Wow el lugar está increíble, todo el staff te recibe con una sonrisa, todos súper amables. |La comida está muy rica y los cócteles ni se diga. Te puedes meter al mar, la playa está muy limpia.| Lo recomiendo muchísimo, tanto como para hospedarte o ir a pasar el día al beach club.

Es un excelente hotel, el servicio esta increíble, la recepción fue super atenta en todo momento, y el restaurante es muy eficiente, rica comida y buenos precios, definitivamente volvería a este lugar mil veces, lo recomiendo muchísimo si quieres unas vacaciones en las cuales quieres desconectarte.

Everything! The place is a paradise. The staff is super lovely and is giving information with pleasure. Fran explained me with a great expertise what to do on the island, how to drive around, etc.

El hotel es bonito , el desayuno estaba rico .y había un camarero muy simpático
Habíamos reservado habitación con vistas al mar y daba a el bar del hotel que es el beach club con música muy alta , parece una discoteca desde las 08h de la mañana hasta las 01h de la madrugada . Era imposible dormir o estar tranquilo. El día que llegamos había fiesta de regueton hasta las 01h . En la mesilla de noche te dejan unls tapones para los oídos. En recepción nos dijeron que era todos los días así. Nos dieron la opción de cambiar de habitación a una peor y encima tenía al lado otro restaurante con música igual de alta. Finalmente decidimos irnos del hotel después de la primera noche y perder el dinero de la reserva. Experiencia para NO REPETIR NUNCA . Deberían avisar antes que es ese tipo de hotel y así decidir si quieres ese tipo de estancia .

La struttura è all’interno di una mini giungla ed è molto suggestivo l’affaccio degli appartamenti. La spiaggia è carina e molto pulita.
Nelle stanze le finestre non si chiudono, abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza 2 volte (una volta la vasca era rotta in un altra c erano i capelli nella vasca e la guarnizione della porta rotta e quindi gli insetti potevano entrare), i saponi sono messi in grandi boccie di vetro liscio non fissate al muro e poggiati su una mensola obliqua. Durante la doccia ne ho fatto cadere uno e hanno provato a farmelo pagare nonostante i problemi di cui sopra. La colazione ed il cibo in generale sono di qualità variabile in base alle giornate (potreste essere fortunati), il toast è rigorosamente freddo e del giorno prima, il te non sempre c’è, il latte un giorno è fresco ed un altro è quello a lunga conservazione. Infine, se paghi la colazione, ti forniscono un braccialetto di corda verde bruttissimo che a fine vacanze devi pure restituire dopo averci sudato così che lo possano utilizzare i nuovi arrivati.

La decoración del Beach Club sobre la arena es muy bonita. La vegetación alrededor de los cuartos está muy linda. Pero muchos cuartos quedan enfrente del edificio principal, cruzando la calle.
El servicio en el Beach Club es muy básico, poco personal, no hay muy buena onda en general, no tenían casi nada del menú, platos poco abundantes. Comimos por el mismo precio en mejores lugares. Mucho cuidado con los mosquitos. Las habitaciones quedan en otro lugar, cruzando la calle y luego estas lejos para ir a buscar agua a la cocina general. Mucha humedad en las habitaciones. Habitaciones privadas caras, sin Buenos servicios, no tienen frigobar, no tienen cafetera, hay que pedirla y ellos ven si tienen alguna disponible.

El lugar muy bonito, muy buena decoracion, la atencion del personal excelente, especialmente la de Francisca (CL)!, en general un muy buen lugar para estar, la playa muy buena aunque si podrian limpiarla un poco la orilla y alrededores.
Me asusto al principio el tema de la musica hasta tarde, habia leido comentarios anteriores al respecto y ya venia mentalizado, al final no fue tan grave, pero si se pudiera mejorar eso seria un lugar excelente, otra cosa que se podria mejorar es el tema de bajar y subir maletas por las largas escaleras.

