We had a great time at the cottage. Perfect place for a short summer getaway with the family. Thank you!

Kitchen was dirty (oven horrible and smoked when we tried to use it), ice cube tray had food on it, towel in drawer filthy), no outlet in bathroom, both bathroom sink faucets come off when you use them, drain in tub doesn’t close so no bath, twin bedroom - only one outlet worked most of the time and no shade on the lamp, you had to have an advanced degree to work the tv (required telephone coaching of owner), and NO cable. After an astounding VRBO trip to Belize, this was a real let down. May never use VRBO again and will spread the word. Sorry.

In town a week, for a wedding; rental is on the outskirts of this adorable oldest-in-MA town. The historic Cape Cod Canal is close (walking distance for those in shape), along with 3 or 4 restaurants...a brewery...ice cream shop. Host Jane, great communication from/with her before, during, and after our rental. Great shower/tub with hot water and good pressure. Enjoyed the cute fairly private outdoor patio. Note: there are RR tracks close by, with a few passing non-regular daytime trains; this halts/slows (heavy summer) traffic in all directions before/during/after they pass. Jane's neighbor's homes are very close; some privacy issues due to decor and both house glass doors lacking curtains. Set AC temp (and window units NOT in stalled, during our stay) couldn't keep up with the lovely summer sunshine we had. Wishing Host Jane all the best as she continues to invest in future endeavors with this home!

My adult daughter and I stayed for a week and enjoyed the location: close enough for friends to easily visit, quiet, comfortable, clean, well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen utensils. We liked eating in and going to nearby restaurants, walking to the town beach every day, cycling on the canal trail, driving to the National Seashore, Provincetown, and Woods Hole for ferries. Would recommend for a simple, well-priced, relaxing holiday.

This house was such an adorable house with everything you could possibly want or need. I love the way it made us feel like we were at home and not staying in somebody's cottage. Jane was super responsive to all of our many questions and we found Sandwich to be just the greatest spot to stay where your far enough away from insane traffic and crowds yet just a drive away if that is what you're into. From Janes great recommendations to her flexibility with checking in, 19 Dexter Ave. gets a ✅ + 🙂 from us!

Just a brilliant, wonderful time at Jane's property! We love the location, walkable to all of Sandwich and to the beach. Nice and quiet in winter, with a great fireplace :-). Super comfortable space, and great wifi for remote working. As an FYI - the mattress on the main bed is a tempurpedic foam mattress, which would be a little warm for us in summer but was very nice in winter. Thank you Jane!!

Our family of four absolutely love Jane's cottage in Sandwich. It was a great location for exploring all the great Cape Cod beaches and towns. The cottage had all we needed and was super comfortable and cozy.

Our second time staying in this location. House is great. Excellent location as you are 5 minutes from the beach, mini-golf, restaurants and the Marina. Location is great as you're not a long drive from Falmouth or Plymouth! Our host is great and very responsive!

This was a cozy home in a lovely neighborhood so close to a few different beaches! We cooked in the kitchen, grilled outdoors, and relaxed on the patio and porch. We were kept cool in the house despite 90+ degree days! We ate at several of the restaurants within walking distance that the host recommended and absolutely loved them.

The cottage was very clean, comfortable (including central air), and the location couldn't be better. A ton of restaurants and shops within a five minute drive. The kids loved it. Town Neck Beach is a five minute drive away. Owner is very accommodating and very helpful!

A perfect Home
Jane's Home is spectacular, accurately described. The House is located at a great locale, where we were able to easily walk to restaurants, marina, beaches and ice cream !.
Jane was extremely proactive in her communication, making several recommendations to enhance our stay.
I would definitely stay at Jane's again in the future !

Jane was accommodating Horst and we loved quiet time at Sandwich
We really loved the location and enjoyed daily walks to the beach and Pilot restaurant. We had a few problems during our stay (unable to use TV and child safety as we traveled with an infant), but Jane was willing to resolve the issues in timely manner. Great experience!

