excellent ubication

We have to go to the security room for the check in wich is on the jocker club section. The ubication of the place was perfect, next to the cesar palace, we share elevator with the cosmopolitan, it has free parking, in front of the cosmo are a diffrents places to eat (mcdonalds, panda express, tacobell,subway). the place was clean but it doesnt includes cleaning the days we stay. the host respond very fast. the beds are comfortable, kitchen it has a lot of glasses (vasos).

when we arrive the sink wasnt working but the host fix it immediately, also the first night it was chill and the air of the termostat is wasnt hot, but also immediately get the respondse of the host and give us more blankets and with that was perfect.

Tv in one of the bedrooms and living room not working, the place was dirty a lot dust it was definitely not what it looks like in the pictures and owner so unprofessional

Excellent value and location!

Great location, excellent value and perfect set up bedroom wise for us! Finding accommodations for travelling with toddlers who don't sleep well in the same room together is always a struggle, but this set up made it a breeze! The window treatments were also perfect blackouts which is not typical and so appreciated when travelling with kids! Having 2 full bathrooms was also a bonus. We will certainly be back!

We got unusually cold weather for our trip and bedding beyond thin sheets would've been nice to have. We did find 1 extra heavy blanket and one duvet, but we were using 4 beds so 2 had to go without. We also spent more time in the suite than most guests usually do so we probably accumulated more garbage than is typical, but extra garbage bags would've been nice so we didn't have to squish it down daily hoping we didn't run out of room 😅

Overall, it's average. No view, older apartment, a little dark. Expensive after cleaning fee added.

The location was great. It was a little confusing but we were still able to find it fine. The place definitely have a lot of beds. For a small apartment, you can easily fit a dozen people, if not more. It has 2 bathrooms which is nice. Overall clean for how old the apartment is.

The apartment was old. Older than I had thought. One of the bed is not comfortable. There's a bed in the dining area behind one of the chair, which felt weird. Check-out said 11am, but by 10am our room key no longer worked. Luckily some of us were still in the room while others stepped out. I did not appreciate this at all.

A bit dated but it is a great price, very clean, great location and wonderful staff. wonderful for a family.

Exceptional

Location is right on the strip so everything is pretty much walking distance. The suite was very comfortable & clean. My Family & I really enjoyed it. The Valet & Bellman Personal were extremely polite & helpful.

Rite off strip

It was super close to the strip when our bedroom TV didn't work the man was quick and came right away but still next day didn't work

Parking was too far away couldn't find which door to get in air conditioner was kind of hot and the bedroom TV didn't work all the time

Great location, lots of space for a LV stay...

Location is excellent. Apartment had all space, beds and amenities promised.

Some of the areas are older and show wear / tear, but all works as expected.

Fun trip but less than desirable accommodations. Going with a hotel next go around

The location was great and the Cosmo is attached and is a great spot.

Rooms were not ready on arrival and then we checked our bags and had to kill time since they told us it wouldn’t be until 6pm. Once we got into the room, we looked at the condition and it was obviously not cleaned well. There was food on the kitchen floor and counter, hair in the bathroom tub, and the sheets were definitely not clean or at least one of the beds that was made (numerous hairs, nasty!) We were told the unit was privately owned which I figured because of the high security deposit required and the aging conditions of the unit and contents. Two of the beds were not made and there were no sheets provided. I went down to the front desk to ask them to provide some sheets/extra towels and they sent us to the security office who we had to deal with because it being a private owned unit. We were told there that we had to contact the owner and they could not help us and at that point it was already late at night. And one person in our party ended up sleeping on a mattress with no sheets no blanket because he would refuse to sleep in the dirty bed with hairs all over it. I send a message to the unit owner and was told that somebody would get to us the next morning which never happened and was not timely. Word to the wise bring your own sheets if you stay in this unit can you may also want to bring some cleaning materials. Midway through the next day a gentleman from the management came up and gave us fresh sheets and towels but I wasn’t happy with the attitude/comments that we received from him. He did remedy the situation but starting off the trip this way in unacceptable and not what we paid good money for. Additionally if you plan on using the pool on the roof top of the Cosmo make sure you make reservations 24 hours in advance because we were not told anything about that and end up missing two days at the pool as a result. Books fast! The pool on floor two is indoors.

Very Convenient for a big family

Very Convenient location right in the middle of the strip. The amount rooms and beds were exactly what my family and I were looking for . The kitchen and bathroom was fully equipped with the basic necessities. Dan was really nice and made sure my family and I were comfortable during our stay. We had a great stay.

This Suite has a windows that faces another hotel building.

It was a bit pricey...hard to find room.

A quiet retreat on the strip at great value.

Convenient location right between Bellagio and Cosmopolitan. Clean, comfortable beds and full kitchen for food prep. Convenient Uber/lyft pickup location at Cosmopolitan right next door- very short walk. (Vegas limits ride-share pickups to designated locations for safety and traffic control.)

Only one of the two bedrooms had a place to plug in phones to charge. Had to unplug a lamp in the second to have a spot. Had a slight delay waiting for keys to be made but security took us to room and let us in while we waited.
