About this apartment rental

2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a private balcony overlooking the heated pool and a beautiful view of the beach. You are steps from the beach and about 15 minutes walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach, restaurants, bars and the library. This unit is located at the top of the building on the 4th floor. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, cable tv, a dresser, a large closet and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds as well as a private bathroom, a dresser and closet but it does not have a tv. The living room has a couch, three chairs, cable TV & WIFI. The dining room table seats six and there is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo. Spanish Main Condominiums is located approximately 29 miles from Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and approximately 1.5 hours from the Orlando airport.

Condominium Association Rules:

2 bedroom condos are limited to 4 people, 3 bedroom condos are limited to 6 people. Guests are not allowed to bring pets on Spanish Main Condominiums property.

No trailers, boats or motor homes are permitted on the property. Overflow parking is in the large grassy area in front of the complex.

Please observe all posted rules at the pool. Pool hours are from 9am to dusk.
Noise tends to carry in the pool & courtyard so we ask that you be considerate of other residents. Please do not hang towels, swim suits or clothing on any outdoor railings.

Fire department regulations prohibit the use of charcoal or gas grills on balconies or patios, electric grills are permitted. There is a charcoal grill near the pool area the association does provide as well as an outdoor shower area to rinse off the sand. Please rinse all sand off of everything before going back into to the unit.

You will find this place exactly as described. The view of the ocean from the balcony is superb! You can hear the waves crashing on the shore as you sit and have your morning breakfast. The location just across the bridge to the beach is what we were personally looking for. Being so close to the beach allowed for half days and to come back to the unit to cool off or get more drinks, snacks. The onsite pool is also perfect! You won't be disappointed booking here.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Always a great time! Pool, beach, all units clean, safe and equipped. First trip was to take grandson( 7) to Kennedy Space Center, this summer it to do some bioluminescent kayaking, he’s 9 now. Back to Gator n’Golf and Dinosaur Museum and Store. All nearby.

Perfect stay for late May!! Wonderfully updated equipped spacious 2bedroom 2bath condo on 4th floor! The building itself is not fancy but it absolutely has everything you need. Balcony overseas pool with wonderful views of beach & beach entrance! 8 ft deep pool was in nice shape to swim in. Very capable wash off stations to get sand off from beach. Walking distance to some restaurants- shops and downtown cocoa beach 3/4 mile to the south for that cute area. Atlantic Ave/A1A is busy divided road to walk near but there are sidewalks. Beach was in beautiful shape! So easy & clean to walk on! Will definitely return!

We had a great vacation at this location. The condo was clean and we got to sit out on the balcony that had an ocean view. It was quiet and super easy access to the beach. With a 10 minute walk, we were able to enjoy Coconuts, a beachside restaurant and bar. The owners of the condo are very nice.

The property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice. I really like it here”. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and a gym. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the beautiful view of the ocean from the top floor. The Spanish Main was well maintained and parking was always available. I would recommend this unit to others.

The condo had everything we needed to spend a couple days relaxing on the beach. The ocean is right outside, which is exactly what we wanted. The home was sparkling clean and easy to access with a code. The owners checked in with us and helped right away when needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! It's close to all the attractions, too.

Great location to Kennedy Space Center, beach and Historic Cocoa Beach. Great view from the balcony. Loved the boardwalk to the Ocean. Had a great view of the launch of the satellite. The condo has a great beach atmosphere and was well maintained. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Wished I had booked another day. We didn’t have time for the pool or more beach time. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

The property was exactly what we expected. This is an older property but so close to the beach and the pool was warm enough to swim in even though the week was a bit chilly. Walking distance to some cool restaurants was a plus. The TV wasn't "smart" so we couldn't stream but that's minor. We would stay here again.

Condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. Location was amazing as was the view of the ocean from our balcony. 15 minute walk to many shops and restaurants. Loved the fact that both my husband and I had our own bathroom. We had hoped to see a rocket launch but it was too windy so that was cancelled but it was not the property's fault. Overall we had great stay and would highly recommend!

Property was clean, comfortable and had many extra amenities (shampoo, condiments, beach supplies, etc) that are not typically provided. We enjoyed the close proximity to ocean and great view. Nitpicks were outdoor patio was not cleaned prior to our arrival and had food bits/sand. The HOA put a note on our vehicle stating that, even though we had properly placed the parking pass in the car window, that we hadn’t filled out the dates of our stay and we would be towed if we didn’t fill that out. Overall, a great stay and we would stay here again.

This was a perfect unit for my family of 4 to rent. The pool was a great size and clean. Super close to the beach. Pool and beach toys, chairs,cooler, and towels provided. The beach was not crowded and close to great restaurants. The owners responded to messages and we were able to get into our room a little early. Would definitely recommend.

This is our second time staying in Cocoa Beach at The Spanish Main, but our first time in Fred and Lisa's condo. The unit is sparkling clean, and they have provided everything a family would need for a wonderful stay. The balcony was one of the best features, with the 4th floor view winning us over versus the 1st floor unit we rented last spring. Fred and Lisa are very responsive owners, though we had zero problems during our stay. We will definitely be back to visit in the future!
