Friendly staff, great location, beautiful beaches!
Nothing to say on this, everything was good.
4.3
La amabilidad del personal desde el check in en adelante.
Todo el hotel.
La atención del personal.
La variedad de comidas y bebidas
Nada.
Todo impecable

The beach was amazing, so clean and very accessible! The beach bar had great service the ceviche was my favorite. Very fresh! The service was always great, loved the staff at the resort. The beach cabanas were easy to rent and reasonable price.
Our first room wasn't the best, there was a lingering smell so we asked to be moved. Once we were moved to a new room it was all good. The cleaning service improved during the stay but at first lacked.
4.3
It is well maintained, but it is closer to a 3+ star rather than 5 star hotel. It is 3 star on the standing of amenities, how front line interact with hosts and quality of garments like towels and linings
They proposed an upgrade for a sea view room … when in the best case, the view from outside the balcony was mixed, town and sea; and the view from the window was a wall

Everything from the staff, to the location, to the food, & room was beyond my expectation.
Cart service to and from the ferry would have been nice.
4.3
all of the staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful.
I had read some reviews elsewhere about erroneous room charges and an evil ATM machine in the lobby that charged exorbitant fees. I had them print a report of our room charges the night before check out and there were no charges that we hadn’t made. We only used ATMs at banks and once you convert pesos to dollars, the fees were pretty standard.
We would stay here again. the rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are really nice.
There were plenty of chairs/recliners at the pool. At the beach, as we are not early risers, we usually couldn’t get a palapa at the beach as they were all taken/had towels on to reserve by the time we wandered over. Not a big deal. if you go around the corner on the beach, there are quite a few beach “clubs” and you can get a set of chairs for about 200 pesos and it includes chair side waiter service. The water is calmer on that side, too.

room
there beach and location ok will never go back better beachs on the island and way cheaper rooms

From advantages I would say about completely adult guests. also there is a good service with holiday celebrations.
not very wide selection with food. better to come in one of Isla Mujeres restaurants. it would be more fresh.
Also bothers the location of hotel. Not really interesting to have cement art next to your vacation place.
4.3
location to the beach
rooms could use some upgrades, bed pillows were awful also. overall a well cared for property
4.3
Wait staff both in the restaurants and at the pool were excellent. The resort was very clean and inviting. Food at the restaurants was amazing, especially at the Rodizio (our favorite meal of the trip).
While the rooms were very clean, air conditioning was mediocre at best and resulted in some moderate humidity. The bed was comfortable, but they used what we assumed to be plastic mattress cover which made sleeping somewhat difficult.
4.3
great food, great location, very comfortable
first room was a bit too noisy for us due to nearby establishments, but the staff helped move us to a better room without any problems
4.3
We had a view of the pool. We were on the first floor so we could see a little bit of the ocean. I liked that you could access the patio from the room as well as the living room and the size was good
There could have been nicer sheets and they don’t have to have a plastic under sheet (it IS an adults only after all). It made for uncomfortable sleeps. We stayed at a cheap days inn when we got back to our destination that had nicer sheets than this hotel. For this price - that could be upgraded. Also there could be a tea towel in the kitchen
4.3
pools/ restaurants/ beach club and service were great
booked a superior room and got room 214- dark and overlooking carpark and cemetery (also Stingray bars belts out the music nearby till early hours so not going to be a good nights sleep for sure) we went straight back to reception and asked to change rooms - told it was totally full unless we upgraded 300 dollars more for 2 nights - eventually got this discounted by 25%. The room we had 354 was really good- Amazing views for sunset and very large but total price for 2 nights on Bed and breakfast rate was around 1100 USD - This was our 5th hotel in 2 weeks travelling around Mexico and most disappointing versus value. Hotel was full of North Americans who were very happy and return visitors but anyone getting room 214!will be very disappointed

The location is excellent! We rented the beach cabana. It was perfect.
The roomed smelled a bit musky. The bathroom was large and spacious but the room was small. We loved the hot tub on the balcony but we had a view of cemetery because we did not upgrade to ocean view.
4.3
We had a wonderful all inclusive stay at this hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is just a 5-7 minutes walk from the ferry so very convenient. We upgraded our room to an ocean view. The rooms are good and comfortable. The jacuzzi in the balcony was great. The private beach with beach club was great as well. Clean bathroom and showers at the beach for hotel guests were a plus. The food was nice and everywhere you are (at the swimming pool or beach) you can order food and drinks. It was a nice and luxurious stay!

the facility
nothing really
4.3
clean and quiet
4.3
breakfast was nice the rooms were big
it wasn’t directly on the beach, the service was bad and most of the hotel team wasn’t nice. manger was aggressive. they had work done on the pool not only we couldn’t use the pool it’s started early and interrupted us to sleep.
4.3
was well maintained
not so much the property as the drinks just weren’t good. felt like they were watered down. Would think that they could get a frozen margarita machine as well.
4.3
excellent location, next to pristine white sand beach.
exceptionally good kitchen, first class food presented as “fine dining” in four restaurants.
all-inclusive.
plenty of sun beds at pools and beach
good poolside bar service
live entertainment mid evening
those wanting late night entertainment or bar service would be disappointed. Beach bar and outside terrace bar closed at 11pm

Location was great, staff at bars and restaurant was amazing. Beach was lovely.
Reception was the worst except for Jose. Ophelia the manager was rude, no customer service skills or hospitality. They made you feel like you were bothering them. Sabor restaurant had the same lunch and dinner menu the 5 nights we were there. We couldn't get reservations to the other two restaurants.
4.3
Excellent value for money, with a beach to die for! Room 625 was enormous, with great sea view. Balcony huge too.
Cannot think of a single criticism. Ten out of ten.
