再拜訪金澤一定會再長住～～

1、希望早餐自助吧之後的蛋料理可以輪替有玉子燒～我們這次住6晚下來，唯獨是每天都只有美式滑蛋，會有點小膩！ 2、有一天的房務人員沒有收到廁所的垃圾，我們知道販店在實施環保政策，但收垃圾是飯店制定每天的例行清潔，不在環保政策內！希望之後能更多注意！

Perfect stay in Kanazawa

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Kudos to them for that. The room was good and had a separate toilet and bath area which can be useful at times. The location is close to the station. And also kept our luggage with them even after checking out while we were out on a day trip. They also had a welcome drink which was a nice gesture. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again.

Another FABULOUS stay!!!

My husband and I have stayed at this property many times and it's our favorite Kanazawa hotel! This time, we took a group of 22 people there and again, the hotel did not disappoint! Special thank you to front desk gal, Suzuki-san for her kind assistance to send 10 takkyubin boxes to the airport and 10 luggage to our next destination! She was very pro-active and prepare the takkyubin slips in advance so when we were ready, the process was quick and easy! Just off the lobby, there is also a large area with tables and chairs so group members could gather and enjoy drinks and snacks purchased from the convenience store. This is the same room used for breakfast so the room is made available at times when the restaurant is closed. The welcome drink of sake, wine or non-alcoholic beverage is always a nice touch! Mahalo again for a great stay!

Great central location for a clean, comfortable, modern hotel -- with super helpful staff!

Amazing front desk staff that sat and helped me for literally an hour trying to figure out all the options to get to Shirakawago and Takayama (buses were sold out!). Ended up getting us a great taxi with lovely guide. Genuinely just so helpful and kind. We never made it to the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Comfortable, good, modern rooms. Good location for making the circuit and walking to important spots.

Was great - for a modern hotel (not a lot of character, but very comfy).

金沢で一番満足しました。

朝食、ベッド、ソファ、浴室、トイレ、洗面、ロビー。価格以上に満足できました。妻がとにかく喜んでいたので嬉しかった。また利用させていただきます。

Exceeded all our expectations.

Unbeatable value for money. Room with super comfortable bed, clean and with all services. Very nice staff. Furthermore the location is great: you can walk to many of the main points of interest in the city and it's less than 15 minutes walk from the train station. The area is full of delicious and cheap restaurants. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit the city and is looking for a comfortable place, good quality but without blowing up their budget.