La chambre jungle tellement humide que le sol était mouillé, les vêtements propres linge de toilette propres humides, miroirs avec buée, l'odeur de moisi, asthmatique c'est pas possible au bout de 2 jours nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, non seulement on nous a changé en surclassement mais on nous a offert les petits déjeuner en dédommagement.
La plage c'est de la vase pas du sable, il faut aller dans le nord pour avoir du sable.

Even before arriving, there was a misunderstanding with the payment. The hotel changed from Nomads to Mayan Monkey and they wanted me to pay again for my reservation, although I had already paid via booking. It was sorted out at the end through booking.
One of the rooms they gave us wasn’t the room showed online while booking. Instead of a third bed, we got a sofa bed, which is definitely not the same.
It was incredibly LOUD, during the day and at night you could hear the music in the rooms. It was specially loud at night and even with ear plugs was hard to sleep. Luckily, on the weekend the music stopped at 1am.
They didn’t make us aware that half the hotel was under renovation. Therefore, the construction sounds during the day were very loud and annoying.
We paid a higher price for a room facing the ocean but you actually can’t see much of the ocean, which isn’t a big issues but those rooms are the ones closest to the restaurant, making them very noisy.
The staff was very nice and friendly but their service wasn’t efficient. The restaurant was slow and brought food at different times.
One of the bathrooms had a leak and the shower smelled a little like pee, I guess those two were connected.

CATASTROPHIQUE, les chambres étaient très très très sales, nous avons dû changer plusieurs fois de changer pour en trouver une convenable…. Celle ci n’était pas forcément très propre et elle donnait sur le beach club (très bruyant jusque tard) + les travaux

C’est un party hôtel mais ça n’était pas clair dans la description. On est arrivé à 20h après 14h de voyage avec comme idée de se reposer, sauf sue l’hôtel avait prévu une salsa night avec des énormes basses jusqu’à 1h du matin.

Situato a 20 min dalla fermata del ferry che collega l’isola a Cancùn, la struttura ha cambiato gestione da poco, è davvero molto bella e curata, propone diverse attività gratuite giornaliere, un buon ristorante e bar (anche se i prezzi sono un po’ più alti rispetto gli altri posti dell’isola). Buona anche la pulizia, personale quasi tutto cordiale e gentile. Acqua fresca disponibile gratuitamente. Lo consiglio.
Attenzione alle zanzare!! Consiglio un repellente per insetti.

Urige Anlage, umgeben von Palmen. Am Strand kann man gut relaxen.
Wir hatten zwei unterschiedliche Zimmer aufgrund Problemen mit dem Türschloss. Von dem Zimmer mit Meerblick waren wir hellauf begeistert. Das Zimmer mit Gartenblick roch leider etwas modrig. Alles war aber gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick liegen über der Strandbar, man hört gedämpfte Musik bis ca. Mitternacht, allerdings keine ohrenbetäubende Lautstärke. Hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört.
Die Mischung aus Hotel und Hostel geht leider nicht auf. Das Restaurant hat nichts mit einem Hostel zutun, alles sehr überteuert. Anderswo aber auch keine Möglichkeit neue Leute kennen zu lernen. Leider konnte man keine Fahrräder leihen obwohl einige in dem Abstellraum waren (man hat uns gesagt die wären alle kaputt…!).
Bis auf die zwei gegenüberliegenden Restaurants (alle vergleichbar nobel und teuer wie die Strandbar) keine weiteren Restaurants/ Bars in der Nähe. Man braucht für alles ein Taxi.

The ocean view
There are zero amenities onsite that are listed on the website. There are no golf carts, no peddle bikes and no bottled water available to purchase, not even at the bar. The sheets and towel were not provided until after midnight and it was like pulling teeth to get them. They were too damp to even utilize comfortably. The water from all faucets is salt water. Many of lockers were broken and unusable so some bunks didn’t have a secure place for your items. The main kitchen was gross.
