The perfect stay in stunning Annecy.

We couldn’t fault our stay. Centrally located in a picturesque part of the Old Town. Spacious apartment with everything we needed including really comfortable bedding!

Enjoyable stay with its central location and great views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Great washer machine.

We stayed in winter, heating was great. Xmas markets were only 20 meters away. We enjoyed the central location of this apartment in the old town with its historic building with modern fittings. Gorgeous view of the Thiou River and Palais de l'Île. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was handy during our stay. Only one level of stairs to walk up to the room. Check in and checkout was easy.

Stay was fabulous in Annecy.

Location and view from the apartment was fabulous. Main areas were very spacious. It most amazing was the wonderful hot shower with great pressure - particularly welcome after long day outside in cold and rain.

Bathroom was little small when having to navigate door opening inward - not too big a deal. Shower overcame that!

Adorable and amazing location but very hot in the summer.

The apartment was adorable, right in the middle of town and on the canal, with a wonderful view of the old prison, and a beautiful bridge. There I was a lot of activity in town when we stayed, so if you like to be right in the middle of the action, it is literally right outside of your door. there is a little washer/dryer, which was nice, and the kitchen had all of the basics.

Latifa, who let us in and checked us out, was helpful but came off as a little bit abrupt at times. For example, we had not realized there was no AC when we rented it and it was pretty sweltering. The windows are all on one wall so there is no cross-circulation. My husband texted to just confirm that there was no AC (in case we had missed a central air thermostat, or something). She simply wrote back that there is indeed no AC and told him to “just wake up.” I took it to mean that we could leave the apartment to cool down during the day, but it was a little odd as a response.

We loved the position but as it was hot and humid, the fans were not enough in the apartment

No breakfast but local boulangerie , was great

The apartment was not very clean, we cleaned the dishes and glasses before we used them. The floors were dirty.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Perfect base for exploring the old town and afternoon siestas. There have been some comments about the access/stairwell but, for us, this just added to the charm and feel of living amongst the history of Annecy.

Best view over the canal!

The location is just amazing, you are literally in the spot which all the tourists want to photograph:) it’s a great spot to find restaurants for dinner or breakfast. Also there is a market on certain days so you can grab a few local produce and then have a great breakfast at “your” place with a view over canal! The flat has nice design, with exposed brick, lovely furniture. Kitchen is very well equipped, you will probably find everything you need there. Until a certain point in the evening it may be a bit loud but then all the restaurants close and people go home:) You need to bear in mind it’s super central with a pedestrian only zone around so you need to park a little further away a and then carry your suitcases.

The flat could have been cleaner. We were with two small kids who obviously managed to get into every corner and open every drawer. Because of them we discovered that cleaning was a bit superficial (so limited to more visible areas but with - for example - floors under the bed omitted. The communication at checkin was very good but less so during the stay and at the checkout. We had some issues and tried to reach the contact person but there was a problem with the phone number which didn’t work. Also they were super nice to let us extend checkout by one hour but then nobody really shows up to pick up the keys so we were not sure if all is OK and we left the keys in an unlocked apartment which was a bit stressful. Finally, the flat is on a more expensive side (which I understand because it is very nice and located in an amazing spot in Annecy) but with that price I really don’t want to be washing the dishes before I leave or removing the sheets etc, I think al that should be covered by the price…

Fantastic location in Annecy

Wonderful location Spacious Easy access Good communication prior to arrival & during our stay

A few things were missing from the apartment: There was nowhere to hang clothes (coat hangers needed). No bedside tables in main bedroom. A few hooks for towels in bathroom would be useful.

Modern apartment in old style building right in the center of town.

Location was excellent, centre of town and not too much noise. Interior was modern and functional. Paid parking close by.

WiFi code should be provided. Had to send several requests. Fan one in bedroom not working, no airco. No facilIty to hang clothes.

One of the most charming places I have ever stayed — with a dynamite view!

What an ideal location - right on the river in the heart of old Annecy with an awesome view of the chateau and prison. The apartment was full of charm and character. It had a large living room and well equipped kitchen. The shower was excellent. We did not get to meet the owner or manager, but we exchanged several emails and she was very friendly and responsive. I adored this place!

A perfect place to stay in ah-mazing Annecy. :)

Everything was just amazing! We stayed one week in this apartment and enjoyed every second of our stay. The location was perfect - very central, close to the railway station and to the lake. The old town, incl. the farmers market (Tue, Fri, Sun) just around the corner, Monoprix supermarket also very close, not to mention all the restaurants, cafés and shops. The apartment is clean and spacious and equipped with everything you need, incl. washing machine which is really useful in case of a longer stay. The hosts were very helpful and forthcoming. Beautiful view to the canal.

There is really nothing to say here except perhaps that in summer time when it's hot outside and all the windows are open, you have to consider with the noise coming from the restaurants situated right below the apartment at the canal.
