Exceptional host, great value for money/families
The host is exceptional. She offered us to check in earlier and check out later with no additional price. She also left toys for the kid. The location is quite convenient (the busy stop 425 from/to airport stops right in front of the building, and it’s a walking distance to Finikoudes and Kastella, though it might be hot to walk in summers). The apartment has basic renovation, but is spacious, has all necessary amenities. It’s great value for money especially for families.
Nothing.

convenient for one-night stay for a family, value meets the price
it's ok for one night for non-demanding travellers, apartment is located in the outskirt of larnaca, location is ok in terms of getting to places, but it is not nice to walk around - it is residential area and not the best one. the building and apartment looked pretty old but clean. kitchen is suitable for cooking. i would say the value meets the price here.
no air-conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans produced some noise that was difficult for us to sleep with out of the habit. we had trouble finding the building as google misguided us, it would help to change the point on maps or make better instructions

Exceptional
The two bedroom apartment met our needs perfectly! We traveled with a baby and there was a baby playpen/cot and toys. We loved the quick walk to the playground and the seaside walkway which led to coffee shops, restaurants and a seaside castle that we toured.

Flight at 5am? This is your place!
It was super clean and a good one night stay to be off for LCA airport. Probably there are better alternatives when it comes to location, but this place has everything you need. Nice bedrooms and everything you need for your stay.
Nothing really.
