Wonderful view from balcony, shame about the cockroaches!

The balcony is the best feature of this feature, wonderful views over the city to the hills

You'll never be alone here - you will be sharing the room with 25 generations of cockroaches. If you're into that - you can expect to meet 20+ every day who will get into everything and want to accompany you on your journey beyond this apartment. Very unpleasant.

We didn’t like the accommodation overall, it wasn’t that clean enough to accommodate us comfortably.

The location is great. Everywhere we need to go is very accessible via walking. It’s near Robinsons supermarket, Starbucks, Massage Spas, Restaurants (even cheap ones), Convenient Stores.

The Unit we were assigned to was not comfortable. First, the first time we entered the room as we checked in, it smelled like a stinky sink. So we had to pour out hot water over the kitchen sink several times. It lessened the odor but still it smelled. We requested to transfer to another unit but they said we had to book another one and instead they only sent us a housekeeper and they just poured out vinegar and hot water on the sink. The smell went off but when we try to wash on the sink, the smell triggered again. The odor was really bad and we had to sleep with it for 4nights. Second, the extra bed on the floor wasn’t clean. There were wet marks all over it. Third, they charge 500 pesos for overnight parking.

The building was old but properly maintained tho. The terrace was a plus. And they allowed me to receive visitors. The room was not that spacious enough but they have all the amenities we needed in our stay.

They didn’t gave me a room I booked. I booked a twin bed but they gave me a double bed and a sofa bed which was slightly worn out.

Nothing at all.

Staffs are incompetent. No customer service. No wifi inside the room which happened to be the MOST important thing. No proper instructions. All in all VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Good City location, lifts good, staff good,

Not being able to choose a room of choice, rooms all different fit out and quality, I was put in a room with concrete floor, was cold on the feet, bed wasn't long enough, feet hung over the end, but highly recommend.

The bathroom has a foul smell and the bed didn't have good blanket. The wifi keeps turning on and off.

Very beautiful view sa balcony. I enjoyed staying sa balcony every time to watch the busy streets of cebu city.

The owner do not answer calls. I called like 2 times to ask about the heater and about the internet connection since we cannot maximize and use the television, the phone is ringing but they do not answer. The internet is so slow or I do not know why hindi gumagana ng maayos yung TV, I tries to ask them by calling them, but again, they do not answer. I also ask if its possible to extend my stay, but they are not that responsive in answering queries. The parking is not free na supposedly sana we can have at least discount since we stayed naman there for more than 2 days.

I was given a room that is different from what I had booked, the AC is not functioning well, and the net was slow. When I made the complain that is when they transferred me to a a different room. I hope they stay true to their advertisement because it is really a let down if what you're expecting isn't what you get.

Very good

the place was right in the middle of Cebu with a lot of establishments nearby. Convenience stores, shops, restaurants were very accesible from the property. I also appreciated that the property's upkeep was being managed well.

I did not like the the washing machine that was unusable. The shower head needs replacing as it only has a few of its holes working even though the water pressure was adequate. More kitchenware would help in the future for guests to use.

this particular apartment needs updating and some repairs. the toilet needs repair at cost of approximately 1000p but maintenance man helps keep it going

Great place to stay in!

The place was very comfortable to stay in. Kitchen was well equipped, bathroom had a heater which made bathing better. Internet connection was 90% stable. View and location was amazing

The electric stovetop took too long to heat up and couldn't reach high temperatures making cooking a bit slow and a hassle. Lack of hand towels in the kitchen. Bathroom door seemed to be broken.
