View beach was great
There was no internet for all 3 days, very frustrating. No option to pay via credit card only cash. Staff not that helpful.

What breakfast, they didn’t even give us bottle water, shampoo or soap. Awful
Not having to walk up three flights of stairs, a better view, water

Loved the location and the room size! There was drinking water refills right outside the room which was clutch.
The shower was just a drizzle of water and it was difficult to regulate the temperature.

The location was great
There was no breakfast provided.
And the hotel lost power while we were there

The location, beach and pool are wonderful. Our room was large, and the A/C was nice and cold. The property is nice, doesn't have any 'extras' but we didn't need much because we ate out.

The view was amazing
There was confusion when we arrived. We had reserved the King suite with the tub and ocean front view balcony, yet they gave us a lesser room with 2 beds and no ocean front view. Please note management corrected it promptly which made everything great.

great location; beautiful beach.
The shower pressure was weak. Would have been nice if hotel had restaurant or cafe.

We had great views of the ocean from our room. Clean and plenty of towels. Good maid service. Bartender helpful and friendly.
No elevator. Some maintenance and remodeling of the room is needed.

Secluded yet close to the main beach. Gorgeous ocean breeze in the lobby and views from the pool/beach. Plenty of pool seating. Comfortable rooms with everything we needed! Location is prime, near many great restaurants, Playa Norte, etc. We did a massage at the hotel next door and enjoyed their pool and poolside bar for the day! It was great to have a fridge to have beers and snacks to access at our pool.
Everything was great. Next time I would book a room on the second floor or above for the balcony.

great location close to everything, and a nice pool area!
some of the people working there (in the reception) were not very service minded at all! they were never in the reception, allways in a room behind, and we always had to wait a long time for them even if they knew we where there.

Location and pool area in front of the beach
The final price!! They charged a final price $4,030 usd +21% vs the final price $3,330 usd that was on my booking reservation at the check in! They charge you a commission fee (probably they pass the booking fees to the customers)!! it is clearly that they CHEAT ON YOU!!!

Sunrises viewed from an assortment of comfortable furniture on the main pool deck. Brewed coffee ready very early in the morning. Quiet location, off the beaten path, but near enough to walk out for a snack or walkabout. Free Wi-Fi. Large room, ceiling fan, extra pillows. Easy walk from the Ferry port (if you're a walker), but I'd take a taxi the first time you visit.
The shower head in our suite was really messed up (#34). We should have said something and it likely would have been fixed immediately - our bad. We would not have minded if there were environmentally friendly options like the option of reusing your bathroom towels, bidets on the toilets.

The room was very neat and comfortable. The whole resort was quiet and relaxing. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the manager and the bar attendant. The view from the pool area was amazing!

beautiful view, perfect location, comfortable bed
apparently they allow kids now. there were uncontrolled little kids everywhere. at one point, 2 boys, 8 and maybe 10, had lighters and firecrackers by the beach. it was crazy! I wish they would go back to 15 and up. it’s disappointing

The breakfast is little to nothing
Tried to check in but was told to come back at 3:00pm. Waited by the pool and checked back at 2:00 and was told all rooms were taken but 1, we had the reservation for 4 months. They are always rude here but this was the worst. The air conditioning in our room was broken and the manager did not reply nor did they compensate us. We have stayed here many times and dealt with their poor service. Our neighbors air was blowing full blast!
