Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen

Die Lage war gut - mitten in Annecy.

Gastgeber hat nicht reagiert bei Anzeige des verstopften Abflusses beim Waschbecken und des klemmenden Schlüssels. Angeblich ein Problem bei booking.com - aber wenn ich es im Chat sehe, verlasse ich mich darauf, dass der Gastgeber es auch sieht - zumal es vorher auch Reaktionen gab. Man hatte jedes mal Angst, dass man nicht in die Wohnung kommt. Bei 5 Personen ist es sehr unangenehm, wenn das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht richtig abfließt. Es riecht ständig stark nach Essen von der Gaststätte unten. Der Hausflur ist dreckig und an vielen Tagen Lagerort für die Lieferungen der Gaststätte. In den Schlafzimmern haben wir uns mehrfach den Kopf gestoßen wegen der niedrigen Decken und Balken. Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch. Zudecken mussten wir uns selbst aus den Schränken suchen und beziehen. Die Betten sind quasi Matratzen in Holzverkleidung auf dem Boden. Die Treppe ist gefährlich und es gibt keine Möglichkeiten zum Festhalten. Die Regale im Flur sind unaufgeräumt und die Wände beim Treppenaufgang sind sehr verschmutzt. Alles in allem ist diese Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen.

Localisation parfaite

Localisation parfaite, très proche du parking et en plein cœur de la veille ville Le sauna est un vrai atout

Nous nous attendions à un peu plus de choix de thé, et de petites choses à disposition (papier toilette, sopalin…) pour le prix mais je pense que cela est du aux vols qui arrivent souvent en fin de séjour. Literie peu confortable à mon goût.

Fantastic location. Just wish we could justify staying as a family of 3 another time!

The location! The balcony looking onto the town and the views from the windows. Kitchen facilities excellent.

Boiler seemed temperamental. We were without hot water one morning. The stairs but they were good for us!

Exceptional

Location was terrific! All in walking distance. It was comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen was amazingly equipped with all you can think about. You also have sugar, coffee, tea, spices and more for your convenience. A nice treat was 2 bottles of wine you get from the previous guest. you should leave 2 at your choice for the next guest 😊

It is not a good choice for elderly people. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Loots of stairs, for us it was not a problem. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. We were visiting during December, the apartment could be wormer....

Lovely location, nice clean and modern apartment and close to all main attractions

The location was perfect and it was a very modern apartment. Lovely balcony to sit on and watch the world go by!

There were lots of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Also there is quite a tight spiral staircase to the 2 bedrooms in the eaves. This apartment is definitely not suitable for anyone who has a problem climbing stairs
