BOOK NOW!! Come stay in this spacious Golf Villa located in beautiful Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Villa is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities and comforts of home. Villa is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa to accomodate any additional guests. Unit has been recently updated with new paint, new mattresses on each bed, new carpet, and new furniture. Master Bath now has a marble walk in shower. One of the many pools on site is located right behind the unit. You an sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home or if you prefer, there are several dining options on the resort. Oceans Bar and Grill, if you prefer more of an upscale dining experience, or for more of a casual atomosphere, the beachfront Bimini Sand Bar is always a good choice. The resort also has a Pizza Hut, Starbucks Coffee and Edgie's Corner Market.

Recreational amenities include a lagoon-style pool, 11 additional pools, and four spa tubs. A shuffleboard court and 11 tennis courts are also on site. There is a fitness center, spa center and of course there is the Executive Par Three Golf Course.

There is definitely something for everyone at this resort! Too many amenities to list! If you find time to leave the resort, you will find Pier Park a short 4 miles away. Pier Park hosts a large outdoor shopping mall and houses multiple restaurants including Jimmy Buffett's Margaritiville. Shipwreck Island Water Park is within walking distance from the resort along with many more attractions!

Villa was laid out perfectly with plenty of space. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, nice kitchen and dining room, and spacious living room. There are 2 balconies with the main balcony off the living room that overlooks the pool and has a view of a pond and golf course. There is a pool and tram spot just outside the villa which is very convenient. This is the first time we stayed in a location that didn't have a ocean/beach view. The plus side to that is it is very quiet and less crowded, but you still have access to Edgewater pools and hot tubs and the tram will drive you to the gate of the beach. Unit is located on the 2nd floor. Plenty of parking space outside the unit. AC worked great and beds were comfortable. I loved the decor and look of the unit, personally not a big fan of the beach theme and colors so this was perfect. Owner responded to all of my questions and was very friendly and helpful! We stayed 8 days and our family had a wonderful trip!

I would highly recommend this place if you don’t need all the excitement from being on the beach your tucked away. Tim, the property manager was awesome. I annoyed him constantly with questions and he was so responsive. The only thing is you’re not on the beach, which didn’t bother me because I don’t have any small children.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit felt very large and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. We loved having the pool right by us but also loved being able to access all other pools and spas on site. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed only for the weekend. Overall, the location was not bad, and the condo was clean. We did not see the ocean so cannot speak about how far it is, but it did not seem to be in walking distance. Also, cannot speak to the resort itself since we did not get to see it or experience. I think the condo is comfortable for a family stay.

My family and I stayed here for our Summer Vacation! When we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again. The villa was very spacious! The resort is very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants and the tram service was great!

Had a fabulous time! Close to several attractions and amazing restaurants. Just a quick ride to the beach by trams provided by the resort. The pools and golf course were great! Thanks Tim for a wonderful vacation experience.

Overall our stay was great! The villa was like a home away from home. Very easy to get around the complex and to the beach. The listing states that there are tennis courts and basketball courts available but you have to pay daily to rent them. The golf course, that’s understandable paying to play their par 3 course.

We had a great stay at the condo. The beds were some of the most comfortable that I’ve ever had at a rental. The place is decorated nice and has great access to a heated pool.

The location is amazing and the main pool is beautiful. There is a heated pool directly behind the condo. When we arrived, there had been a miscommunication and the condo hadn’t been cleaned since the last renters, but fortunately I had laundry detergent and cleaning wipes and was able to get it cleaned up enough until the cleaner arrived the next day. Tim was very apologetic and made it right as quickly as possible. The bedrooms in the condo are great, but the living room area could use some updating and brightening up. Even with these factors, I would definitely stay here again (and likely will!)

The place was nice but we were told that we had to have parking passes for the motorcycles and they would be twenty dollars a piece but we didn’t need them. We left them with security, after we paid the owner for them and now he has two that he doesn’t have to pay for. We contacted them about getting our forty bucks back but no one wants to return our emails about it. There were a few other things but I won’t list them on here because they weren’t a major issue.

I enjoyed our stay.loved the pool being right outside the condo.There is one thing that needed cleaned the air conditioner closet. The floors could be cleaned better. I would stay again.The decor of the condo was unique. Love that it had 3 bathrooms for everyone has their on bath. Thank you for our stay it was very pleasant

My husband, three teens (16 & 13 year old twins) and I along with another family of 3 stayed a week at the Villas at Edgewater. The condo is beautifully decorated and the owner Tim was great about communication regarding any questions that came up. There were a few things that I was disappointed in such as the condo not being as clean as I expected. The floors were not clean, there was trash left under one of the beds from the previous stay. The beds were very uncomfortable and made so much noise. Having the pool right outside of the condo can be a blessing and a curse because there were two separate occasions where people were loud and rowdy during the late nights. (The pool closes at midnight) I called the front desk office and they sent out security within a few mins on the first occasion but it took them 45 mins to arrive the second time. So it was almost 1am and there was a group of highly intoxicated adults that were screaming and laughing right outside of our condo. It was very frustrating. So, aside from this, the condo is very large, spacious and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a tram service that offers to drop off any guests right in front of the beach too. We enjoyed our week stay at Villas at Edgewater.

We loved this property. It is very spacious and the shower in the master bath is amazing! The location of this villa is perfect as it overlooks one of the pools. The trams were always available to take us to the beach and were at our villa within minutes of us calling. This is definitely somewhere we would want to stay again.

The unit was very clean and plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Everything was supplied and loved our view from the balcony every morning. We used the pool by us daily . Only one small issue was when left villa one evening, were informed unless we had our temporary pass (in car) renewed, would not be able to get back to unit. So had to find main office to have permanent one issued. I felt should have been told our pass would need replaced. We would definitely stay at this unit again, and hopefully will have more family next summer.

Shared the condo with two other couples in town for a jazz festival. The unit was as advertised - clean, great amenities and with a layout that provided everyone privacy. A few glitches with late check-in staff but owner got fixed quickly. Highly recommend.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad but we definitely enjoyed having the golf cart tram rides whenever we didn’t want to walk. The resort has so many amenities which was great. We also loved the decor, Go Braves!

Weather was awful but we were working so it didn't really matter. Villa was nice, clean, and comfortable. Check in was a little rough but once I made it to the correct counter it worked out. Overall a nice stay, I would book it again.

The condo was very clean. We had a few questions and the owner Tim was great with answering all my questions. Its about a 3 minute drive to the beach. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing. There are a few cosmetic things to need to be updated but nothing crazy or nothing that would stop us from staying there again. The bed is squeaky but super comfortable. The pools looked nice we never used them but they looked clean. We couldnt hear any noise outside from the kids playing in the pool. All in all we would stay again everything was great.

We had a wonderful experience. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for our group. It was family friendly with plenty of space for our kids to move around and not worry about breaking anything. Each room having its own bathroom is a real plus! The unit is on the end of a building, and we didn’t have any problems with noise. The tram was very user friendly, but the walk to the beach and other areas of the resort were enjoyable and not too long. The beach was beautiful, and the lagoon pool and splash pad were added bonuses. We hope to be back soon!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We had a great time staying at this location. The amenities of the pools, trams to/from beach and proximity to pier park and several restaurants made this place ideal. Tim responded right away when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in PCB.

We absolutely LOVED this condo. Beds slept great, even though they were noisy. It was the cleanest place I’ve stayed in at the beach and we go every year. Location was great, the trams were awesome and came every time you called and didn’t take long at all. My ONLY complaint is, the master king didn’t have blackout curtains, other than that it’s a 10/10
