Missed our dinner reservations. Facilities were nice, service to get to the room was poor.

Hotel facilities were nice. Valet parking was available.

There was only one valet parking attendant working during a very busy with multiple events going on. Cars were backed up down the street. The valet attendant working was very friendly, professional and apologetic. Not his fault the were under staffed. Check in time was 4pm and the room was not ready. We had to wait an hour before getting into our room at 5pm. Many customers were waiting in the lobby for their rooms.

hotel looked good but there definitely are some things i’d improve for the amount that i had to pay.

the property was nice and welcoming

i requested early check in but had to call multiple times and still was told i would get a call and never did. i don’t think the room was worth $350 a night at all, yes it was nice but definitely not worth that much. The hotel was a little hard to find and understand how to get in the main entrance. there was also no easy directions on how breakfast worked and the hours so i wasted money on that. one of the door handles was also completely broke.

Excellent location, comfortable room and friendly staff

Front Desk staff was friendly, the valet parking guys were great, beds comfy, well stocked bathroom - large bath towels. Food at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Location for the Arnold was perfect.

Elevator system is a bit weird. And I'm not a fan of the Nespresso-type machines. I prefer a straight up coffee machine.

Comfortable and a good location.

Close to convention center and eateries. Very clean and modern. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

For the price paid, a small continental breakfast would be a plus and helpful for travelers.

Loved that it was quiet and my room was clean

The hallways were dingy and there was garbage of the floor that stayed there the entire time I was there (>1 week). Seems like maybe you’re understaffed in the cleaning department. No room service.

Comfortable stay in downtown Columbus

Room was very comfortable and well planned out. Pocket doors and a large shower were nice.

Parking was away from the hotel. Not a deal breaker but not convenient.

it was gorgeous!! I loved the champagne greeting… the rooms are gorgeous, the staff was friendly. it was hands down the nicest hotel I’ve ever been to!

I loved everything about this hotel! From the welcoming screen with my name on it on the tv when I first entered my room to the staff and valets asking if I needed anything every time I came in and out the building! I would be visiting again and booking with the same hotel!

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the hotel..I loved it!

it was in a great location and was a very clean hotel. the beds were also very comfortable

it was extremely hot in the room. front desk told my husband a breaker broke and the air quit working. we didn’t sleep well

It was a good experience, good location, but openly for this kind of money daily service, restocking

Service for breakfast was great!!!!! Waitress was really good. General hospitality and small things like delivering a drink on Friday was a pleasant surprise.

We were not informed about the cleaning and turn down service at the time of checking in and when asking for some one to come up the response was less than optimal including an unwillingness to change the glasses or make up the beds. this was disappointing to say the least.

the actual property was phenomenal, room lobby etc

parking was a hassle no convenience for guests at all, paying for parking is a hassle as well, there was hair left in the shower walls and drain. stain on the carpet stains on sheets.

fine, affordable, midrange hotel.

Great location, good drinks/food at the bar, nice shower and professional hairdryer.

There were some cleaning issues in our room-coffee stain on carpet and down the side of the bed, whiskers embedded in one of the wash cloths, and the curtain was visibly dirty. Also there is an odd herbal smell in the hallways that I didnt care for.
