Great location

Very convenient location, cosy and cool interior. You will find everything you may need in the apartment. Smooth check-in and check-out.

The apartment was misrepresented stay was disappointing and did not fulfill expectations.

The apartment was close to many historic sights and eateries.

The breakfast was not as described and did not meet the expectations presented by Booking.com. The apartment was not light and pleasant as it appeared to be in the photographs - was quite dim and enclosed due to its location in a dark, narrow alleyway in an extremely old and neglected apartment block. The stairs had broken edges. The toilet seat was not attached and no attempt was made to fix it. The television couldn't be set to appropriate programmes and language during the stay - the host did not assist with this. Insufficient towels for length of stay.

Molto male, parcheggio impossibile, siamo stati costretti a mettere la macchina a pagamento a mezz ora a piedi dall appartamento, doccia con peli e capelli, rumorosissimo: internamente il generale fa tic ogni 2 secondi e si sente anche a porte chiuse da entrambe le camere, esternamente si sente tutto quello che succede in strada, non siamo riusciti a dormire per due notti. Colazione: merendine confezionate ( treccine e plumcake) penso che sarebbe stato meglio prendere qualche biscotto o crostata o ciambella in qualche panificio e lasciarli in appartamento il giorno dell arrivo piuttosto che trovare mille merendine confezionate senza 1 etichetta di ingredienti e scadenze, anche perchè era riportata colazione continentale. Se potete evitate. Ps: la spa menzionata nei servizi non esiste.

Great stay in the very heart of the old city. Superb apartment. Modern inside.

I really liked the apartment. It had everything you might need. Communication with the host was excellent. Even recommended restaurants, apartment in historic old town. Places of interest very near by. In the heart of a very bustling city.

Amazing host and apartament

The best host i ever had. Very helpful and carrying person. He gave us a lot of food for breakfast. He offered early check in without any problems. Before arrival he was contacting us few times to make sure if we don’t need need any additional help. Amazing person! The same I can tell about apartament, spacious, clean, and in very good location in centro storico, and just few steps away from Palermo main railway station. Everything was perfect. Giu thank you for amazing experience and see you soon I hope!

A truly wonderful Italian experience!

Great location, close to good restaurants and shops. The host was wonderful and met us at the property. We liked Palermo best out of all the cities we visited in Italy. The weather is perfect in Sicily, nice and hot during the day and cooler at night. The best wine! The best place for an authentic Italian experience! More people should visit this beautiful place.

The apartment was a bit noisy, I think because of neighbors. It's a city so it was expected to be a bit noisy. We could have learned more italian, if you visit Sicily this is important but the people are wonderful and they make it okay.

the host was very helpful, patient and kind he even picked us up at the train station to get to the apartment faster. The apartment is very clean and new, the stay includes breakfast which is very varied and there is a lot of food coffee and even oranges to make juice.

Perfect place to sightsee

Location is amazing. I believe small guidance on how to get to location would be good. But it might be mw missing orientation skills. The equipment and apartment itself is very nice. Each room has dedicated bathroom which was great for 2 couples.

At first there was unpleasant smell yet I am pretty sure it was caused by unused toilet. That is it . Everything else is amazing.

Good value for money, good comfort and facilities and Giuseppe a very helpful and friendly owner.

The apartment was according to booking descriptions: new, modern, very clean. We really appreciated that the owner helped us with the transfers from/to the airport (faster and for a fair price comparing with other local travel options); he explained us how all the house facilities are working/including the chromotherapy in the bathroom :); a light breakfast was included; we received all the information rapidly and each time we need it.

Extraordinary location! The apartment amenities are just great!

Parking is a challenge, but really not related to the apartment, I think it will be useful for other guests to get a “deal” with a parking outside the center and just walk to the apartment.
