It's a house of levels. One wing a huge primary, which is nice for privacy. The other wing has three levels of bedrooms and bathrooms. A third wing has another bedroom and bathroom, laundry room, counter/chairs. Very private.
On either side of the house in the basement are sitting areas/family rooms.
The only reason I didn't give it a five star is that there is a step up to the kitchen, which caught me off guard a couple of occasions.
If you are looking for many bedrooms with several having their own bathrooms, this is for you.

This is a great space for a large group, but it is easy to get lost in it due to all the possible stairways and rooms! Very nicely furnished with comfy beds. We really enjoyed the layout and the floor plan. It let us spread out when we wanted or gather when we wanted. Host was very responsive to our inquiries.
Neighborhood seems very nice, but we did hear gunshots one night. The walk to a great co-op grocery store was only about 7 blocks and they had a very nice selection.
If you want wash cloths you have to ask as only towels are supplied, but the host was very responsive to this request. We never did find the hot tub (but we also didn't ask).

Our whole group frequently commented on how lucky we were to have this rental. It easily fit our three intergenerational families. The kids enjoyed the lower level and the adults spread out on the top two levels. The kitchen was outfitted with all that we needed. We also loved the ease of walking to the local grocery store and LOVED the local bakery Black Walnut. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back again!

This house was great! We had 10 adults and could have easily fit more comfortably. The layout is a little odd but works well for a large group or multiple families. There are three different wings with bedrooms and one large living, dining, and kitchen area that was a great gathering spot for our group. The location is perfect, downtown is walkable and Uber rides to wherever we wanted to go were inexpensive. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to any large group or multi family trip to Minneapolis!

This place is amazing for a friend get-together. I had folks in town from all over the country and beyond and everyone had a place to sleep! The layout of the house is really fun, too. Location was great for getting food delivered, walking to restaurants, etc. I'd love to come back!

We had a group of 12 friends gather here for a weekend together and we were very impressed with the property. It was large, clean, and well located for easy access to downtown. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and enough beds, couches, and futons for everyone to have a place to sleep. The host was communicative and quick to reply, and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. Great experience overall and I definitely recommend it if you have a larger group!

This location is real nice being between Uptown and Downtown Minneapolis. There is more space than you’ll need and is a real fun place to hang. Getting in was easy and the two driveway parking spots were handy.

This house was perfect to host a three night birthday party for 14 adults from around the country. We could take advantage of the city and lakes as well as just stay in and play party games.

Ants were on counter and on floor of main living space. Towels lacking and bath mats not there. No TV signal for main TV, which is oddly in the basement corner. Customer Service was okay, but lots of particular requirements without amenities you’d expect for a family house.

This vacation rental experience turned into a living nightmare. The rental itself was well located, clean, and well appointed. It was the transaction that turned a good experience bad. Within 30 minutes of our checkout, I received an email notification from the property manager that she had found extensive damage to the exterior of the property, which she claimed we had covered up with the trash cans. She indicated that she would file a claim against our accidental damage insurance policy and we would not have any negative repercussions because of our coverage. Minutes later I received notice from the third-party insurance company of the claim, citing a large and unsubstantiated amount in damages. This was completely fabricated. Within a 30-minute period she messaged me, indicating that they pulled camera footage and would be removing the claim from our account since it was determined that it was not related to our party. I learned later that it took over a week for her to do that. In the meantime, our security deposit was frozen, pending investigation. For the next 27 days I spent over 12 hours on the phone and chat with VRBO to make the case for the release of our sizeable security deposit. I was told to wait over and over, given no contact options other than the online help desk who simply reiterated script answers that directed me to wait even longer. First, the disclosed 14-day wait period for security deposit release. Then, 5-7 days for “bank processing”, then an additional 6 days for who knows what? The property owner pointed to VRBO, and VRBO pointed to the property owner. In the end, after nearly a month of persistence, my funds were released. Anyone who considers this property (or VRBO, for that matter) should think long and hard. I will never do business with VRBO again.

The location of the house was convenient for freeway access, it was close to downtown and was perfect for our group. The host was very responsive and helped out where needed. The place was nice, but, clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home.

The house was great and roomier enough for everyone. The large amount of bathrooms helps with large groups so definitely a plus. Didn't spend a lot of time in the place but all of the amenities that were used worked well. Locations was great. Short drive to the lake and walkable to downtown spots as well. No yard, but we played bags on the sidewalk out and didn't didn't have to move for anyone walking through. Did have to pay for damage insurance and out down a damage deposit which I am working through resolution of some issues with that, but overall the place was very nice and was in a phenomenal location.

The house is in a great location and has plenty of space/rooms of a larger group. The photos are extremely accurate and it’s nice to know exactly what you’re going to get. There’s no TV on the main floor but there is an additional living room in the basement. I’d definitely recommend the property.

The house was lovely, with plenty of space for the family to gather together while having plenty for everyone to have their own bedroom. Our family consists of 10 people and we enjoy cooking a meal together so the spacious kitchen, complete with the full freezer, large fridge and gas stove were big pluses. Conveniently located.

We booked the house since it was close to the US Bank Stadium. The house was very clean. You can tell the host takes very good care of the home. The layout was fun and was an adventure to find all the rooms! I highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back.

We had to change our plans from Aug 2020 to Aug 2021 due to the pandemic and the management was just great about it! The house is perfect for a large family gathering with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The location can’t be beat, so close to restaurants, attractions and shopping! The house is well maintained and when we needed more towels Alana was right on it. She is an attentive manager and delivers whatever you might need in a timely manner! Great place to stay while enjoying this wonderful city!

The house offered the perfect homebase to explore the Cities. It was also great for allowing us to spend time together but also enabled us to have our own private places when we needed that.

This property/host is fantastic—you will not regret staying here. Alana was incredibly accommodating when we rescheduled due to pandemic concerns. I never waited more than 30 minutes for a response from her at any point. The kitchen and bathrooms are probably what I’ll miss the most about this space!
The size and beauty of the property made our co bachelorette/bachelor weekend a roaring success. Thank you so much Alana!

I hosted my sister’s bachelorette weekend here and it was the perfect house! Plenty of space for hanging out, lots of fridge/freezer space, and plenty of bathrooms and mirrors for getting ready. It was also super close to all the restaurants we wanted to go to. 100% recommend staying here!

We needed a place to sleep as we were visiting local family for a few days. What a great alternative to a hotel... plenty of room, linens provided and laundered for you, all the comforts of home! This is a beautifully appointed house that groups will enjoy!

My daughter lives in Minneapolis. Since the pandemic we had not seen each other for close to 2 years. Brought the grandkids and her sister, along with husbands. The 8 of us were very comfortable in the house. Alana was available and response to questions. Great time.

This house was so cute and convenient close to everything! I loved the modern style, openness with a lot of natural light coming in! With 4 bathrooms, we had plenty of places to get ready. I would highly recommend this house. It was definitely a fun house to stay in with friends! The host is very responsive to all my questions.

The place was clean with lots of space for people to find a quiet place or hang in groups. Alana was prompt if we had questions and the location was close to lots of things to do. I would recommend this place for others. Parking was nice for 3-4 cars.
