Hôtel qui demande un peu de rénovation extérieure. Mais bien placé et un personnel au Top . Une

Hôtel bien situé mais en rénovation sur l’entrée. Personnel adorable , très à l’écoute . Très disponible . Beaucoup de services ( payants ) nous sont proposés.

Notre chambre était un peu sombre , vue pas top sur la rue . Petit balcon mal entretenu .

Highly recommended

The staff is extremely polite and friendly and the service was perfect. The room was very clean. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from all the major attractions. The hotel offered to reserve a parking place at a nearby private garage, but we got lucky and found a parking spot in the no payment zone in the alley next to the hotel. The hotel also took care of the ZTL permit for the car.

Hotel muy céntrico y agradable

La ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica para ir andando a todas partes de la estupenda Palermo, pero lo bueno es que está en una calle paralela y apartada del intenso ruido de Vía Roma. El desayuno no es buffet y te atienden en la mesa. La habitación, amplia y limpia. El abundante personal, todos muy, muy amables.

Las instalaciones van quedándose anticuadas (pocos enchufes, llave inmensa, armario bajito...) pero la simpatía del personal, especialmente Donatella con su buen castellano, lo suple si la estancia no es larga.

Exceptional

The staff were really friendly and attentive. Service over breakfast was really good and staff were always on hand. It really had the feel of a family run hotel where all staff were invested in making guests feel welcome. Front desk was really helpful and friendly. Location is second to none on a side street in the middle of Palermo. Room was comfortable.

There was not much not to like. Shower was a little small and room key was slightly awkward.

Cozy and super comfy stay in the heart of the old city.

Good location and fantastic staff for a good value. The air-conditioning was strong! Thae bathroom is spacious. Breakfast fantastic! So convenient and every single person friendly and super helpful!!

A bit of work going on at the back alley made a bit of noise but to be expected in a large city.

Centrally located with an excellent breakfast

The breakfast was exceptional. The room was of a good size with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is of a very good size. Location is good as well, just off one of the main streets of Palermo.

There were not enough electricity outlet, especially near the desk.

Very friendly, helpful staff who were completely professional and treated us with the greatest of care. Happy to meet the matriarch, a charming, gracious lady. We, as well, have a fourth generation hotel, built by my great-grandfather in 1877 which made your family hotel extra special. Will most certainly recommend you to our travelling friends. Very slippery shower stall floor for oldsters like us. A rubber shower mat would have been helpful. This is not a complaint, just an observation.

Exceptional

We stayed at Hotel Posta at the end of our time in Sicily, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. We loved its location for its proximity to markets, shops, and restaurants, as well as its convenient proximity to the airport bus. It was the perfect, low-stress way to end our time in Sicily. The staff were lovely and helpful with our check-in and check-out needs and questions, and they put together a wonderful breakfast service. Our room was clean, comfortable, with good storage and a mini fridge, and the rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to spend the evenings. We loved this building and the staff of Hotel Posta!

Lovely family ran business, nice people and great service.

The family we're fantastic, our Italian was pretty much none existent but they helped with any questions we had, breakfast was lovely and offered helped with traveling back to the airport.

The breakfast was consistently good. Excellent coffee! Very kind servers! The front desk staff were knowledgeable and accommodating and friendly, perhaps the best feature of the hotel!

We had some problem with the room heater which Ed was fixed by the front desk person. It improved but more needs to be done!

Location is perfect, close to all important sights. Breakfast is good. Bar is well equipped. Rooftop terrace and its views are a nice bonus. Rooms are, beds offer good sleep. And so nice staff. Even umbrellas.

The shower cabin was too small. Not enough hot water for washing hair .

Palermo Hotel made our Sicily Trip unforgettable

Hotel staff were very very helpful and welcoming. They serve breakfast with a personal touch to it. Their Almond milk was great. When i needed to attend an urgent call with a client early morning when my family was sleeping in our room, they offered another room for me to take the call, which was really commendable.

room looked abit outdated...we had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs.

Lovely hotel and fabulous city.

Our flight was delayed and some of our bags were lost and Hotel Posta was great about communicating with the driver they'd booked for us so he would wait while we were at the lost luggage office. We had a mishap with a leaky bottle in some other luggage and they were able to book a laundry service quickly and efficiently. The staff were friendly and efficient. Their help made our stay in Palermo wonderful.

Excellent reception, an elegant room, generous in size, lovely decor, a nice breakfast. Tea making facilities, decent size towels. Everything was top notch with this hotel. Wifi signal strength good. About a 20-minute walk to the key attractions
