Estar en pleno corazón de Palermo y cuando entras en el hotel trasladarte al siglo pasado. Un placer para los sentidos.

Beautiful historical Italian building with lots of period details. Walk to Everything in Palermo - fantastic location!!! Room and bathroom were both very spacious. The staff was excellent - Matteo was so kind and helpful!

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very good.
The room had a bad smell but they quickly gave us another room that was bigger for the same price. They were very nice and accommodating.

We loved it very much!!!
The stuff at the hotel: the are no words to describe it!
Mr Matteo is definitely the King of the Hotel!

This is by far the best hotel for tourists in Palermo. Perfect location, efficient, friendly staff. Pleasant rooms. Beautiful 1900 palazzo public spaces, especially the beautiful breakfast rooms. Good value for money.
Bathroom a little small, but adequate.

Complimenti.
Magari un pò di più riscaldamento!!!!!

It is placed in the very heart of everything that metters! At the Quattro Canti.
It is an old palace of the town. Palace Tarallo. For a while you can be a baroneasa walking in its large and full of paintings and mirrors rooms!
3.5
The location.
The room was a little dated and dark.
2.5
the location was splendid. breakfast was slightly above average
A one/two star bedroom on a 4 star hotel: a tiny shower stall that I could barely move in, with only overhead shower head, not handheld. No individual toiletries (only the minimum basic gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided, on dispensers stuck to the wall like you see on a public toilet). The bed was on castors and it moved when I sat. The upholstered wardrobe doors had a huge burnt hole. There were no floor rugs and the floor was in stone, and obviously bedroom slippers weren’t provided (nor bathrobe), so had to go barefoot on a cold hard floor.
Far far below from what is expected for a room on a 4 star hotel.

Internet was poor, Iwas unable to even send messages to reception to print out my boarding pass.
They staff seemed puzzled and unable to explain but they did try hard, gave me three separate
hotel emails no try....and none of them worked!

The location is right next to Quattro Canti. The building is a beautiful palace. The breakfast was great.
The staff at reception were not friendly and were frustrated by simple questions. The parking is expensive at 20 euros a day and then for reception to press open the garage door and allow you to leave it costs an extra 5 euros on top of that. It is difficult to get to the parking by car, especially if you have a bigger SUV.

Excellent hotel right in the old town city centre. Very lovely streets just besides the hotel. The hotel is very charming with beautiful interiors. We stayed 3 nights in Presidential Suite which was huge around 160 sq meters, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 attached bathrooms as well as 3rd extra bathroom in the drawing area. It was the biggest room in Palermo with access to huge terrace. We had a lovely stay.

very spacious, classic yet comfortable. very helpful and friendly staff make you felt homely.