Sandwich is a must!
Cute seaside decorated cottage near one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been on! Great located near the canal bike trail and not too far from the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard! We had to do a bit of cleaning when we arrived but the owner was prompt to remedy the situation. The owner was great at getting back to us with info. The TV is difficult to operate and I did not like going into the basement to do laundry, but I loved the area, the price, the bed, and the outside sitting area. Quiet neighborhood! Can ride your bike to the marina and the boardwalk beach—a must!

Wonderful week on Cape Cod
Great location in Sandwich just a short walk to the beach. The cottage was relaxing and quaint with a nice outdoor patio. Jane was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. The only suggestion I would make would be to replace the bunk beds with a full or queen size bed.

Clean, compact cute cottage
The property was in good shape, can't beat the location (unless you want to pay a lot more for beachfront), communication with the owner was great. We had a couple issues and she responded quickly. Our only issue was trying to watch TV thru the apps on the Playstation. Owner generously left their apps logged in however, the PS has to be the least user friendly remote. We found it so frustrating to navigate (and slow) we borrowed a Roku from family and used that for the week. But that's minor and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Sandwich.

Sweet vacation cottage
This was a very nice place to make our home in Sandwich for a couple of weeks. It's a pleasant cottage with updated kitchen and bath and a Cape/beach decor. Unlike some other homes we've rented in Sandwich, this one didn't provide such amenities as bikes, kayaks, beach chairs and other vacation paraphenalia to renters, but on the other hand it was priced a bit less than the places that did. Air conditioners were provided but installation of a couple of them in windows was left to the renter if they were needed. The location, while not right on the beach, was quite convenient to many things. Communication with Jane was easy and cordial. We liked it and would rent it again on a future trip to Sandwich.

Very cute house
The house was very cute. The location is great. The owner was very responsive when ever I needed her. Only negative was the seating in the living room was definitely not enough. One couch isn’t enough. There’s no cable TV which was kinda annoying and one of the bedrooms have bunk beds which didn’t really work for us. Two twin beds or one full bed would of worked better. There was a lot of ants and spider webs in the house. I did bring it to the owners attention and she did send someone over to spray but besides that everything was good.

Awesome location
I just wanted to say what a wonderful stay I had at your vacation home.
Location was awesome very close to stores and restaurants.
It also is just a short walk to a very scenic beach boardwalk.
The whole experience of Cape Cod in 1 spot.
Thanks Kevin

Great Location
This home is in a great location. The marina, beach, and river are all less than a 10 minute walk away. Our kids loved jumping off the boardwalk! The house was very clean and Jane was very responsive to any questions we had. We have four kids under 11 and we were all very comfortable here.

Fantastic Rental Property In Sandwich.
My wife and I just rented Jane Lu's house in Sandwich. What a beautiful property. It was great to be well off the street in your own parking space. The house is larger than it looks, and very nicely decorated inside. All the colors just scream "beach" and each room is well done. The bathroom looks to be recently renovated, and is gorgeous with the marble shower and walls. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms, and it was sooooo nice having a washer and dryer at our disposal. Jane could not have been nicer to deal with, and always responded to my emails quickly. I would rent again from her in a heartbeat. thanks so much, Jane.

Relaxing get-away in convenient location
Great setup with excellent amenities! Sandwich is a great location for anyone visiting the cape, as the furthest point out (Provincetown) is only 1.5 hours away including traffic.
The cottage is very well maintained, and it included towels and linen (most others we looked at charged extra for this or did not include it at all). Owner is highly responsive to email inquiries, even one we had after our trip had ended.

Great Property
Great Property...Close to the beach and the Cape Cod Cannel. Also close to several good seafood restaurants. Historic downtown Sandwich is charming. Easy off the Cape during heavy traffic from this location.

Such a wonderful property!!
My family and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this property. The cottage is absolutely charming and immaculate! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. My family enjoyed walking to the playground at the marina and stopping for ice cream afterwards. We also enjoyed several other activities in the area such as a 5k run, the beach and the museum.
The owner of the property was so thoughtful and courteous. She was prompt to answer all of our questions regarding the reservation process as well as all other questions that came up along the way. We had access to all amenities and there were even special touches left for our arrival. My family and I could not have asked for a better vacation! In fact, my two year old son loved it so much he did not want to leave. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to stay here and look forward to returning in the future.
